본 연구는 기존의 대면학습체계에서 가상교육체제로 변화되고 있는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대해 교수자와 학습자가 점진적으로 교육환경 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 대안적인 방안으로써 인터넷을 기반 대면학습 지원 시스템 제안 한다. 가상교육체제는 고도의 정보 인프라와 학습자 및 교수자 모두에게 일정수준 이상의 정보기술이 요구되고, 실험실습, 실기교육 등과 같은 참여교육에 제한이 따르며, 교육체제에서 기본적으로 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동들을 수용하는데 교육컨텐츠 및 운영 시스템에 대한 정교한 설계 및 준비가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상교육체제의 문제점과 기존 면대면 학습체제의 보완을 위한 방안으로써 교육체제에서 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동 요소들을 정보시스템에서 운영이 가능한 정형화 프로그린 및 프로세스로 전환하여 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 대면학습 지원시스템은 교수 및 학습 활동에 요구되는 전반적인 자료들을 교수-학습 지원 프로그램 및 프로세스에서 체계적으로 관리 및 운영할 수 있도록 모듈화 하는 방안을 제시하였다.

'Interactivity' is considered as a key factor of user-centered interactive instructional systems design in Web environments. To provide an optimal level of interactivity for learners is an ideal goal in instructional systems design(ISD) process. Based on the primary concern of interactive systems design which pursues how the power of interactivity can be utilized and put to work, several interactive design strategies in Web-based systems are recommended through this research.

If we followed to be based on the result of survey for researching on the actual condition about e-Learning of the MOE(2004), the critical problem has been suggested managing the quality of teaching and learning materials(37.68%(1775/4717)). If we also reviewed the research of the KICE(2002), the superior material's rate of 70,000 teaching and learning materials of the web site, the educational organization, and teachers was 8.7%. There was some suggestions about the quality problem of the teaching and learning material, but there wasn't the alternative policy: there wasn't the systemic program for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The purpose of this study was to develop the alternative system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The alternative system of this study's result will be the basic to build the system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. I expect that my system will be the useful tool for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials.

In order to increase students' academic achievement effectively and at the same time to draw active participations from students during the computer lab, we applied the reciprocal peer tutoring education model. We focused on a short-term application of the reciprocal peer tutoring to computer operating system lab education with as little preparation as possible. 61 college students majoring in computer engineering participated in this research; half of them studied in the reciprocal peer tutoring setting, and rest of them did in the normal lab setting. Results show that students who participated in the reciprocal peering tutoring lab have higher academic achievement and better satisfaction on overall education and the class's professor. We hope that our method will be easily used in other universities' computer lab education.

급격한 교육 환경 변화와 정보 통신망의 보급.확대로 학교 교육의 정보통신 활용 학습 체제로의 전환이 가속화되고 있는 시대적 요청에 부응하여 가장 쉽게 인터넷에 접속할 수 있으면서, 학습자들이 흥미를 갖는 웹 기반 모듈형 교수.학습 자료를 개발하였다. 모듈형 웹 자료를 개발하고. 이를 교수.학습 활동에 적용하여 수업을 진행 한 결과 학습자들의 학습에 대한 흥미도와 학습 내용의 이해도 및 학업 성취도를 고취시켰으며, 또한 자기 주도적 탐구 학습이 가능하여 과학과 탐구 학습 수행 능력이 크게 향상되었다.

One of the most urgent problems facing 21 century might seem to be a preparation for an advanced education against an information society and have relation to a new information supporting system in teaching as well as leaning. Nevertheless, our educational circumstances have a lot of problems because an effective information supporting contents for teaching and leaning is insufficient. Especially, we've never been making every effort to develope educational contents providing students with a type of information and knowledge database even though the education which come into use internet has been raising a social issue. Therefore, we propose a model of learning contents for supporting www based distance learning system.

In order to satisfy the gifted students' learning desire and maximize the effectiveness of their learning, we constructed the system which would provide them with supplementary activities based on the Internet boards. At the very beginning, we investigated the personalities of the gifted and their classroom environment which they prefer through studying the related references and asking questionnaires. And then we discussed how to improve the lectures, decided to make the basic structures of the web-based supporting system, and designed some teaching strategies for the gifted. which are named 'GIFTED'. Now the web-based supporting system, which are composed of several boards, was established and is being operated now. Each subject has its own boards. The boards of each subject basically consist of Notice, Learning-materials, Q&A, Homework, Recommended Sites. The results we've got from operating our system are following: Teachers and students were generally satisfied with the system while students wanted more materials. Students and teachers had a positive attitude that the site boards of Learning-materials and Homework are being actively used, while the numbers of contents uploaded in Q&A and Recommended site boards are small and they are regarded as being unimportant to the students and teachers.

The purpose of this study is the construction and internal validation of DT ISD model that incorporates Design Thinking process into Instructional Systems Design. The study proceeded in 3 steps. Firstly, literature review was conducted to examine the process and components of Instructional Systems Design model such as ADDIE. Design Thinking models were also reviewed to determine the probability of integrating Design Thinking with ISD. Secondly, DT ISD model was constructed by adopting 3 principles of Design Thinking to ISD process. Thirdly, the internal validation research was conducted through 3 rounds delphi study and DT ISD model was finally validated by experts of instructional technology and lifelong education. DT ISD model is based upon constructionism in learning theory rather than behavioral or cognitive learning theory such as ADDIE. Hence, DT ISD model is an effective instructional design model for adult lifelong education program. It is suggested that action research is necessary to examine the external validation of DT ISD model.
