Automatic Registration of Optical and Radar Satellite Imagery Using Patch Matching (패치 정합에 의한 광학 및 레이다 위성영상의 자동 등록)

  • 위성 영상의 활용범위가 확대되면서 다양한 위성 센서로부터 위성영상이 제공되고 있다. 특히 최근에는 이기종 센서로부터 서로 다른 시간과 분광정보를 가진 영상의 자동 등록이 영상자료 분석을 위해 필요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Kompsat 영상과 Radarsat 영상을 이용하여 두 영상에서 공통으로 존재하는 패치(Patch)를 추출하고 그 패치의 중심점을 찾아 매칭하는 방법에 기초를 둔 자동영상 등록 기법을 제시하였다. 밝기 값분석을 통해 패치를 추출하고 추출된 패치를 모폴로지(Morphology)기법과 잡음요소 제거 기법을 적용하여 패치에 포함된 잡음을 제거하였으며, 비용함수를 이용한 패치 매칭과 변환함수를 이용하여 자동영상등록을 실시하였다.

  • The AmonRa instrument, the primary payload of the international EARTHSHINE mission, is designed for measurement of deep space albedo from L1 halo orbit. We report the optical design, tolerance analysis and the optical performance of the breadborad AmonRa imaging channel instrument optimized for the mission science requirements. In particular, an advanced wavefront feedback process control technique was used for the instrumentation process including part fabrication, system alignment and integration. The measured performances for the complete breadboard system are the RMS 0.091 wave(test wavelength: 632.8 nm) in wavefront error, the ensquared energy of 61.7%($in\;14\;{\mu}m$) and the MTF of 35.3%(Nyquist frequency: $35.7\;mm^{-1}$) at the center field. These resulting optical system performances prove that the breadboard AmonRa instrument, as built, satisfies the science requirements of the EARTHSHINE mission.

Effect of interprofessional education programs in Healthcare (보건의료계열 다직종 연계 교육프로그램의 효과)

  • This study aimed to develop an Interprofessinal Education(IPE) program for third-year healthcare students to provide patient safety-oriented services and demonstrate professionalism, and to determine the effects of applying the program for five days on patient safety knowledge and patient safety performance confidence. Key topics included understanding job roles by profession, training in patient risk prediction, scenario-based patient experience, and strategies for identifying improvement. As a result of the study, after the application of the IPE program, the patient safety knowledge decreased statistically significantly from 39 points to 37 points(p=.007). The patient safety performance confidence increased statistically significantly from 6.71 pints to 7.50 points(p<.001). In addition, students who experienced clinical practice had higher patient safety knowledge after applying the IPE program, but there was no difference in patient safety performance. Repeated studies are recommended to prove the effectiveness of the IPE program, and specific measures should be taken to expand and continuously manage the IPE program.

Design and deposition of two-layer antireflection and antistatic coatings using a TiN thin film (TiN 박막을 이용한 2층 무반사 코팅의 설계 및 층착)

  • In this study we have calculated an ideal complex refractive index of a TiN trim used in a layer of anl1reilecnon (I\R) coatmg, [air$ISiO_2ITiNIglass$] in the visible. Also we simulated the rellectance of lwo-layer AR coating by varying the thicknesses of TiN and $SiO_2$ layers, respecl1vely. The simolation results show that we can controllhe lowest reflectance and AR band of tile AR coating. The TIN fihns were fabricated by a RF magnetron sputtering apparalus. The chemical, structural and electrical properties of TiN fih11S were inveshgated by the Rutherford backscattering spech'oscopy (RBS), atomic force microscope (AFM) and 4-point probe. The optical properlies were inve,tigated by the spectrophotometer and vanable angle spectroscopic ellipsometer (VASE). The smface roughness of TiN flhns \vas $9~10\AA$. TIle resistivity of TiN films was TEX>$360~730\mu$\Omega $ cm. The ,toichlOllletry of TiN film was 1'1: O:N = I: 0.65 :0.95 and ilic oxygen wa~ found on ilie smface. With these experimental and simu]al1on resulLs, we deposited duo: two-layer AR coating, [air$ISiO_2ITiNIglass$] and the refleClance was under 0.5% ill the regIOn of 440-650 run. 0 run.

