Even though it is expected the industry on new media contents will be grown constantly, corporate feels that the related specialists, human resources are so lack and it is real that the specialty level on related personnel, skilled works is low. In current situation, it is essential that the active supports will be given to new media contents industry with constant high quality human resource development as a winning point to success. Therefore the curriculum development must be reflected the current field situation in this industry for the human resource to meet the field corporate requirements. The DACUM method is used to develop the curriculum on this study in order to develop the college level human resources who have active adoptability to corporate in new media contents industry.
This study looked into the procedures of and the status on the implementation of the new 7th national curriculum at the elementary school level. It examined the processes taken by the local boards of education in due course of facilitating the schools with the new curriculum implementation. More specifically the study examined, 1) the degree to which the particular innovation(i.e., student-centered, flexible and autonomous school-based curriculum, etc.) is being implemented as planned; and 2) how it is being implemented. It conducted a situation-oriented analysis in cooperation with three local boards of education. Classroom observations, teacher interviews, questionnaires for teachers and supervisors were utilized and the three major criteria of interpreting the result were the three core concepts of the 7th national curriculum, that is, the degree of '(1) reorganization, (2)student-centeredness and (3)diversification/ specialization' of the curriculum. Detailed documentation on the processes of the local bureaus of education and on the classroom practices are made in order to provide schools and policy makers with relevant and practical suggestions for further improvement of curriculum implementation. Ultimately, The greater the awareness of the intention of the new curriculum on the part of both the staff at the local school boards and teachers, the greater the degree of implementation. And the higher the quality of planning to meet problems, the greater the degree of implementation. Continuous efforts are needed to involve teachers in the process of curriculum implementation. The greater the active support of the teachers, the greater the degree of implementation.
The needs for ecological engineering, which can design ecosystems that integrate human society and their natural environment for the benefit of both, has increased. The Korean Society of Ecology and Infrastructure Engineering (KSEIE) was established for this purpose and has contributed to the research and development of theories and technologies in related fields. However, the current state of educational services and contents of ecological engineering is still needed to be standardized and systematized. In this paper, we outlined the trends of ecological engineering education at international and domestic levels and proposed a sample services and curriculum, brought from the discussions and suggestions made during the forum, Founding the Education for Ecological Engineering, held by the KSEIE. Education of ecological engineering can nurture people who can design and manage ecosystems for the benefits of human and natural society and can restore ecosystems disturbed artificially. The services and curriculum have to meet and cover the challenges facing the future of ecological engineering; a. the ethical interpretation of the balance between human and nature, b. developing and strengthening its relationship with other scientific disciplines and societies - business, policy, education, and practitioners, c. identify and fuse the key ecological engineering principles into other discipline. We proposed a three layers curriculum system, basic (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, etc.), core (ecology, hydrology, engineering, etc.), and advanced subjects. The first two can belong to an undergraduate program and the last two can be put into graduate program. The selection of subjects is according to the purpose and needs of the major.

As a sequel of "special improvement act for gifted student education" legislated on January 2000, "regulation act for gifted student education" was published on April 2002 which is the time Korea has settled down its education for the gifted. Announced in the December 2007 "general plan for development of gifted student education" provided a platform for the gifted student education in Korea of growth in quantity, in which a plan of providing gifted student education up to 1 percent of the elementary and middle school level students (approximately 70 thousands) has been established while the education currently provides to 0.59 percent (40 thousands) of all students. Until recently, however, education for gifted students has been performed based on the way of concentrating on academic domains. and it has put more weights on mathematics and english domains. In order to overcome this drawbacks, there have been various attempts for growth in quality of education for gifted students, one of them is the our proposal of convergence of science and art education for cultivating 21 century creative humans through establishment of new type of institution. In this paper, education curriculum and management strategies appliable to the proposed convergence education institutions for gifted students. For this purpose we derived the implication points through analysis on education processes used in korea science school for the gifted students, a representative institution for the gifted students in Korea, and we suggested educational process curriculums for the science and art institute for gifted students along with the detailed contents of convergence subject which is an essential subject to the institute.

This study was attempted to identify the current status of education of gerontological nursing at nursing colleges across the country and to check whether 19 senior nursing competencies suggested by the American Association of Nursing Colleges are reflected in the courses. The subjects of this study were 198 nursing education institutions accredited by KABONE, and each university's website, department homepage, university handbook, admission-related information, curriculum table, and syllabus were collected and analyzed through an internet search engine. The collected syllabus and the most recent curriculum table of the elderly nursing course were checked and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The current status of gerontological nursing management was presented by calculating the frequency and percentage, and the educational contents presented in the syllabus were analyzed based on 19 geriatric nursing competencies presented by AACN. 185 institutions (93.43%) operated the geriatric nursing subjects, 98 institutions (49.49%) offered theory subject, and 84 institutions (42.42%) offered both theory and practice. In the case of compulsory majors, 52.92% had the most, 27.84% for the first semester of the 4th year, and 53.54% for 2 credits. As a result of analyzing the lesson plan, communication-related educational competency was included in 40% of cases. As AACN gerontological nursing competency 'effective information provision ability for the elderly', 'ethical and non-coercive decision-making', 'care without restraint', 'safe and effective transition across levels of care' was not included in the education content. In conclusion, gerontological nursing education has been focused on disease, and effective information provision capabilities including communication with the elderly need to be reflected.

