The educational computer game service, due to its entertainment role, is a very attractive tool for students to raise their interests in learning. Especially mathematics, the most difficult subject for many students, is one of the typical subjects in which the educational computer game service can be efficiently applied. Most of the previous game services is for single or two learners. And learner only have to simply submit a solution for the proposed math expression in the game. In this paper a multi-player game service based on TCP/IP socket programming technique is designed and implemented to join in the game for multiple learners. In addition, we design a game rule to improve learners' number sense by letting them arrange various ways to solve the problem. Finally, using the requirements of educational game service, we evaluate the proposed game service and its usability.

Overseas marketing before the conclusion of a contract is a huge obstacle to enter the global market because it has needed the company's maximum capacities which are some cost, time and human resources. Thus it required a reestablishment about the education fields and research schemes. Due to the advancements in ICT and internet, a subject of e-trade is becoming a critical issue with a subject of a practice of international trade. However, since the mid-2000s, e-trade research articles and educational materials such as textbooks, research papers are being gradually reduced. Therefore the purpose of this study, from an oversea marketing point of view among the various e-trade fields, is to measure an education performance and an academic research scheme. And this study will suggest direction of improvement about research scheme and educational performance in the overseas marketing. According to the result, to establish the education and research scheme about SEM(Search Engine Marketing), SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and SNA(Social Network Analysis) which are introduced in the industry among the education and research field related the e-trade is urgent. And some subjects need a capstone-design reconcile theory and practice.

Purpose: This study was aimed to develop and evaluate of a Problem-based Learning (PBL) in the course of Nursing Management and Ethics. Method: The design of the study was both methodological and one group only pre-post design. The sample included 61 senior students who are currently enrolled in Nursing management and Ethics course in college of nursing. Data regarding PBL evaluation were collected on the critical thinking and clinical reasoning using structured questionnaires during March to June, 2005. Data were analyzed using descriptives and paired t-test. Results: A total of three PBL packages was developed by the two faculty members and two teaching assistants who are majoring in nursing management. PBL packages that had been developed was applied to 61 senior students for three months. Critical thinking and clinical reasoning were measured twice pre and post the application of PBL packages. There were statistically significant differences in the critical thinking and clinical reasoning between the pre and post PBL application. Conclusion: PBL was considered to be effective in understanding the learning concepts in the Nursing Management and Ethics. Further research on the facilitative strategies and development model considering the characteristics of Nursing Management and Ethics course is needed.

In a rapidly changing IT and business management environment the demand for competent IS personnels is increasing. However, it is ironic that the number of IT and IS majors has sharply decreased as well as the widespread skepticism of IS identity. This research suggests directions to differentiate MIS to other IT majors, diversify IS core competency and make general improvements in MIS curriculum. The research recommend the courses of IS Strategy and policy, ITA/EA, Global IT Management, Emerging Technologies, DW/DM, BI, IT Service Science, Project Management, IT Consulting and integrated capstone which are few in Kore universities. This research also stress the course of soft skills like business communication, team building, analytic/logical thinking, rational problem solving and so on as a important IS competency. The pedagogy of course is important, so the research recommend the internship, mentoring programme, lecturers in industry according to industrial - educational cooperation.

Korean entrepreneurship education has been focused on the subject selection and curriculum based research according to the stage of entrepreneurship process. But problem is happen in the theory based lecture and unrealistic content of entrepreneurship education. Recent studies in technology entrepreneurship recommend integrated approaches to educating students to operate in this space integrated programs span disciplinary lines, but more important, they combine coursework on fundamental concepts and processes with real team-based projects on technology commercialization. At the core of TI:GER(R) is a three-course academic track that provides instruction in technology commercialization processes with a focus on intellectual property/technology law and business fundamentals. Technology, management, and law are the key success content of entrepreneurship education and we need the approach the integration of these factors.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of computer operation engineer. In this study, a DACUM(Development A curriculum) method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, grades or ranks, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by an job analysis committee composed of 7 specialists in the industry and academia. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of computer operation engineer. The first step is preparation for job analysis(data research, interviews and selection of experts), the second step the establishment of job models(first expert council and site study), the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools(the second expert council and site study), the fourth step the selection of courses and subjects(the third expert council), the fifth step the establishment of guidelines for making questions(the third site study).

