This study was conducted to find ways to expand investment and seek cooperation measure in Cambodia. It is located on the Indochina Peninsula in East Asia, and has historically suffered a lot from social systems and politics. It is a politically constitutional monarchy and shows a neutral tendency in the form of a non-alliance of pro-Westernism. Cambodia recently recorded a high growth rate due to the economic liberalization promoted since the mid-1980s. It is also emerging as the next generation production base in Southeast Asia. The diplomatic relationship, which had been temporarily suspended with Korea, was resumed in 1997. Since then, it has been conducting mutual trade and exchange. Therefore, this study which is as unfamiliar and infrequent looked at Cambodia's economy, trade trends and support plan. In addition, various development possibilities were considered. In particular, in-depth research was conducted on local entry methods and participating projects. First of all, it was devised various ways to expand investment and human exchange, diversify public-private relations, and enter the logistics, distribution, and infrastructure projects directly. As such, this study was developed to serve as a basis for contributing to a part of the research on Cambodian economy and trade in the future.

The Free Trade Agreement between Korea and Peru entered into force in 2011. Under the agreement, both countries will eliminated all tariffs within ten years after it takes effect. The Korea-Peru Free Trade Agreement turned out to have significantly boosted Korea's exports to the South American state, as well as its relative share in the local import market. Korea mainly imports resources such as zinc and copper, and exports such goods as passenger car and color televisions. The FTA opens up a larger market for Korean home appliances like color televisions. Korea's trade with Peru has been mainly about concentrated investment into mining and exporting limited variety of export items. This paper analyzes the recent trends of problems of trade between Korea and Peru and suggests solutions for boosting trade to provide proper strategic guidelines for Korea that are planning to expand to Peruvian market

1990년대 중반기간(中盤期間)은 남한(南韓) 내부(內部)의 경제선진화(經濟先進化)와 정치(政治) 사회(社會)의 지속적(持續的) 발전여부(發展與否)가 판가름되는 중요한 시기이며, 민족(民族) 전체적(全體的)으로는 남북한간(南北韓間) 민족공동체(民族共同體)의 형성(形成)과 통일(統一)의 실현(實現) 가능성(可能性)이 결정되는 중요한 시기(時期)가 될 것이다. 따라서 민족경제공동체(民族經濟共同體) 형성(形成)을 위한 남한(南韓)의 확고한 대북한(對北韓) 경제정책(經濟政策) 수립(樹立)은 물론 남북한간(南北韓間)의 경제관계(經濟關係) 또한 단기적(短期的) 상업적(商業的) 이익(利益)보다는 장기적(長期的) 관점(觀點)에서 "통일한국(統一韓國)"의 국제경쟁력(國際競爭力)을 제고하고 통일민족(統一民族)의 경제적(經濟的) 복리(福利)를 극대화(極大化)하는 것이어야 한다. 본고(本稿)에서는 최근(最近) 북한(北韓)의 대서방(對西方) 외자유치노력(外資誘致努力) 및 무역확대정책(貿易擴大政策) 등 개방화(開放化) 정책(政策)의 현황(現況)과 문제점(問題點)을 검토한 후, 향후 "남북기본합의서(南北基本合意書)"의 내용(內容)이 구체적(具體的)으로 실현되고, 특히 남북한간(南北韓間) 직교역(直交易)이 정착될 경우 남북한간(南北韓間) 교역확대(交易擴大)와 합작투자(合作投資)를 비롯한 경협(經協)이 급전전될 것으로 예상되므로 남북한(南北韓)의 대(對)OECD 무역자료(貿易資料) 분석(分析)을 통혜 얻은 현시비교우위지수(顯示比較優位指數)(RCA)와 무역특화지수(貿易特化指數)(TSC)를 이용, 남북한간(南北韓間) 교역(交易) 및 경협(經協) 확대(擴大) 발전(發展)의 일환으로서 남북한간(南北韓間) 교역가능품목(交易可能品目) 및 경협유망분야(經協有望分野)를 선정 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 부분적으로 형성되었거나 형성될 예정인 해상을 통한 남북 물류네트워크를 분석하여 남북교역 및 북방물류프로세스가 원활하고도 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고 해상과 육상을 연계한 북방물류 경로를 비교 검토해 봄으로써 대표적인 북망물류 경로를 활용하여 북방물류를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다. 부산-나진 항로 경유 북방물류 네트워크 구축에 있어 동북아 금삼각지구 개발사업을 분석하였으며, 부산-나진 항로를 중심으로 북방물류네트워크 형성하기 위해서는 중국 동북 3성의 환동해권 해륙복합운송망을 형성하고, 나진을 TSR의 기점으로 활용하며, 해상과 육상을 연결하는 남북 물류망을 형성함으로써, 북한을 경유한 북방교역이 확대되도록 한다. 또한 나진항 물동량에 맞추어 나진신항개발계획 검토안을 구상해 보았으며, 동북아시아 물류네트워크를 구축하기 위한 방안은 먼저, 환황해권 물류네트워크를 구축하고 환동해권 물류네트워크를 구축하여 환황해와 환동해 물류네트워크 연계를 통한 동북아시아 물류네트워크를 구축하고 나아가 환태평양 물류네트워크를 구축한다.

