In this paper, we describe a symbolization analysis of a Diamond World Mandala animation. The mandala means the basic idea of the esoteric Buddhism. The Diamond World Mandala has a very high value as cultural archetype due to have better specific meaning and aesthetic quality than other mandalas. Most researches of Buddhist cultural contents have focused on cultural assets restoration and abstract discussion on contents industrialization until now. However researches on contents directly delivering Buddhism scriptures' meanings are insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze concept of mandala and symbolical meaning of appeared elements in mandala rather than theoretical development appropriateness of mandalas' contents, then implement a prototype of a mandala animation. The animation is made of intangible culture such as an intellectual legacy of mankind, and its applications are as follows; education service for Buddhist doctrines, and cultural services through easy accessibility of Buddhist culture, etc.

The simulation-based weapon system effectiveness analysis is to support the decision making in the acquisition process of the defense domain. The effectiveness of the weapon system is a complexly influenced indicator from various factors such as environment, doctrine and so on. And the measurement of effectiveness can be defined differently in compliance with major issues in the weapon system. Because of this, the weapon system effectiveness analysis requires the comparative experiment of various alternatives based on the underlying assumption. This paper presents the efficient approach to reconfigure the simulation using the reflection technique. The proposed method contains the recoupling and resetting the simulation entity using DEVS(Discrete EVent System specification) formalism-based dynamic plug-in method. With the proposed method, this paper designs the effectiveness analysis environment that can efficiently handle the various alternatives of the weapon system.

The effectiveness of joint operations depends on Jointness based on interoperable elements of participating forces. Many specialists have actively done research studies on interoperability measurement models with the goal of straightforward way of measuring and then have improved the interoperability of elements based on DOTMLPF-p (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities, Policy) in the forces. After the survey of 16 interoperability measurement models, we have concluded that most of them applied only a small portion of DOTMLPF-p elements explicitly or all portions of DOTMLPF-p elements implicitly. In this study, we propose a conceptual interoperability measurement model for applying all DOTMLPF-p elements explicitly. And it can evaluate not only the level of interoperability among forces but also level of jointness for joint operations.

우리 사회는 정보화와 다원화로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 경제현상도 변화하고 마케팅의 기법도 다기해지고 있다. 네트워크마케팅(NWM)이란 다단계마케팅(MLM)과 통용되는 개념으로 직접마케팅(Direct Marketing) 기법 중의 하나로 비교적 새로운 유통방법이다. 피라미드와 혼동되어 한 때 비판의 대상이었던 네트워크 마케팅이 실정법에 근거한 새로운 경제활동의 하나로 국민경제에 기능하게 되었다. 올바른 네트워크 마케팅과 실정법에 대한 이해가 필요하며 경제활동의 하나인 이 분야에도 하나님의 주권과 방법이 실현될 필요가 있다. 이 사업에 참여한 성도들은 주님의 피로 사신 교회의 목적에 충실한 행동과 성숙한 신앙인의 자세와 태도로 임할 필요가 있다. 무엇보다도 자신의 재정적 능력범위에서 사업에 참여하는 것이 바람직하다. 일확천금이나 일시에 거금을 번다는 사실과 다른 선전에 현혹되지 말고 자기 자금이나 적정수준의 자본금으로 사업에 참여하는 것이 요구된다. 현행 방문판매법은 교사나 공무원 등의 우월적 지위를 이용하여 상대방에게 다단계 판매를 강요하는 것을 금지하고 있다. 교회에서도 교회 본래의 목적인 복음 전파와 예배 등의 활동과 상치되거나 방해해서는 곤란할 것이다. 자기의 구원과 삶이 바로 서고 이웃을 돌아보아 사랑을 실천하며 복음을 전파하고, 살아서 하나님의 나라를 이 땅에 구현하고 죽어 천국에서 주님과 함께하는 성숙한 신앙생활에 근거해야 할 것이다. 교회도 네트워크마케팅에 대한 바른 이해가 필요하며, 관련 교리에 대한 정확한 이해와 적용이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 네트워크마케팅에 대한 실정법이 제정되어 있고 현실에 맞게 수차례 개정되어 오고 있으므로 이에 대한 바른 이해가 요청된다. 또한 과학의 발전에 중세의 교회가 이해를 새롭게 한 것처럼, 경제 현상의 변화에 대해서도 통전적인 이해가 요구된다. 이 세상은 근본적으로 하나님이 창조한 세상이기 때문에 이 세상 자체를 악하다고 볼 수 없고 더구나 구원을 이 세상에서의 이탈로 볼 수 없다. 진정한 구원이란 원래 하나님이 보시기에 아름다웠던 그 세상으로의 회복을 포함한다. 이런 면에서 하나님 주권 신앙 하에서 구원이란 전 인격적인 구원, 전 우주적인 구원이 된다. 그렇기 때문에 성도는 세상의 삶과 학문, 예술, 정치, 경제, 사회를 포함한 모든 분야를 하나님의 뜻 가운데서 그 원래의 목적에 부합할 수 있도록 회복시키는 일에 적극 참여해야 한다.

