예비유아교사의 일터영성신념 척도(WSBS_PECT)의 타당화 : 행복감과 진로성숙도에 대한 판별력 (Validation of the Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher : Discrimination of WSBS_PECT on Happiness and Career Maturity)

  • This study was to validate the WSBS_PECT (Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness and career maturity. The data from 523 prospective early childhood teachers were analyzed statistically through t-test and binary logistic regression model. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality belief significantly gets more scores of happiness and career maturity than the lower group, 2) 1 factors of the WSBS_PECT has discriminant power on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness, and 3) 2 factors ('meaning for life' and 'belief on calling for ECE teacher job') of the WSBS_PECT are effective to discriminate prospective early childhood teachers' career maturity. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSBS_PECT and to increase its' feasibility.

유아교사의 행복감과 사회적 지지가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Social Support on Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of child care teachers' happiness and social support on job performance. Methods: The subjects were 380 teachers employed in child care centers and kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province. Self-report questionnaires were used to investigate teachers' happiness, social support and job performance. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression with the SPSS program. Results: The results of this study were as follow. First, teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' happiness. The highest correlation sub-variable was purpose in life. Next were personal growth, self-acceptance, environmental mastery and autonomy. And the last was positive relationships with others. Teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' social support. The highest correlation sub-variable was evaluative support. Next were affective support and material support. And the last was informative support. Second, teachers' happiness and social support affected job performance. Evaluative support, which was a sub-variable of social support, affected job satisfaction. And personal growth, purpose in life, and self-acceptance, which were sub-variables of happiness, affected job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study revealed that teacher's happiness and social support were important factors for teachers job performance.

보육교사의 직무스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계에 대한 유머감각의 중재효과 (The Moderating Effect of Childcare Teachers' Sense of Humor in the Relation Between Their Job Stress and Happiness)

  • Objective: The purpose of the present study was to examine the moderating role of childcare teachers' sense of humor in the relationship between their job stress and happiness Methods: Participants were 294 childcare teachers working at 83 childcare centers located in Busan and Gyeongnam. Teachers completed a rating scale in order to examine their demographic variables, job stress, sense of humor, and happiness. The collected data were analyzed using product-moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Childcare teachers' job stress was negatively correlated with their happiness. And childcare teachers' sense of humor had a positive relationship with their happiness. Hierarchical regression analysis indicated that the interaction of childcare teachers' job stress and sense of humor predicted their happiness. Childcare teachers' job stress was significantly associated with their happiness among those who demonstrated the lowest level of sense of humor. Childcare teachers' job stress had no relationship with their happiness, especially for those with the highest level of sense of humor Conclusion/Implications: We suggested that having a sense of humor might be valuable for childcare teachers in order to buffer the link between their job stress and happiness.

대학생의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 구조분석 (Structural Analysis of Factors Influencing University Students' Happiness)

  • This study was conducted to investigate a correlation of factors that have an influence on the happiness of college students, and to investigate the effect of factors on happiness of college students by analyzing the structure of influencing factors of happiness. To this end, 430 freshmen in college were selected and tested on character, self-esteem, self-leadership, and happiness. The measurement tools used in this study were the 30 questions of Character Scale that Choi Min-Soo and Im Eun-Young(2013) developed and modified by Im Eun-Young(2015), a Self-Leadership Scale of Manz(1998) classified into behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy that Wang Ji-Seon(2011) translated and modified. a Self-Esteem Scale(SES) of Rosenberg(1986) that the researcher modified and used, and The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire of Hills and Argyle(2002) that Choi Yo-Won(2002) translated and the researcher modified. According to the research result, for correlation with happiness, self-esteem was .86, self-leadership was .74, and character was .66, and for correlation with self-leadership, character was .70, self-esteem was .66, and correlation between character and self-esteem was .57. Secondly, for direct effect on happiness, self-esteem was .62, character as .20, self-leadership was .19, and for direct effect on self-leadership, character was .49 and self-esteem was .38. Thirdly, indirect effect of character on happiness through self-leadership was .94 and indirect effect of self-esteem on happiness through self-leadership was .73. Through these research results, it was identified that character, self-esteem, and self-leadership of college students are the influencing factors on happiness, and that self-esteem is the biggest influencing factor on happiness of college students among the three variables. The results of this study suggested that university students' personality had a positive relationship with self-esteem and that university students' personality, self-esteem, and self-leadership altogether had a direct influence on happiness. Moreover, both personality and self-esteem of university students had an indirect influence on happiness through their self-leadership.

