This study was designed to provide implications for related policies by researching the impact on business management performances focusing on the activities within the innovation clusters based on small and medium venture companies in Daejeon area. The questionnaires from 212 CEOs of small and medium venture businesses in Daejeon were analyzed and verified the research hypothesis using SPSS 21. From the empirical analysis, we confirmed the following results; activity of information exchange, information acquisition and solving activity between demand and supplier showed positive effects on business management performance, however the concern and relationship have no effects on business management performance. From this study, we suggest that the active participation in activity of innovation cluster and various supporting systems or policies have to expand for sustainable growth and development of companies within innovation cluster. We also propose that companies needs to try to more efforts on enhance the mutual satisfaction or forming a consensus for cooperation. This study also propose the implications that the companies, innovation cluster must try on efforts to improve relation among members for enhancing the lack of concerns and relationship.

우리협회에서는 지난 3월 '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동' 선포식을 개최한 이래 동 운동의 성공적인 추진을 위해 해외사례조사, 연구용역 등을 통해 실무적인 준비를 추진해 왔습니다. '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동'은 기본적으로 목장 환경개선에서부터, 크게는 지역 경종농업과 연계한 자원순환형 농업, 지역민과의 교류활동(우유소비홍보활동 등)까지 농가 지도와 사례 발굴 등을 통해 토지이용형 농업인 낙농산업의 이미지 제고와 우유소비 확대를 위해 추진코자 합니다. 2005년도에는 캠페인 중심으로 추진되어 왔으며, 2006년도에는 우수사례 발굴 등을 통해 전 낙농가로의 운동 확산을 추진목표로 삼고 있습니다. 금번 연구용역은 깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 추진을 위한 농가의 지침서로 활용키 위해 협회에서 강원대 성경일 교수에게 의뢰한 것으로서, 앞으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 소책자를 제작, 농가에 배부할 계획이며, 그중 일부 내용을 발췌하여 본지에 게재하였습니다.

남북한 천문분야 과학기술협력을 위한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력 방안 연구를 수행하고 있다. 천문학은 과학기술분야 중 남북한 상호 신뢰구축과 민족 동질성 회복에 기여할 수 있는 순수 기초학문으로, 이 과제를 통해 단절된 남북한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력을 기대하고 있다. 또한 통일 후 남북한 천문학 공동 연구를 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 북한의 천문학 연구 인력, 관측기기, 연구 활동 등 인프라를 조사하고 북한 천문학자와의 교류를 위한 접근 방안, 남북한 교류 가능한 천문분야 발굴, 남북한 천문학자 교류를 위한 국제협력 루트를 개발하고자 한다. 분단 후 현재까지 남북 교류의 단절로 북한 천문학자와의 교류는 전무한 실정으로 많은 어려움이 예상되나 중국, 몽골, 스웨덴, 네덜란드 등 국제협력을 통한 네트워크를 마련하여 남북 천문분야 협력방안 및 활성화를 위한 기반을 구축하고자 한다.

원가 및 관리회계분야에서는 이미 선진국을 중심으로 활동개념을 도입한 활동기준 원가 계산(ABC : activity-based costing)이 성공적으로 도입·운영되고 있다. 하지만 국내외 적으로 재무회계분야에서는 전통적으로 복식부기시스템(double-entry bookkeeping system)에 지나치게 편중되어 있어서 회계정보의 산출과정에서 여러 가지 제약을 받고 있 는 것도 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선·보완하기 위해서 재무회계 분야에도 활동개념을 도입했는데, 이것이 바로 활동정보회계(AIA : activity information accounting)이다. AIA는 기업의 활동이 발생하는 즉시 복식부기처리과정을 거치지 않고 활동과 대응가치의 처리방법 을 통해 실시간으로 회계정보를 생산하며, 기업의 모든 부서가 정보를 즉시 공유하고 교류 함으로써 기업유기체를 가능케 하는 새로운 회?리방법론이다. AIA의 개념을 구현하기 위해 이스턴컨설팅(주)에 의해서 개발된 활동정보회계시스템(activity information accounting system)은 복식부기시스템을 전면 부정하기 보다는 이를 점자 개선하고 보완하려는 의도에 서 개발된 종합회계처리프로그램이며, 따라서 복식부기의 모든 회계처리과정을 누락시키지 않으면서도 다양 회계, 관리 및 경영분석보고서를 제공해준다.

