Most of the studies of mathematics so far have found positive changes in the effectiveness of the academic achievements of academic achievement, as well as positive changes in the effectiveness of academic achievement or attitudes or attitudes towards mathematics. The purpose of this study was to investigate the achievement criteria for the use of the teaching aids and to present the teaching aids and the methods for teaching the learning contents appropriate to the achievement standards. Specifically, it finds the achievement standard suitable for the learning contents instruction course of the textbooks of the elementary school 1st and 2nd graders, finds the available diocese in the standard diocese for the math class, and investigates the diocese in use in the present textbook.

The standards for instructional media and equipments imply an essential element for curriculum. In knowledge-based society, school libraries are an educational environment to assist curriculum, offer information literacy and reading services. Therefore the standards for school libraries instructional media and equipments are able to suggest the mission of school library media center, and it should contain suitable elements for educational roles. But the current standards are insufficient from quantitatively as well as qualitatively. In this study, we developed the selection criterion of physical computing teaching aids for middle school SW education. Literature analysis, Delphi survey, and AHP methods were applied to develop the selection criterion. First, seven characteristics for physical computing teaching aids have been set up by the literature analysis. The contents are suitability for curriculum, safety, durability, economy, general availability, attractiveness, and ease of management. Based on these characteristics, the Delphi method is used in developing 31 criteria in 7 areas for the selection of physical computing teaching aids. Next, the AHP method was applied to identify the relative importance between 7 areas and between 31 detailed criteria. And then the final criterion for the selection of physical computing teaching aids was developed by calculating scores for detailed criteria.

Recently, the rapid progress of internet technology stirs the widespread development in the educational areas. Internet has been exploited as an effective means to support school information management as well as to supplement traditional off-line teaching-learning methods. Science instruments are very important tools for science-related courses in the elementary schools. However, managing science instruments effectively has not been concerned greatly so far. Only off-line management systems were presented. In this paper, a Web-based science instrument management system is proposed. The proposed Web-based science instrument management system has the following characteristics. First, an extensive model for science instrument management is presented. The proposed model can be used as a standard model for effective management. Second, the system can provide inventory information as well as standard instrument requirements to teachers anytime anywhere. The system helps teachers make decisions on procurement plan. Finally, the user interface is designed to support easy navigation and simple use.

This study derived optimized teaching aids that use the physical computing method as the solution for effective software education at the elementary level. We set standard for selecting physical computing teaching aids in elementary-level by gathering the opinions from previous studies and think tanks and then applied the standard to some aids and choose one. We also made lesson plan and tried it to the experimental group. Subsequently, students' logical thinking skills showed a statistically significant improvement in terms of the t-test. Also, in the analysis of the effect size, it was shown to have a positive influence on the improvement of the students' logical thinking skills. Additionally, survey of satisfaction evaluation from the students showed that the teaching aid selection standard was effective in selecting suitable teaching aids for elementary students and that the classroom activities utilizing physical computing teaching aids were at a suitable level for elementary students.

This paper investigates the challenges and outlook of textbook teaching and learning material industry. 1. The challenges of teaching and learning material industry. Fifth, economic policy for teaching and learning material industry is required. Sixth, manage system for teaching and learning material is necessary. Seventh, distribution system for teaching and learning material should be reformed. 2. The outlook of teaching and learning material industry. First, accreditation system will be introduced. Second, teaching and learning material industry will develop continually. Third, eco-friendly and sustainable system will be built. Fourth, multimedia industry will be extended. Fifth, managing system to enhance usage rate will be settled.

1997년부터 시작된 1단계 교육정보화 종합계획에서부터 1999년 '교육 발전 5개년 계획'에 이르기까지 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축에 힘써왔다. 이렇게 정보통신기술교육을 위한 물적 인프라 구축이 완료되어 있다고 하는 시기에 중요하게 점검해보아야 하는 것이 바로 교육정보화의 내용, 즉 정보통신기술교육과정이다. 본 연구자는 국가표준의 학생ICT활용능력기준(ISSS)을 분석의 틀로 설정하여 현재 강원도에서 사용되어지고 있는 정보통신기술교육과정을 위한 인정도서의 내용이 ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 교육과정에 맞게 구성되어 있는지를 살펴본 후, ISSS에서 제안하고 있는 상세화된 교육과정을 충실히 운영해 나가기 위해 기본적으로 필요한 교재 및 교구 요소들을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단위 학교에서 이러한 교재 및 교구 기준 안이 필요한지와 구비되어 있는 수줄과 수요를 설문지를 통해 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 이후 정보통신기술활용교육을 위한 교재 및 교구 기준을 마련하는 기초 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the application of perceived quality and authentication evaluation system of teaching materials and implements for children in the early childhood education field. To achieve this, a survey was carried out from April 20 to April 30, 2013 on 150 guidance teachers who teach children classes for more than 3 years at kindergartens in Daejeon area, Chungnam. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, for the use of teaching materials and implements, 96.1% of teachers thought the quality of teaching materials and implements in their interaction with children was important. Most of them had a high perception of the quantity and quality when using teaching materials and implements with early childhood curriculum. For the most inconvenience when using teaching implements, developmental appropriateness was the highest by 47.3%. And the convenience of the application to children was 3.54 points on average. Above this, the application of teaching implements to children when using play and teaching implements was useful by 3.89 points on verage. The current teaching materials and implements for children in the early childhood education field was normal by 3.29 points on average. Second, teachers' perception of teaching materials and implements was relatively positive by 3.99 points on average, proving that the quality of teaching materials and implements based on the application of teaching materials and implements to early children in kindergartens was very important. Consequently, considering the importance and usefulness of teaching materials and implements, it is necessary to introduce institutional policies that teaching materials and implements with quality standard and institution evaluation can introduce the evaluation authentication system to guarantee the convenience of children' safety and use by the supply of quality-guaranteed products.
