This study elicits alternatives for improving blended education by comparing the face-to-face education and blended education of VET teacher license program. To produce a basis for the methods of blended education, this study compared the scores of satisfaction and academic performance of face-to-face and of blended education. Also it examined the three factors of learners' characteristics, teaching and learning design, and its environment as they affect the education effect. The results showed that academic performance of face-to-face education is higher than blended and that competition rate of blended education is higher than that of face-to-face. To improve the effect of blended learning, various teaching and learning activities, design of contents that promotes participation and interaction, and development of contents which satisfy the various levels of learning needs were discussed.

This research is to design basic framework for developing teaching and learning method in the field of art and design major in university. Especially taking off from oneway e-learning teaching method, it is focused on increasing reality of student learning situation with applying AR contents process to augment virtual condition on reality condition. The processing of framework design and developing teaching and learning method are about practice education based on AR for model experiment research which was published "The E-Learning for Practice Training Using Augmented Reality in the College Education". This thesis is supposed to be a precedent study of the pre-published, and the purpose of those two studies were for experiment test in earnest in studying effect research. The classification of learning method divided basically as Face-to-Face Learning(FFL), Blended Learning(BL), fully E-Learning(EL), and Augmented Reality based E-Learning(AREL). This research compares and analyzes each frame of FFL, BL, and EL. And then, designed framework lead to the over-all conclusion with the type of AREL. Additionally, AREL for PBE suggests the ways of advanced teaching learning.

This study focused on establishing the basic direction for the development of officials ethics education contents using value clarification. The value clarification is well known as an effective teaching and learning method to develop moral judgment among others as follows: moral sensitivity, moral motivation, moral practice. This study outlines the teaching-learning method and the evaluation method for the actual officials ethics education. This waits for the further empirical works.

The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies for application of e-portfolio for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers. 35 pre-service teachers wrote reflection papers and uploaded their data to their personal e-portfolio during 10 weeks. They participated in two teaching efficacy surveys which were conducted before and after using e-portfolio. Twelve participants were interviewed regarding their experience and perceptions of e-portfolio. As the result of compared-sample tests, teaching efficacy increased statistically significantly. According to the students' interview, the pros and cons of e-portfolio were identified and the strategies for application of e-portfolio were suggested for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers.

This study tried to explore factors for improving academic achievement in online non-face-to-face education based on the survey results of a University's online cooperative learning Q&A. Due to the Corona situation, both professors and learners can easily feel psychological isolation due to the implementation of all non-face-to-face online classes. As one of the methods, it was intended to suggest the direction of future education to various teachers and learners by sharing class cases in which the online cooperative learning methodology was applied. Previous studies on non-face-to-face online learning, online cooperative learning, and learning promotion method were reviewed, and the online Q&A method was adopted as a specific learning promotion method to conduct research. In the Q&A process, learners were given an opportunity to check their learning content, share knowledge and communicate, and performance evaluation-related factors such as guaranteeing anonymity of the questioner and answerer, improvement points system, and absolute evaluation were asked. As a result of the survey analysis, it was found that they are the success factors of online cooperative learning. It is a small change that can be applied in practice in the future where online non-face-to-face learning is likely to continue, but by sharing meaningful cases of application of teaching methodologies, both professors and learners being motivated and actively involved in. It is expected that we will be able to suggest methods and directions for improving skills together by changing and supplementing the learning field.

The educational exchange through e-learning is working very well in such case as develop e-learning, development of various learning tools, cooperative practical use of e-learning contents, etc. However because there were no considerations of LMS(Learning Management System) interconnection when each systems were developed, the exchange through e-learning is starting to raise a problem. Especially the exchange through e-learning between university produced problem for a variety of reasons by absence of direct exchange in every case such as communication of students information, communication of lecture information, etc. Hence in this thesis, I will present designed model about efficient LMS interconnection through analysis case of exchange through e-learning and deduce problem. In the first place I define essential part for study such as lecture establishment data, lecture data, user data, class data, student learning tracking to interconnection data, then constituted data interconnection table used view by data interconnection prcess. By experiment result, the accessibility between students and professors was more convenience, and decreased work process by less data exchange. Henceforth there are researches in development of various essential parts for study, considered security of LMS interconnection.

Although student satisfaction is important in university development, there have been many studies in this area. Especially student satisfaction is closely related to emotional aspect, but most studies have tended to study it with cognitive view. To suggest the model of student satisfaction with hedonic view, the model which we present in this study includes professor presence and interaction, PAD(pleasure, arousal, dominance), satisfaction(dependent variable). Through reviewing previous studies, we expect that these professor presence and students' interaction effect PAD, in turn, PAD effect satisfaction. Survey research is employed to test hypotheses involving professor presence, students' interaction, PAD and satisfaction. Previous researches, such as education, marketing, game, have been referenced to measure constructs. We collected data involving students in a university, and used 219 respondents to analyze these data using LISREL structural modeling. Professor presence had positive effects on professor-student interaction, pleasure, arousal, and dominance. Also professor-student interaction had positive effect on pleasure and arousal, and student-student interaction had positive effects on pleasure and arousal, dominance. As a result, PAD had effects on students' satisfaction. In the final section, we discussed several limitations of our study and suggested directions for future research. We concluded with a discussion of managerial implications, including the potential to advance understanding learning in a university.

This study compared the differences between a group that studied with AR contents and a group that studied in a traditional method to examine the effects of AR contents use in elementary school science classes. The effects in four areas of studying were examined : study focus rate, study activities consuming variables, study participation activeness and instructional climate. As a result, there was no significant difference in study concentration rate between the AR and traditional groups. For study participation activeness, the AR group had higher participation actions, but there was no difference between the groups for language participation. For study activities consuming variables, the AR group stimulated more diverse study activities than the traditional group. For instruction climate, the AR contents group contributed more to creating a positive climate compared to the traditional group. Therefore, the results showed that application of AR contents on science classes would stimulate active participation of students and various study activities and help create a positive instructional climate.

대부분의 사이버 대학이 아직까지 사이버 교육에 적합한 양질의 교육용 콘텐츠나 교수진이 턱없이 부족한 것으로 알려져 개강 후 심각한 학습부진은 물론 중도 이탈하는 학생들이 늘어나는 현상이 벌어지고 있다. 또 사이버대학을 관장하는 교육인적자원부 역시 뚜렷한 정책 대안을 마련하지 못해 상당한 난항을 겪고 있는 등 많은 문제점 또한 지적되고 있다. 이에 국내 사이버대학의 현황과 문제점을 지적하고 그 대책과 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.