The Seventh Curriculum uses not only individual assessment but also team assessment method that organizes and solves assignments by team unit. It also helps students to learn cooperation and responsibility and share the ideas and process of the team project with other students through class presentation. It is also cooperative learning which is performed by several students together. Therefore, the assessment of team project is required to synthetically assess the performance process not the itself. This thesis will examine the actual problems about team project assessment and analyze related literatures. Then, this study designs and implements a practical system which alleviates the burden of teachers in charge of a team project assessment and improves reliability and validity in assessing team projects through multilateral assessment aiming at process as well as result objectives.
The purpose of this research is to find the cause of low degree of utilization of medical equipment that are provided as Official Development Assistance(ODA) and to suggest an effective medical equipment support system for ODA. This research analyzes the supporting process of the medical equipment as ODA in Kitengela Health Center in Kenya. As the result of analysis, it has been found that the following problems. 1) It was found that users was attended insufficient to demand medical equipment. 2) The determination of medical equipment request was inadequate. 3) It was appeared to be organized the compilation of the budget for purchases and operation of medical equipment 4) The improvement of procurement system of medical equipment was appeared to need. 5) It was appeared to need to build conditions for installation of medical equipment. 6) It was necessary to secure finance, to conduct periodic management training, and to ensure available human resources in management and maintenance in order to sustain the medical equipment management ability and it is encouraged to promote leadership in healthcare facility management. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this research are discussed.

Curriculum revision is a very important process for improving students' learning achievement and abilities, responding to social needs, strengthening equality and inclusiveness, strengthening teachers' professionalism, strengthening national competitiveness, and responding to the era of globalization, and for continuous development and innovation. Through this, we can provide better educational opportunities and environments for future generations. The 2022 revised curriculum is a curriculum that reflects the knowledge and skills students need in modern society and enables them to respond to changes in industry and society. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of career education by analyzing the career education shown in the 2022 revised curriculum. If we analyze only the contents related to career education in the 2022 revised curriculum that directly mention career and occupation, the following contents are found. First, in the curriculum for future response, contents related to career education appear in the strengthening of basic digital knowledge. Second, in the field of autonomous innovation support tasks at school sites, the organization of the free semester system and improvement plans are presented among the details of the improvement of flexibility in the operation of the elementary and secondary school curriculum. Third, in the area of strengthening learner-customized education, the core of career education is strengthening career-linked education between elementary, middle and high schools. Career education is mentioned in the area of the detail itself. As such, it is no exaggeration to say that the core content of the 2022 revised curriculum is career education. The direction and contents of career education are faithfully reflected in the 2022 revised curriculum.

The advent of the intelligent information society and artificial intelligence education for fostering future talents is attracting the attention of the education community, and the AI graduate course for teachers is also being opened and operated. The curriculum of the AI education graduate school, which was established this year, is self-contained considering the conditions of each university. Are organized. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the direction of curriculum development so that AI curriculum that can be more effective and enhance educational value in the graduate school of education can be developed in the future. Based on the Backward design, the AI curriculum proposed in this study includes Bloom's digital taxonomy, Bruner's spiral curriculum composition principle, and three elements such as 'content domain', 'level', and 'teacher learning method'. It was intended to consist of. Based on the direction of AI curriculum development suggested in the study, we hope that the AI curriculum of domestic graduate schools of education will be more substantial, and this framework will be revised and supplemented in the future to be used in the composition of the AI curriculum in elementary and secondary schools.
The purpose of this research is to prepare the measures for evaluating the job of horse-riding instructor and improvement related to it and for distributing horse-riding industry effectively. Forsuch, we tried to analyze job of horse-riding instructor. Inparticular, we have developed DACUM chart of horse-riding instructor through DACUM method and experts related to it. As result, we found out eight duties and hundreds of job and arranged seven duty areas in total and eighty-two executed works. In addition, as experts said, the horse-riding instructor is the one who 'instructs people learning horse-riding in horse-riding facility and manages horses, horse-riding equipment and man-power.' Such results provide the procedure of horse-riding instructor cultivation which has been presently underway with many viewpoints. Especially, there are three educational processes and subject materials related to horse-riding instructor's examination(Hipologia, Horse-treatment technique, Horse Health management). However, as result of analysis on duty, we found out that racecourse management and horse-riding education theory has been needed to be added and complemented as well. In addition, the work and duty of analysis can be used to be made use up of as work profile and specification and such data can be also made use of as standard of training and submission. Through this study there should be a necessary work to distinguish between re-drafting and role of duty in its own right related to certification of horse-riding instructor in future and it would be necessary to develop study that is able to connect them all to certificate. What is more, there should be work and measure required for rethinking of utility of certification.
