A survey on the school foodservice was conducted from 693 middle school students to examine their degree of satisfaction on foodservice with the object to enhance the quality of school foodservice in Gwangiu and Chonnam area. The degree of satisfaction with school foodservice ranked high in taste, temperature and service categories. There were notable differences in the satisfaction level by the gender of the students. Male students ranked higher than female students in taste, temperature and the sanitary condition of food containers. According to grades, first grade students ranked the highest in satisfaction of food selection, temperature, services and cafeteria. Regarding the amount of left-overs, soup and pot-stew were the greatest followed by side dishes. Reasons for leftover food were listed as being tasteless, having no appetite, or large serving size. The items of priorities on school foodservice were revealed as sanitary conditions, taste and variety in menu selection by the students.

With the development of national economy and increase of income, consumers' demand for quality and safe agricultural products have increased and perception on environmental-friendly Farming products has been sharply changing. In other words, consumers increasingly show the tendency to prefer environmental-friendly farming products for considering health and environment protection, despite higher price. The environmental-friendly farming products in Jeonnam Province is still at its early stage, accounting for 1% or so of the total products. Considerable part of environment-friendly farming products, nevertheless, difficult problem to End consumers, thus sold at relatively high prices. To the questionnaire asking their most severe difficulty is about 30.5% for sale. This suggests that strategies for consumption expansion of environment-friendly farming products, including of consumers, confidence, publicity of consumers, should be established to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers in Jeonnam Province.

The research on set menus served at Japanese restaurants at special-rate hotels around Gwangju and Jeonla Province suggests problems and rooms for improvement through examination of the current status of set menus at Japanese Restaurant in hotels of Gwangju and southern Jeonla province, prime cost, and sales volume. Advantageous points of course menus served at Japanese restaurants at hotels are as followings: a variety of courses are available; ingredients can reflect seasonal change; clients are satisfied with food at reasonable cost; and it results in sales increase. Based on such measures, more efforts should be made in order to advance preference and satisfaction with menus, cut back on prime cost, and maximize sales volume.

Identification and antibiotic susceptibility of Clostridium perfringens isolates from fecal specimens of healthy sheep and dogs were performed from December, 1995 to November, 1996 in Kwang-ju and Chonnam area. C. perfringens was isolated in 3 strains(15.0%) out of 20 healthy sheep and 2 strains(6.7%) out of 30 healthy dogs. In antibiotic susceptibility test of C. perfringens, 80% of the isolates was susceptible to ampicillin, baytril, and penicillin, 60% to cephalothin, and 40% to erythromycin.

대기중으로 방출된 오염물질은 기상조건에 따라 다른 지역으로 이동하여 침적하는 메커니즘을 가지고 있는데, 이의 규명을 위하여 주암호 유역을 대상으로 건성침강하는 대기오염물질의 양과 이들에 의한 수질의 오염기여도 및 발생원에 대한 추적을 본 연구에서 시도하였다. 전라남도 송광면에 위치하고 있는 주암호는 홍수의 조절 및 억제와 수자원의 안정적인 공급을 위하여, 1984년도에 만들어졌으며, 현재 광주 및 전남의 식수 및 생활용수를 공급하는 중요 상수원일 뿐 만 아니라 광양제철 등의 여천산업단지의 공업용수를 공급하고 있는데 최근 수자원의 고갈이 심각하여 대두되고 있는 현시점에서 주암호에 대한 중요성 및 의존도는 더욱 증대되었다. The economic development system of Korea is based on export-oriented strategy and the free trade agreement. So Korea is trying to conclude the free trade agreement with China, Japan, and EU. The reason is that Korea will have more chances to develop there economy scale and trade surplus, but it will give the worst economic situation. The research showed that the effects of FTA on Korea's GDP will be much greater than China's and Korea's trade surplus with China will expand in the manufacturing sector, but agricultural and marine products are layed in opposite situation. Especially comparing with other Provincial, Gwangju Jeonnam has a relative importance portion of agricultural and marine products. So, Gwangju Jeonnam have to prepare the effects of agricultural and marine products under the Korea China FTA.

Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

This study researched that the remodeling was executed desirably in the side of deweller's household to the subject of ten apartment housings located in Gwang-ju, Jun-nam province. The study method was used the field study method and used in parallel with participant observation. As a result of the study, first, the problems of remodeling enforcement process are brought about standardized design, bad construction and the difficulty of solution in the defect occurrence. Second, By that request of the household is not reflected, the room except bedroom and the bathroom of inner room are low practical use degree. And wash space, garden space, assistant space of kitchen work were becoming hindrance factor of the residing environment because the use is irrational.

본 논문에서는 다차원법과 CVM을 이용하여, 도시홍수 방재시스템의 가치를 추정하였다. 방재사업은 예산의 편성과 집행과정 중에 연기 또는 집행 순서가 변경되기도 한다. 이는 즉각적인 효과가 드러나기 어려운 특징 등 때문에 시민 공감을 얻기에 어려우며, 정치적이고 경제적인 요인 등에 의한 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 시민들이 체감하고 있는 방재사업의 가치 규모를 추정하고자 하였다. 정책 공급자들이 홍수 방재 사업의 추진 결정에 참고하는 가치와 시민들이 생각하는 가치를 다차원법과 CVM으로 각각 추정한 결과, 다차원법으로 산정된 가치보다 시민들의 필요 가치가 낮게 추정되었다. 따라서 정책 수요자들의 공감을 이끌어 내기 위한 노력을 지속해야 할 것이다.
