  • 2015 개정 교육과정을 통해 소프트웨어 교육의 일환으로 프로그래밍 교육이 초등학교 정규교과에 도입된다. 프로그래밍 교육이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 통해 효과적인 교수 학습 방법이 제시될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 엔트리와 엔트리용 센서보드를 활용한 5차시 분량의 학습 프로그램을 개발하고 그것을 적용한 수업을 실시하였다. 수업 전 후에 문제 해결 검사도구를 활용하여 학생들의 감마파와 뇌파집중 지표의 변화를 측정하고 분석하였다. 이를 통해 효과적인 프로그래밍 교육의 필요성을 제안하였다.

  • 최근 문제해결능력향상을 위해 대학에서는 PBL 교수법(Problem-Based Learning)을 도입하고 있으며 국가 차원에서도 이를 장려하고 있다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 직무능력단위 중 하나인 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 수업방법을 모색함과 동시에 교육현장에서 직면할 수 있는 문제를 합리적으로 해결하는 학습자 능력 신장을 위해 PBL수업을 활용하였다. 이에 본 연구는 문제중심학습법을 대학 영어전공 교과목에 적용함으로써 대학생의 창의적 문제해결력과 수업참여도에 대한 효과를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 사전검사, PBL수업 운영, 사후검사의 3단계로 진행된다.

Analysis of the Illustrations in the Textbook of English I in the High School (고등학교 영어 I 교과서 삽화 분석)

  • This study delineates the process of analyzing the illustrations in high school English I textbook. The goal of this study is to shed light on the issues related to producing better English textbooks. The methods include analysis of the illustrations in the textbook developed under the 2009 Revised National Curriculum and surveys of teachers and students' awareness about them. This study classified common features in the illustrations to devise four analysis criteria: cultural aspects, expression styles, expression techniques, and linguistic functions of the illustrations. The questionnaire was made for both teachers and students. The questions in the survey of teachers were about the relevance to the contents, the layout and formation, learners' interest, cognitive aspects, easiness of teaching and learning, and connectivity with language functions. In the survey of students, familiarity, interest level, learnability, favored expression technique and expression material were considered. The result of the surveys showed that the teachability and learnability are key factors in developing illustrations for English textbooks, and they should look familiar to the students.

  • "2002년 학술진흥재단 대학교육과정개발연구"의 성균관대학교의 9과제 중 하나로 3분야인 "신규교과목 또는 교수학습 방법개발" 과제로 대학에서의 "수학강좌의 효과적인 교수-학습 모델 개발 연구 (선형대수학, 미적분학, 이산수학을 중심으로)" 내용과 그 부산물인 콘텐츠를 소개하고, 이를 효과적으로 이용하기 위하여 개발한 새로운 강의 환경과 교수법을 소개한다. 이어서 현재 국내외에서 활발히 연구가 시작되고 있는 "대학에서의 수학교육" 내용을 소개한 후 대학에서 개발되고 검증된 이런 교수법과 교육환경이 중등학교의 수학 교육 현장에 주는 의미에 대하여 논의한다.

  • 교수 학습용 디지털 콘텐츠에서 상호작용은 매우 중요하며 이와 관련된 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 상호작용을 제공하기 위해서는 하위단계의 프로그래밍 및 시스템 설계를 위한 시간적 경제적 비용이 반드시 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 사용자에게 프로그래밍이 요구되지 않는 친숙한 'Pencil & Paper' 방식의 인터페이스를 제안한다. 제안 인터페이스에서는 디지털 잉크 인터페이스를 기반으로 교수자가 프레젠테이션 하기 위한 상호작용을 분석한다. 또한 교수자를 대신할 가상 프레젠터의 애니메이션 효과를 적용하여 교수자와 학습자간의 활발한 상호작용을 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 교육이나 전자 책, 지능형 교육 시스템 등 상호작용이 가능한 교육용 컨텐츠 개발에 확대 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Design of a Smart Music Learning Device that can interact with each other using a transparent touch panel (투명 터치패널을 이용한 상호작용이 가능한 스마트 음악학습기의 설계)

  • The Smart Music Learning Device(SMLD) presented in this paper constructs the display part by attaching the touch panel to both sides of the transparent panel. The main processing unit uses raspberry pie, and the operating system uses Android. On the transparent panel, music education contents are displayed, and on the touch panels 1 and 2, the inputs of learners and instructors are accepted. The signal input from the touch panels 1 and 2 controls the progress of the music education contents through a process in the main processing unit. This control process design and implement a two - sided panel - based interactive training algorithm. This device aims at musical education based on mutual understanding. Therefore, it conducts face-to-face education using music education contents presented through transparent panel. This allows the instructor to know in real time the response to the learner, thus improving the understanding of the learning and the quality of the education. Also, the learner's concentration can be improved.

  • The purpose of this study is to define On-line Video Syllabus Template which is based on adaptive mode with interaction.A syllabus has the significance as a teaching and learning plan. However, it has not only been considered as a formal document, has also been limited into a simple query since it has been made into a fragmentary structure, lacking of link between other services and reuse. Additionally, this paper is aimed to design three-dimensional syllabus which makes it possible to provide students with practical information related to teaching and learning and share it with teachers and students. The following is the technique proposed in this paper. It is made to be served for the Syllabus centered on teaching and learning, which is including the definition of hierarchy structure, the media contents application according to the learner's preference and real-time variation function. On-line Video Syllabus provided through LMS has availability and credibility of teaching and learning, in that it enable increased utilization by strengthening convenience.

The Effectiveness of the Flipped Learning using the Smart Device (스마트 디바이스를 활용한 플립드 러닝의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • With advances in technology, many researchers have made an effort to find out educational methods with customized instruction. The purpose of the research is to investigate i) if flipped learning is beneficial for the students taking intermediate-level English grammar and writing class compared with the traditional class, ii) if the flipped learning class is advantageous for all the score level students in terms of student achievement and iii) if the students feel motivated with the flipped learning class. T-test was utilized to determine any differences between pretest and posttest in student achievement. The result in terms of the academic achievement revealed that the flipped classroom approach for the low score group was found to be the least effective among others. In the case of flipped learning teaching method, the instructor should develop contents according to the level of learners. The development of customized contents tailored to the level of learners will enhance learners' learning achievement.

Developing of Learning Attitude Examination Tool for Vocational College Students (전문대학생을 위한 학습태도검사)

  • The purpose of this study was to find a way to improve the basic learning ability of vocational college students and to develop the examination of learning attitude. This examination can be used at Center for Teaching and Learning as a previous step to find the strategy and effectiveness of learning. The examination of learning attitude which consisted of 33 questions was surveyed by 984 college freshmen. The survey revealed that five factors; effective content arrangement, priority and self-management, Check and improve of study habits, goal setting and implementation, learning plans have high interrelation(.53~.72). Especially, the more positive aptitude for their majors students had, the higher score they achieved in those five factors. According to general characteristics, there was significant difference among five factors. Therefore, if it is considered to run a differentiated Teaching and Learning method individually, it is expected to be more effective learning strategies.

  • The aim of this paper is to help learners develop algorithmic thinking skill to solve a problem using LAMS and to draw their interest in learning through various learning activities to solve it. LAMS has the advantages of easy teaching contents' design and implementation and of an offer of sequential learning under various learning environments. The designed contents were applied to elementary school students' learning and a questionnaire survey was conducted. They showed positive responses, on the one hand, they hoped that various kinds of learning would be provided including not only data sorting but also technical contents related to computer. For further study, it is necessary to revise and supplement conceptual principals or contents of computer education in elementary and junior high schools.
