The purpose of this study was to develop ICT(Information and Communication Technology) teaching-learning materials for motorcycle safety education. Physical subjects which are relevant with motorcycle dynamics were introduced to increase the safety awareness through integrated learning such as the combination of technology and science. The results of this study were as follows : (1) Utilizing the physics basic theories which are relevant to motorcycle dynamics, the lesson plan of motorcycle ICT teaching-learning materials, which were included to plan and instruction action plan, was developed. (2) Flash animation or movie was developed to apply physics knowledge to technology in driving motorcycle. This is able to improve the attitude of driving motorcycle of students. (3) Through the contents of appendix of motorcycle safety driving section in this web-site developed here, junior and senior high school students would be able to strengthen their cognitive domain of motorcycle by themselves. (4) Using the web-site of this study, both teachers and students would be able to freely interact through an online bulletin board.

교육 인프라의 구축과 함께, 엄청난 예산을 들인 인프라의 활용을 위한 국가적인 차원의 여러 가지 논의가 이루어졌고 결과적으로 에듀넷과 교수.학습지원센터와 같은 기관들이 탄생되었다. 하지만, 방대한 자료와 훌륭한 운영 체제를 가진 기관이라도 일선 현장에서 실제 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들 각각의 모든 요구를 만족시키지는 못하고 있다. 교사들 각자가 생각하는 수업시간에 유용한 자료의 기준이 각각 다르고, 자료로의 신속하고 정확한 접근이 웹 상에서는 가끔 어려울 경우가 있으며. 교사들 각자의 자유로운 분류 기준을 만족시키기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교사들이 자신의 입맛에 맞게 교수.학습 자료를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하려고 한다.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

본 연구에서는 프로그램을 전혀 해보지 않았고, 게임에는 관심 있는 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 EPL 도구로서 스크래치를 이용한 SW교육의 교수 학습 모형을 개발하였다. 5단계 10차시로 분류하여 각 단계별 학습목표를 설정하고 교수 학습 목표를 결정하였다. 학습목표에 맞게 각 단계별 수업이 이루어지면 목표에 도달할 수 있도록 반복수업, 흥미 있는 수업, 이해도가 증가할 수 있도록 단계별 수업으로 구성하였다. 또한 SW교육 교수 학습 모형에서 각 차시별 목표를 설정하고 단계별 교수 학습 전략을 제공하여 목표에 도달할 수 있도록 유도하였다. 본 연구를 통해 초등학교 저학년에게 SW교육이 가능한지, 어느 정도 수준의 교육으로 이루어져야 하는 지, EPL 도구로서의 스크래치의 활용성은 어느 정도인지 등을 알아보고 SW교육에 수업자료로 활용하고자 한다.

인터넷의 방대한 자료 중 필요한 자료만을 선별하고, 분석.종합하여 유용한 정보를 도출하는 능력이 더욱 더 요구되고 있다. 유용한 정보를 도출하기 위해서는 컴퓨터가 가지고 있는 정보처리 능력을 최대한 활용할 수 있어야 하며 교수자는 학습자에게 문제해결을 할 수 있도록 정보활용 능력을 길러주는 것이 교수자의 역할이다. 본 연구는 WWW에서 학습자와 학습자료간의 상호작용이 가능하도록 하였으며 학습자 상호간에도 상호작용이 가능하도록 공동학습장을 마련하였다. 또 교과학습을 효율적으로 하기 위해 홈페이지 제작학습 및 정보 검색방법, FTP 사용법, 압축/해제하기 등을 탑재하여 효율적인 정보활용을 위해 기본적인 도구들의 사용법을 습득할 수 있도록 하였으며, 학습자가 인터넷 홈페이지를 활용하여 과제 학습을 자기 주도적으로 해결함으로써 정보활용 능력을 신장시키는 시스템을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we develop a logarithm units' teaching learning materials using genetic modeling which is designed for students to construct by themselves and figure out mathematical knowledge conceptually, and we analyze the process of students' comprehension of logarithm concepts through genetic modeling activities. For this purpose, we divide logarithm units into three subunits and develop teaching learning materials which include genetic original contexts and are framed by the four pedagogic phases of genetic modeling, application, extraction, comprehension, and construction so that students themselves are capable of construct the concepts of logarithm units. The developed teaching learning materials are applied into lessons for two intermediate-basic students and two intermediate-advanced students. Through this, we examine students' conceptual construction process about logarithms units with the four pedagogical stages of genetic modeling applied, and analyze the depth of their comprehension about the logarithm units based on the general phases of mathematics-learning introduced by van Hiele, and then we suggest several pedagogical implications.

The purpose of this study is to understand in-depth the effect of self-directed practice in for core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring on the learning of nursing college students. The study participants were 15 students in the 4th grade of the department of nursing, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of analysis resulted in four themes: 'motivation of learning', 'self-directed learning', 'improving achievement', and 'insufficient learning requirements'. The core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring has a positive experience of inducing motivation of learning for participants through a comfortable environment and improving self-confidence, and gaining opportunities to lead prior learning and learn in the learner's language. However, there have been experiences where additional knowledge expansion is difficult and feelings of insecurity is felt due to insufficient learning requirements. Therefore, when applying the reciprocal peer tutoring method to self-directed practice, it is considered to be effective if the professor applies a method that can sufficiently satisfy the learner's learning needs.

21세기 사회는 국가의 경쟁력이 사회 전반의 정보화 수준에 따라 결정되는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 따라서 교육의 실천 방안도 교수-학습 교육정보화 종합 계획을 통하여 기존의 교육방식과는 차별화본 연계·통합교육으로 발전되고 있다. 교육정보화 종합 계획의 실천을 통하여 기존의 개별 교과로만 다루어지던 기술 교과교육을 ICT 활용교육과 연계하여 기술교과 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 교육자료를 학습자에게 교수함에 있어 웹 문서 표준인 XML을 활용하여 교육자료의 효율적인 관리와 저장 기능을 높이고, 동일 업무에 대한 교육자료의 재편집 과정을 감소시킴으로써 교육 자료의 가치를 높이는 XML 문서를 생성하고 저장하는 시스템의 설계 겐 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem focused teaching learning process plan for housing for the later life in order to apply it to the older stage of family planning section of Technology Home Economics in a highschool. Practical problem focused method was used for the teaching learning process plans of 3-session lessons according to the ADDIE model. The global practical problem was "What should I do to plan a safe and comfortable housing for the later life?" In the development stage, 53 teaching learning materials (44 students activity materials, 2 students' and 5 teacher' reading texts, and 2 moving pictures) were developed for 3-session lessons. The planes applied to the 5 classes, 150 students, in the freshmen of B highschool during April 20th-24th, 2009. The 5 point likert questionnaire were used to evaluate the 3-session lessons about 4 contents related aspects as well as the methods and effects of the lessons besides 2 open ended questions. The overall evaluation was very positive in all 6 aspects of the lessons. Some students wanted to learn more about universal design and aging related jobs. Those results showed that the practical problem focused teaching learning process plan for housing for the later life which this study developed would be appropriate to teach the older stage of family planning section related to housing and could be adjusted to the condition of each school and regions.