언어네트워크분석을 통한 유아놀이 관련 연구동향 탐색 (Research Trends of Young Children's Play Using the Semantic Network Analysis)

  • 누리과정 개정으로 인해 유아놀이에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 관련 연구의 양적 증대와 더불어 다각적인 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간 교육학 및 유아교육학을 포함한 사회과학, 생활과학 등 다양한 연구분야에서 발행된 등재후보지 이상의 학술지를 대상으로 언어네트워크분석을 적용하여 시기별 유아놀이 관련 연구의 핵심단어를 도출하고 핵심단어의 중심성 분석을 하고자 하였다. 분석결과로 나타난 주요특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아놀이관련 연구는 1기(2009~2013년)에 비해 최근 5년 간 큰 폭의 키워드 증가를 나타내었고 주제 분야별 학술지 게재현황을 살펴본 결과 교육학, 유아교육, 생활과학, 아동보육, 사회과학 분야의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 키워드 네트워크를 분석한 결과 1기(2009~2013년)에는 놀이성, 역할놀이, 유아, 창의성, 놀이, 또래놀이상호작용 등이 중점 키워드로 나타났으며 2기(2014~2018년)에는 놀이성, 유아, 놀이, 또래놀이행동, 또래놀이상호작용 순으로 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 또한 1기와는 다르게 2기에는 교사·유아 상호작용, 언어능력, 행복감, 인지능력, 유아교육 등의 키워드가 새로이 등장하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 관련 연구의 발전 방향을 모색하였다.

가족식사가 식생활태도, 학업성취도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 경기도 고양시 소재 중학생을 중심으로 - (Effects of family meals on eating behavior, academic achievement and quality of life - Based on the students of middle school at Goyangsi, Gyeonggido -)

  • 본 연구에서는 가족식사가 청소년들의 식생활태도와 학업성취도 그리고 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 경기도 고양시 소재 중학교 1, 2, 3학년 남녀학생 302명을 대상으로 가족식사를 빈도, 규칙, 인식의 각 요인으로 나누어 청소년의 식생활태도, 학업성취도, 그리고 삶의 질과의 연관성을 살펴보았다. 조사 항목은 일반적인 가족식사 패턴과, 가족식사는 빈도, 규칙, 인식의 세 가지 요인으로 나누어 각 요인을 조사하였다. 식생활태도는 중학생의 식생활 특성을 반영하여 영양, 배려, 예절, 행복감의 세부항목으로 총 19개의 항목으로 측정하였다. 학업성취도에 관한 설문은 각 과목에 대한 학업성취도를 측정하였다. 삶의 질은 신체적 건강 관련 삶의 질 4항목, 정신적 건강 관련 삶의 질 10항목, 그리고 경제적 만족도와 관련한 삶의 질 3항목의 총 17개 항목으로 구성하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족형태에 따라 가족식사 규칙(p<0.05)과 인식(p<0.05)에 유의한 차이를 보이는 이는 반면, 맞벌이여부에 따라서는 가족식사 빈도(p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 가족식사 요인에 따른 식생활태도, 학업성취도, 삶의 질의 차이를 분석한 결과 빈도와 인식에 따라 식생활태도(빈도 p<0.001; 인식 p<0.001), 학업성취도(빈도 p<0.001; 인식 p<0.05), 삶의 질(빈도 p<0.001; 인식 p<0.001) 모든 항목에서 유의한 차이를 보인 반면, 규칙의 경우 학업성취도를 제외한 식생활태도(p<0.001)와 삶의 질(p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 가족식사 요인과 식생활태도, 학업성취도, 삶의 질 간 관계는 모두 유의한(p<0.01) 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 넷째, 가족식사 요인이 식생활태도, 학업성취도, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 가족식사 빈도와 식생활 태도가 학업성취도(빈도 p<0.001; 식생활태도 p<0.05 및 삶의 질(빈도 p<0.001; 식생활태도 p<0.001)에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족식사 요인 중 빈도가 학업성취도(${\beta}=0.298$ p<0.001)와 삶의 질(${\beta}=0.298$ p<0.001)에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 가장 컸다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 가족식사의 중요성을 중학생들과 학부모, 교사에게 교육하고 가정과 학교에서 올바른 지도를 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