지역에 밀착한 관광이 추진되면서, 관광레크레이션지역의 개발 및 관리운영에 있어서는 시민참여에 의한 자원 및 지역만들기가 상당히 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 이러한 시민참여 활동의 역사가 짧고, 특히 관광과 관련해서는 아직 시민참여 활동이 본격화 되고 있지 못해, 그의 구체적인 활동범위 및 방향 등이 정리되지 못한 상태에 있다. 본 연구는 관광레크레이션지역에 있어서 시민참여의 활동범위와 그 추진방향에 대한 틀을 마련하기 위한 기초연구로서, 일본국영공원을 대상으로, 관광레크레이션지역에서의 시민참여 활동의 실태와 그 특성을 분석한 것이다. 연구결과 국영공원의 시민참여 활동은 테마 자원과 시설을 중심으로 매우 세분화되고 있고, 그 범위는 단순한 안내 및 관리가능을 넘어 연구회 및 학습회 등을 통해 보다 조직적, 능동적으로 참여함으로서 개발계획과 평가단계까지 그 영역이 확대되고 있는 것으로 나타난다. 또한 이들의 활동은 대상지 내에 국한되지 않고, 역 외의 유관단체와 연계해 하나의 교류네트워크의 축을 형성함으로써 자원자체의 활성화에도 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타난다.

Compared to penetration of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) system, Healthcare Information Exchange(HIE) has been less active in South Korea. The aim of this study is to explore medical law newly legislated to introduce HIE through the nation. The important insights are that the medical institutions exchange the patient's healthcare information based on the consent of the patient, and it is expected to be set up and managed the medical record exchange support system by the government and a consignment organization. In addition, the certification program for standardization and interoperability on the EMR system would be conducted. Nevertheless, continued policy developments and researches for the promotion of HIE will be urgently needed such as the education for the vendors and developers, developments of the certification programs and the incentive payment programs and the public relations.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of APEC Edutainment Exchange Program (AEEP) that was developed for Korean multicultural students and implemented in Philippines. Based on literature review and data analysis, we designed and developed edutainment-based contents for their team projects. The participants of the AEEP which was carried out between Aug 12th and 19th in 2012 were 34 elementary and secondary school students with program coordinators. Data collection included survey, video, interview, report and episodes. The data analysis of AEEP activities revealed the features of global experiential learning and edutainment in the K-pop and cooking projects where the Korean-Philippino students exchanged their cultural activities with joyful cooperation. The data also confirmed the Korean students' positive changes toward multi-cultural understandings and attitudes.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the rehabilitation policy of North and South Korea in the context of the analysis and to classify the output according to the social welfare policy calculation framework of Gilbert and Spight, To promote exchanges and to suggest directions for development. Therefore, the welfare policy model for disabled people in South Korea is established, and the welfare policy that can be applied to the North Korean society in a short period of time is applied to South Korea's movement rehabilitation welfare policies by reducing the lack of communication through the unified and institutionalized disabled groups of South Korea And it activates and activates the foundation of the revitalization of the disabled person sports.

The purpose of this study is to examine how online knowledge-based search service is being used by students in science education. Reviewing information and summarizing data are important parts in scientific inquiry. As more and more information is available online, how to review and summarize online information for scientific inquiry also becomes an issue. In this study, we examined one of the popular online knowledge-based search services to see what kinds of information in secondary school chemistry are mostly sought and how reliable those information could be. The result indicated that users mostly seek scientific explanations and problem solving but about 30% of provided information appeared to be incorrect. It implicates that it is necessary to pay attention for teaching students how to obtain, evaluate, and communicate online information in science education to enhance students' ability for scientific inquiry.