Slit-light Laser Range Finding Using Perspective Warping Calibration (원근 와핑 보정을 이용한 선광원 레이저 거리 검출)

  • In this paper, a slit light laser range finding method using perspective warping calibration is proposed. This approach has an advantage to acquire relatively high accuracy, although the optical system is nonlinear. In the calibration, we detect the calibration points which are marked on the calibration panel and acquire the center position of the slit light laser in the image, which are used for computing the real positions of the slit light by using perspective warping. A calibration file is obtained by integrating the calibration data with the transition of the panel. The range data is acquired by interpolating the center position of the slit light laser to the calibration coordinates. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides the accuracy of 0.08mm error in depth range of 130mm with the low cost optical system.

Development of the Dot Sight Device by Using the Doublet Reflector (Doublet 반사경을 이용한 도트 사이트 장치의 개발)

  • Purpose: To develop a dot sight device for a sighting shot using the doublet reflector. Methods: We designed the singlet reflector and the doublet reflector by Sigma 2000 program and compared the one to the other. Results: In analysis of finite ray aberration, we could confirm that it has the effective field of view with the free-parallax which is 3.3 times wider than the existing dot sight device using the singlet reflector. If you use the doublet reflector, the central thickness of optical system become more than two times bigger than the existing one. As a result, when the image of a target object is made on the observer's retina, if you make the first side's radius of curvature equal with the second one as the case of the singlet reflector, changes in magnification are appeared. To conquer this problem, we had to make be satisfied with the afocal condition in the case of doublet reflector. Conclusions: we could develop the dot sight device for a sighting shot using the doublet reflector which has the effective field of view with the free-parallax which is 3.3 times wider than the existing dot sight device using the singlet reflector.

우리나라 공작기계공업현황과 과제

  • 어떤 산업이든 기계공업이 관여되지 않는 분야가 없듯이 공작기게가 관여되지 않는 기계공업은 생각할 수 없다. 이와같이 공작기계는 <기계를 만드는 기계> 라는 점에서 모든 산업분야의 근간을 형성하고 있으므로 공작기계의 품질과 성능은 곧 한나라의 기술수준을 가늠하는 척도로서 대표된다고 하여도 과언은 아 니다. 오늘날 선진국들은 수요자가 요구하는 다양한 초정밀공작기계까지도 만들고 있다. 크게는 우주개발에 서 항공기, 선박 및 자동차생산을 위시하여 건설장비, 전자 및 광학, 정밀화학, 각종 시험기기 등 공작기계의 손이 미치지 않은 곳이 없다. 이렇게 공작기계는 전산업에 걸쳐 크게 영향을 주고 있으며, 특히 최근의 산업 화 추세가 점차 자동화, 무인화, 초정밀첨단산업으로 비약함에 따라 공작기계의 역할은 더욱더 중요시되고 있 다. 우리나라 공작기계공업은 1960 년대의 이전 극히 영세한 중소기업중심의 보수공작기계부품 생산형태에서 1960 년대 후반부터 일부 범용기종의 생산이 시작되었으나 보다 본격화한 것은 1973 년 정부의 중화학공업육성 시책에 따라 대기업의 대거 참여로 공작기계제조업은 시설, 자산, 경영면에서 대형화 하였고, 동시에 선진국의 최신기술과 시설을 적기에 도입하므로써 품질향상, 신제품개발, 수출참여 등 공작기계공업 발전에 일대 전기를 마련하였다. 특히 '85 년에 들어서면서부터 3 저의 여파로 국내 자동차산업의 호황, 전자, 기계 및 관련수요 산업의 설비투자와 시설개체에 힘입어 공작기계생산도 활발하기 시작하여 그 어느때보다 생산기반혁신을 위한 구조적 대응책이 절실해지고 있다. 따라서 공작기계공업의 당면과제는 지속적인 기술개발과 품질향상으로 국산 화율을 제고시켜야 함은 물론, 이를 양산화하여 명실공히 선도산업으로서의 위치를 굳히고, 적어도 기계류의 수입국에서 기계류의 수출국으로 기치를 든 탈바꿈을 할때 비로소 불균형이 없는 흑자시대는 도래할 것이다.

