In the information society public libraries are situated in a rapidly changing social environment. Coming of post-printing era, expansion of knowledge, enhancement of social reflexivity, and growing flexibility of jobs, etc are bringing both crisis and opportunity to them. In order to take chances public libraries must collect materials in D/B format as well as printed and computer-file forms, and enlarge assistance to educational and research activities of residents and business firms. In addition, they must contribute to reducing information divide, increasing communal interactions, and providing leisure activities. It is required for them to develop a variety of programs and strengthen publicity among residents.

In this study, the awareness of hazardous chemicals and the need for education of dental hygienists were investigated. The subject of this study was an online survey of 103 dental hygienists working in medical institutions from June to August 2021 and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, work experience was positively correlated with perception (r=.280, p<0.01) and work (r=.303, p<0.01), and work experience with perception (r=.411, p<0.01).Hazardous chemical information showed a positive correlation with practice (r=.371, p<0.01). As a result of the education requirement survey, only 27.2% had experience in hazardous chemical education, and 96.1% of the awareness of the need for education was highly surveyed. As for the desired method of education, 49.5% of them were online education, and the desired time for education was 1 hour. Therefore, in order to create a safe working environment for dental hygienists and to secure the safety of hazardous chemicals, it was necessary to expand educational opportunities at universities, medical institutions, and maintenance education, and to increase accessibility through online education.

The purpose of this study is to provide policy and adaptive interventions for quality of life of the elderly and evidence-based data. For this, meta-analysis was performed using CMA program, and the final 65 researches were used for analysis. The results, (1)The risk factors(depression, solitude, anxiety, suicidal Ideation, stress) showed the effect size which is suitable for quality of life. The effect size of depression was the highest. (2)The protective factors(self-esteem, self-efficacy) showed medium effect size and large effect size. Among them, self-esteem showed the greatest effect size of quality of life. However, self - control appeared to have a low effect size.

The purpose of this study is to find out how children's musical is done in the early childhood education field. To find out the realities of children's musical watching, seek problems and way to improve, educationally new alternative, we selected subjects of study as follows. First, how children's musical of the early childhood education center is done? Second, how the education related children's musical of the early childhood education center is done? Third, what is the problem and way to improve of watching children's musical? To find out these, the result of the teachers(159 people) who are working the kidergarten and the early childhood education center is as follows. First, Children were very interested in watching musical and could get new, various experience and culture. Second, when watching musical, kindergarten and the early education center did pre-exploration everytime except same place. second, Of post-education activity, drawing activity related with musical content, story-making activity, developing to child's act are educationally effective. Third, whey watching musical, there is much pressure about danger and safety. So it is hard to control when children is moving. This significant result shows the importance of educational effects of the musical watching and the proposed expansion of the opportunity to experience a musical watching of the various educational approaches.

This study was conducted to emphasize the importance of oral health education by identifying the relationship between the oral health knowledge level, the oral health education request level, and Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index(GOHAI) of the elderly. The survey was conducted on 191 elderly people aged 65 and over living in Chungbuk from January 6, 2020 to February 7, 2020, and for data analysis, χ2-test, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, logistic regression analysis were performed. As a result, it was found that the quality of life as measured by GOHAI increased when they had oral health education experience, had a high level of oral health knowledge and oral health education request level, and had regular oral examinations. Based on the above results, in order to improve the quality of life related to oral health of the elderly, it is necessary to prepare policies to increase the participation rate by developing and continuously expanding opportunities for oral health education in various ways.

Despite the significance of teacher guidebooks as a support for teacher learning, there are few studies that address the educative features of teacher guidebooks. The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for analyzing the educative features of teacher guidebooks for elementary school mathematics. The framework developed by Fuentes and Ma(2018) for analyzing teacher guidebooks, "Teacher Learning Opportunities in Mathematics Curriculum Materials", was used as an initial framework by adding the unit development flow that reflects on the organizational features of teacher guidebooks in Korea for elementary mathematics. Then, the framework was modified and supplemented by testing 10 types of teacher guidebooks for Grades 3 and 4 per six units reflecting on different mathematical strands. As a result, the final framework expanded the initial framework and added elements related to each dimension of the framework according to the unit development flow. The analytical framework developed in this study can be used to closely analyze the educative features of teacher guidebooks of Korean elementary school mathematics in the future and to develop teacher guidebooks to promote teacher learning.