A classical commercial insurance, which is used widely as the risk management methods for risk transferring and risk financing, includes the factors of interests, gambling and uncertainty, In 1985 Islamic Fiqc Academy declared that the classical commercial insurance violates the Islamic fundamental principles and beliefs, alteratively recommending a mutual insurance and takaful. A basic principle of takaful is the mutual aid in the Islamic community. On the basis of mutual aid, takaful participants (insurance policyholder) establishes the takaful fund, which is cooperation fund by participant contribution. Takaful fund is separated from shareholders' fund, and the profit and loss of takaful fund are responsible for takaful policyholder. Ownership and operation right of takaful belong to the takaful participants. In takaful, takaful company takes a role of agent or management operator. Comparing to the classical insurance, takaful has the rights of profit dividend, voting of executives, access to accounting books etc. which are additional favors for business company or individuals as takaful participants. Business companies and individuals should consider to use takaful to transfer risk and to enjoy takaful's additional advantages.

This work describes a basic process of OMS/MP in guided weapons on board ship. The OMS/MP which provided basic data of ROC & RAM analysis must be prepared by user But data acquisition Quantified by specific operational environment of ship and related preparing instructions which are not established are now insufficient of reliable weapon systems acquisition. The OMS/MP is an important area that become measures of Acceptance Test and doctrine considering future battlespace environment From a development of the OMS/MP template that describe systematically and as quantitative of shipped guided weapons, combat developer oriented product development & reliable weapon system acquisition are ta be accomplished. This research developed OMS/MP preparation templete that presented quantified OMS/MP derivation and RAM target value calculation process which provide optimum weapon systems design concept to research developers

The aim of this article is to explore the neighbourhood plan in the UK on the basis of the characteristic of community partnership. In establishing the plan in the UK, a characteristic of public partnership is that a local community takes part in the whole process of establishing the plan. In addition, the central and local government induce the participation of such communities while establishing a statutory duty. To conduct the duty, the government introduce a referendum in the process of the establishment of the plan while emphasizing that the majority selection is the best solution. Based upon this local partnership, one of important lessons from the case of the UK is that in terms of local development, the evolutionary pathway to the social economy become one of more crucial factors beyond the economy itself. In addition, this pathway is deeply concerned with the community partnership.

There has not been any scientific analysis on appropriate size of workforce and salary for civilian workers in military so far. Thus, this paper conducted analysis on propriety in employment size of military doctrine researchers using system dynamic methodology based on annual military doctrine workload. Vensim software was mainly used to measure complement of the research group based on data from job analysis. Secondly, a multiple regression analysis was performed to study an appropriate wage for researchers based on their expertise and working condition. The data from twenty public research institutions and twenty eight job positions that are performing similar duty with military doctrine researchers was obtained and utilized to create a salary-estimation regression equation in the analysis. Finally, with cost-benefit analysis method this paper studied financial effectiveness of hiring military doctrine researchers. Contingent valuation method, which has been recognized as one of the most effective methodologies in cost-benefit analysis on intangible value, was utilized to measure benefit of hiring the researchers. The methodology presented in this paper can be applied to measure and improve the efficiency of military organization not only in military doctrine research area but also in several military functional area (military training, logistics, administration, combat development, and combat support).

Tank, which is a representative ground weapon system, is one of the most important weapon systems in each country. For the cost-effective acquisition of a tank based on scientific analysis, the operational concept and effectiveness should be studied based on engagement simulation technology. Besides physical capabilities including maneuver and communication, logical models including decision-making of a tank commander should be developed systematically. This paper describes a method to model a tank for engagement simulation based on Base System Model(BSM), which is the standard architecture of the weapon system model in AddSIM, an integrated engagement simulation software. In particular, a method is proposed to develop logical models by hierarchical and modular approach based on human decision-making model. The proposed method applies a mathematical formalism called DEVS(Discrete EVent system Specification) formalism. It is expected that the proposed method is widely used to study the operational concept and analyze the effectiveness of tanks in the Korean military in the future.

The Protestant Reformation that erupted 500 years ago has influenced all aspects of society and have become a crucial stepping stone to modern times from the Middle Ages. The purpose of this study was to show the reformational characteristics of the social welfare revealed in the process of the Reformation in the 16th century and how they apply to the Modern Christianity, especially from the view of the missional church. Therefore, in the main body, the two doctrines of Justification by Faith only and the Priesthood of All Believers were based on the Luther's Reformation were examined. A researcher confirmed that his Reformational characteristics concerned about second-class citizens and disadvantaged such as the weak faith, women, and the social situations were considered all the time in his Reformation. There were three characteristics of Luther's social welfare reforms: relief activities, education businesses, and economic policies. In addition, a researcher discussed some suggestions that the missional church can apply to its ministry for creating a healthier community.