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop a new course entitled 'Clinical Research Management' to enhance nursing students' clinical competency in handling clinical trials. Methods: The goals and content of the existing current education program for clinical research professionals such as clinical research coordinators and clinical research associates provided by the Korea National Enterprise for Clinical Trials were analyzed to identify the core educational concepts. A focus group interview was performed to investigate essential competency levels for the professionals who were to begin their career in the area of clinical trials after graduating from the college of nursing. Through these initial processes, we identified the core competency required for clinical research professionals and the related course content. Goals and objectives based on the specified four competencies were set and confirmed by expertise review. Results: We developed a new course entitled Clinical Research Management, a 16-week elective subject consisting of various teaching and learning strategies based on four core competencies: basic knowledge on clinical trials, communication, risk management, and ethics. Conclusion: The results of this study will contribute to enhancing nursing students' clinical competency, including knowledge, skills, and attitudes relevant to clinical trials.

The purpose of this study was to verify clinical reasoning of nursing students as well as clarify the relevance between clinical reasoning and academic achievement. 87 students broke into 30 groups of two or three. The students performed post operative care for adult patients in the simulation practicum course of their final semester. Data were collected by evaluating the video-recorded nursing practicum using the clinical reasoning rubric. Clinical reasoning of 61(70.1%) students was limited to the beginning level and that of 6(6.9%) students of the highest scoring was at the third level among the four levels of ability. There was no significant correlation between clinical reasoning and the final cumulative GPA, while there was low level of significant correlation between clinical reasoning and GPA of adult health nursing course or adult health nursing practicum course. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the nursing curriculum to enhance nursing students' clinical reasoning.

기초의학 강의 요원의 부족은 교육에 대한 부담과 연구활동 위축이라는 이중고를 초래하고 있다. 기초의학 강의의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 연구 및 해결책이 제시되어 왔으며, 통합강의 역시 그 대안의 하나로서 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새롭게 부각되고 있는 기초의학 통합강의에 대한 가상강의(cyber lecture) 적용의 실효성과 타당성을 설문조사와 교과목 운영의 경험을 중심으로 분석하였다. 설문조사에 대해 학생들은 가상강의의 내용, 난이도, 진행 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 등에 대해 대체로 만족스러운 의견을 제시하였다. 또한 가상강의가 통합강의 운영을 보완해주는데 효율적일 것이라는 의견과 더불어, 향후 통합강의에서 가상강의의 비중을 학대할 필요성에 대해서도 찬성의견이 반대의견보다 지배적임을 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 통합강의 실습의 일부분을 가상강의에서 운영하는 방안에 대해서도 대체로 긍정적이었다. 통계분석 결과, 가상강의에 대해 긍정적이거나 부정적인 의견들은 기초신경학 통합강의 성적이 우수한 학생과 보통이하인 학생들 사이에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (${\chi}^2$ 검증 결과), 성적이 우수한 학생일수록 가상강의의 효율성에 대해 긍정적이라는 경향은 알 수 있었다(Spearman 등위상관계수를 산출한 결과). 본 연구결과를 통해 제시된 개선방안과 축적된 경험을 바탕으로 점차 가상강의의 비중을 높이고 강의교수들 간의 유기적 협조가 이루어진다면 가상강의는 향후 기초의학 통합강의 운영의 새로운 패러다임(paradigm)이 될 것으로 사료된다.

This study derives the main areas of information organization that should be covered in the formal curriculum of Library and Information Science, and suggests content elements for each area. Literature research, content analysis, survey and expert evaluation were conducted. Based upon these, information organization field was composed of four areas: information organization in general, classification, inventory, and practice, and a total of 31 content elements were presented. The content elements derived from each area through this study can be used as basic and helpful data when designing syllabus or teaching subjects in the field. In addition, it is possible to expand the content elements of each area of the information organization field through the research method used in this study. Finally, the results of this study will be used as basic materials when conducting the educational contents of information organization field.