Recent Progress in Colorimetric Assays Using the Absorption of Plasmonic Gold Nanoparticles (플라즈모닉 금 나노입자의 흡광 특성을 활용한 생화학적 비색 분석법 연구 동향)

  • Light absorption has potential as a signal in biochemical analyses due to its simplicity in measurement and interpretational clarity. Among substances that generate absorption signals, gold nanoparticles possess advantages such as chemical stability, biological compatibility, and unique optical properties from the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) in the visible light range. They also exhibit versatility compared to other colorimetric substances effective only for specific target molecules, as they easily conjugate with various detection active substances like antibodies and aptamers. Particularly due to advantages such as low cost, ease of particle synthesis, and high environmental stability compared to enzyme-based colorimetric methods, gold nanoparticles are extensively researched as signal substances in colorimetric assays. This review summarizes various strategies utilizing gold nanoparticles as absorption signal substances, focusing on recent research. Based on the characteristics of gold nanoparticles, where the optical property is influenced by particle morphology, literature is classified and reviewed based on strategies controlling the shape of gold nanoparticles during signal generation. Through this, it is observed that gold nanoparticles, which have been used as absorption signal substances, continue to be actively researched, affirming their potential for broad and continuous improvement in the future.

  • For Deleuze, the frame is a closed system with numerous subsets of information. the frame can be defined by mathematics and physics. it is a geometric system of equilibrium and harmony with variables or coordinates. like paintings, Linear perspective represents a three-dimensional depth in a two-dimensional plane through vanishing points, horizontal lines in the frame. Linear perspective makes it possible to assume the infinity towards the vanishing point and the infinity towards the outside of the frame, the opposite of the vanishing point. Not only figures and lines in the drawing paper, but also the space between the figures and lines in the drawing paper was recognized. that is space, the 3rd dimension. with the centripetal force and centrifugal force of the frame, frame follow the physical rules of power and movement. de framing is against the dominant linear perspective and central tendency of the frame. The film contains four-dimensional time while reproducing three-dimensional space in two dimensions. It may be that the outside of the frame, or outside the field of view, contains thought, the fifth dimension.

Study on the Scan Field of Modified Octupole and Quadrupole Deflector in a Microcolumn (마이크로칼럼에서 변형된 4중극 디플렉터와 8중극 디플렉터의 스캔 영역 비교)

  • In a microcolumn, a miniaturized electrostatic deflector is often adopted to scan an electron beam. Usually, a double octupole deflector is used because it can avoid excessive spherical aberrations by controlling the electron beam path close to the optical axis of the objective lens and has a wide scan field. Studies on microcolumns have been performed to improve the low throughput of an electron column through multiple column applications. On the other hand, as the number of microcolumns increases, the number of wires connected to the components of the microcolumn increases. This will result in practical problems during the process of connecting the wires to electronic controllers outside of the vacuum chamber. To reduce this problem, modified quadrupole and octupole deflectors were examined through simulation analysis by selecting an ultraminiaturized microcolumn with the Einzel lens eliminated. The modified deflectors were designed changing the size of each electrode of the conventional Si octupole deflector. The variations of the scan field and electric field strength were studied by changing the size of active electrodes to which the deflection voltage was to be applied. The scan field increased linearly with increasing deflection voltage. The scan field of the quadrupole deflector and the electric field strength at the center were calculated to be approximately 1.3 ~ 2.0 times larger than those of the octupole deflector depending on the electrode size.