출판을 비롯한 문화산업 혹은 CT(문화콘텐트)산업은 21세기 지식기반시대 가장 유망한 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 따라서 선진 각국은 물론 대부분의 나라들이 이 분야를 국가의 핵심적인 전략산업으로 채택하고 이에 대한 적극적인 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 그 결과 문화산업 분야의 세계 교역량은 예상을 뛰어넘는 큰 규모로 확대되고 있으며 이 시장을 선점하기 위한 기업간, 나라간 경쟁은 물론 최근에는 문화권간, 대륙간 경쟁도 치열해지고 있다.

This research examined Israel's economic trends, trades, and cooperation with Korea prior to the entry into force of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Korea and Israel. Also, this research assessed opportunities and ways to expand the above more easily. Israel has a high level of technology in basic materials and information technology (IT). Meanwhile, Korea mainly exports automobiles and wireless communication equipment to Israel and imports semiconductor-related equipment and aviation components from Israel. Moreover, since the two countries signed a trade agreement in August 2019, they expect to expand trade with each other. As such, in order to promote multilateral trade and cooperation between the two countries, it is necessary to expand joint development opportunities through mutual collaboration on basic industries and smart mobility that Korea is in need. Further, Korean construction and materials companies related to the SOC industry in Israel should accelerate their local advances. In addition, more of the governmental support should be provided to foster regional experts and to offer various information to the companies entering the country.

한-EU FTA 발효 등은 교역 확대가 예상되며, 항만의 역할은 더욱더 중요해 질 것이다. 항만의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 방안으로 DEA를 활용한 효율성 측정을 들 수 있으며, 본 연구에서는 DEA 측정 시 모형 선정의 어려움과 동태적 효율성을 변화를 분석하기 위해 DEA와 Shannon's Entropy 결합모형으로 효율성을 분석하고, DEA-Window 모형으로 동태적 효율변화를 분석하였다.

The recent increase in international car-ferry lines between Korea and Japan as well as China brings needs for proper transportations of special cargo, such as machinery and luxury yacht, etc. International multimodal transport, especially international car ferry through truck-sea-truck system enables to fulfill shippers' needs for "Door to Door Service", of such special goods. However, this international multimodal transport of bulk cargo will cause a possible claim for concealed damages during such transportation. For this reason, this study aims to examine the liability system of the multimodal transport operator as well as to investigate liability for concealed damages theoretically and finally to seek proper measures for them. Futhermore, this paper intends to verify the claims for concealed damages to further the international multimodal transport by car ferries between Korea and Japan.