Daily science classes, which have been continued as part of the spread of participatory science culture, has taken the lead in popularizing science as an effective out-of-school experiential and research activity. However, due to the recent COVID-19 situation, daily science classes have also become an environment in which there is no choice but to switch to non-face-to-face or to combine face-to-face and non-face-to-face education. Therefore, in this study, we examine how elementary school students participating in the non-face-to-face daily science class program change their usual fields of interest, perception of science and technology, interest about science, and scientific competency. In addition, the educational effectiveness of the non-face-to-face daily science class improved by comparing the differences in perceptions of students and parents, and future operation plans were sought. As a result of the study, after participating in the non-face-to-face daily science class program, students' interest in science and technology development, future technology, environmental pollution, and social media increased, and their interest in games decreased. Also, students' interest in science and technology activities, interest in science, and scientific competency also increased. This shows that non-face-to-face daily science class education is effective. Therefore, it was suggested that it is necessary to diversify the learning topics and content levels of the daily science class program, to expand the opportunities of non-face-to-face science education for underprivileged learners, and to develop and share science content using the latest media.

The 'Joongsancheung(JSC)', a unique term for the middle class in Korea, is defined as a stratum sharing common lifestyles and a certain level of life chances. It involves non-economic factors such as life chance, educational attainment, occupational groups as well as economic factor. Such objective measures as the occupational status of the main breadwinner, family income, and the educational level of respondent, and subjective measures of class identification are used for the operational definition of the JSC. Data from a national survey of 1,515 respondents is analyzed to investigate the change of the JSC in size and the major determinants of class identification. The results show that while there is no strong evidence of any significant change of the JSC by the objective measures during the recent decade, there seems to be a slight decrease in the subjective class identification. In addition, binary logistical regression analysis reveals that self-identification of JSC is heavily influenced by house ownership, along with subjective evaluation of one's own income and property ownership. This study demonstrates that the apparent class polarization in Korean society reflects not so much objective conditions but subjective perception of respondent of his or her circumstance. It is suggested that problems of housing and relative derivation people have as regards income and property should be resolved to alleviate such class polarization in Korean society.

This study focuses on the actual condition and level of residents' participation in the case of Jinmok village, located in Jeonnam province Jangheung-gun Hwejin-myeon, and presents suggestions to inspire residents' awareness and enhance participation. This village has been developing a Green Rural Tourism Village Building Project under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Consequently, the importance of residents recognizing they are a "community" has been emphasized as well as promoting the residents cooperation as a community. In addition, it was necessary to research ways to inspire the village to realize the ultimate goal of building rural tourism village. For this, in the beginning of the project, profitable work needed to be provided for the residents to participate in. Constructive participation by all residents is essential in each stage of the project s development. Operating a farm stay or running lodging facilities are options that could be considered. Moreover, it is imperative to immediately establish a awareness about the importance of participation in those who might have a negative or impartial opinion about the project, by providing education. The most efficient way to encourage residents' participation is to support various opportunities for education and field trips. Through these efforts, the residents are able to raise their level of education and develop their man-power as well. Once more, providing an incentive for residents' reliance is the kernel of the project. Considering the state of Korean rural areas, which are rapidly aging and becoming depopulated, green tourism can be a practical alternative for continuing rural development.

The purpose of this study is to find out the direction of overseas expansion strategy that should be established as a public broadcaster and a media company in order to overseas expand Korea EBS's. This study used a literature research method to analyze the related literature and data for analyzing strategies of major global media companies and overseas public service broadcasters (PSBs). As a result of the research, it suggests that the direction of EBS overseas expansion should approach both commercial business diversification and fulfillment of public responsibility. In particular, it suggests that transferring project of Korea's educational broadcasting system to developing country should be developed as a core business for spreading overseas expansion. In a follow-up study, it is necessary to carry out a research that suggests a comprehensive strategy of overseas expansion of EBS based on the result of this study.
