Information society, introduced by the rapid progress of computer technology and communication technology, has brought us the comfort and prosperity on every aspect of human life. However, the adverse and harmful effects of it, including the ethics problems, turn out to be serious. Concerning these problems, purpose of this study is set to investigate the actual state of ethics awareness on information and communication, since ethics awareness is required more urgently than ever in this era of technology. While adolescents, who will lead the future society, comprise the majority of internet usage population in our nation, they are exposed to the harmful and risky contents in the periods during which their world view would be established. Furthermore, the problems emerging in the progress towards information-oriented society are jeopardizing the dignity and inherent value of human being, therefore causing the serious moral chaos and social problems. In this paper, the awareness level of middle school students in Gwangju City has been investigated especially in the aspect of information and communication. Based on the results, it is revealed that the efforts of government, social organization, students' parents as well as the education circles are essential. Also the proposal for improvement on the awareness level has been presented.

The findings of this study on the Consciousness level of the citizens of Kwang Ju City are as follows; Firstly, the level of knowledge on the environment problems is high and the knowledge is acquire through mass media. In 21st century, tourism can's be formed without tourism information systems. Like other cities Kwangju Met. City has managed tourist information system though internet, but it provide tourist only with poor information as text datum and image datum. Therefore tourist can's get the effective and proper tourism information about Kwangju from that system. The purpose of this paper is to develop tourism information system on the basis of geographic information system for providing tourist with effective geographic tourism information. In the first place, spatial database on tourism information about Kwangju was built by 3 stage of areal scope: national scale, provincial scale and city scale. Next, by analyzing existing tourist information system, 4 major system function is developed: viewing tourism map, guiding tourism information, searching tourism information and printing tourism map. By complement of multimedia datum, this system shall be a major tourism resource of Kwangju.

By materials of traffic safety public corporation, from 2007. 1. 1 to 2007 12. 31, for a year. traffic accidents took place in korea were 211,662 accidents. By this 6,166 people were death, and 335,906 people were wounded. In Gwangju metropolitan city, in 2007 year, 7,881 accidents took place and 152 people were death and 12,728 peoples were wounded, in 2008 year, 8,231 accidents took place and 138 people were death and 13,533 people were wounded. Death people reduced but accidents numbers were in creased 4.4%. Meanwhile, government did various traffic policies to reduce traffic accident. But still, disgrace of underdeveloped country in traffic division couldn't take off. Moreover, traffic safety unconcern of general country people are very deficient. In this research, as the basis of Gwangju province police agency, in traffic accident the present state, I am' going to analyse the part of directly related to citizen life and centering death accident and to present traffic police activities for prevention of traffic accidents.

2006년 국내 광산업시장은 전 세계적인 초고속인터넷망 및 FTTH 관련 서비스 확충에 따라 광통신 부품 업체의 호황과 아울러 휴대폰 부품시장, 반도체 광원(LED)분야의 전체적인 수출 및 내수시장규모가 증가한 것으로 조사됐다. 그러나 해외 원자재 구매 증가로 인해 수입 비율이 증가하고 반면 수출은 엔화, 달러 환율의 지속적인 하락에 영향을 받아 마이너스 성장한 분야도 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 광산업클러스터가 구성된 광주의 지역내 총생산은 2003년을 기준으로 하여 15조 7,229억 원으로 전국 비중은 2.2%를 차지하고 있을 정도로 열악하고 재정자립도도 6개 광역시 중에서 하위를 기록하고 있었으며 취업자 기준 산업구조도 서비스업이 80%정도를 차지할 정도로 구조적인 취약점을 안고 있었다. 이와 같은 광주경제의 어려운 상황을 근본적으로 타개하기 위하여 광주광역시가 21세기 최대의 유망산업인 광산업 육성 계획을 수립해 제시한 결과, 중앙정부 차원에서 광산업 육성 및 집적화 계획 1단계 사업(2000년~2003년)이 성공적으로 마무리 되고 현재는 2단계 사업(2004년~2008년)이 추진 중이다. 따라서 현시점에서 광산업 육성 성과를 판단할 수 있는 지표로 광주지역에 소재하고 있는 광산업체의 증가수와 매출액 등에 대하여 한국광산업진흥회에서 2006년 12월에 전수조사 하였다.

By preservation of vegetation landscape in urban park, the uniqueness and attractiveness of a city can be created and maintained. In this study, the CAD simulation of Dwangju Park was implemented, and it was proved that CAD simulation can be used to preserve the vegetation landscape and to regulate the building construction. But, when simulated short range vegetation landscape, such as the position, height and forms of trees, vegetation structure, dtc., are can be important factors. And, the method of suveying and presenting trees in CAD for efficient simulation are need to be sutdied futher.

Patterns of induced daily torpor were measured in the striped field mouse, Apodemus agrarius, in response to low temperature, food deprivation and various photoperiods using implanted data loggers. A total of 8 of 21 females entered daily torpor in response to low outside ambient temperature (Ta) during winter and spring, constant low Ta $(4^{\circ}C)$ or food deprivation $(23^{\circ}C)$ during summer, but 2 of 23 males did only in response to low outside Ta during winter. This fact indicates that torpor is an adaptive hypothermia to unpredictable environment in both some males and females, as well as that torpor was inhibited in males in the reproductive season as in other mammals, which is regarded as a strategy not to reduce the chance of copulation. As for females, however, torpor was employed in response to unpredictable environment even in the reproductive season, suggesting that alternative strategies other than keeping the chance of copulation maybe hired by females to keep the population. Torpor bout generally began at $6{\sim}12$ AM, but the decrease of body temperature $(T_b)$ began mainly at $4{\sim}6$ AM at any conditions, the time when Ta is lowest. This strategy might be also adopted for reducing heat loss to unpredictable environment. Minimum $T_b$ of both males and females during torpor did not fall below $16.5^{\circ}C$. Photoperiod had no influence on the incidence and timing of daily torpor in either males and females. The similar timing of torpor bout in response to the 3 different photoperiods (24D, 16L:8D or 8L:16D) under the constant temperatures $(4^{\circ}C\;or\;23{\pm}2^{\circ}C)$ suggests that entering time of torpor might be controlled by the circadian rhythm of the mice rather than by the photoperiod.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors related to conspicuous consumption and the effect of materialism and reference group on the conspicuous consumption. The data used in this study included 287 homemakers living in Mokpo and Kwangju,. Statistics used for data analysis were Means Frequencies One-Way Anova and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) The factors related to conspicuous consumption were educational level of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 2) The factors related to materialism were age of wife and subjective level of living 3) The factors related to reference group were age of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 4) Materialism and reference group had positive effects on conspicuous consumption 5) The effect of reference group was the most influencial factor.

정부는 그 동안 공공부문의 문제점으로 지적되어 왔던 낮은 경영성과, 저 생산성, 고비용 구조, 낮은 시장 대응력, 조직 운영의 비효율성 등의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 공공부문을 포함하는 정부 혁신을 강력하게 추진하고 있다. 이러한 혁신의 핵심은 체계적인 성과관리에 있다. 지방공기업 역시 경영효율성을 높이고 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 자율 경영 체제하에서 경영성과를 정확히 측정하고 그에 따른 보상체계를 마련하는 것이 필수적이다. 논문에서는 이러한 BSC(Balance score card) 기반에서 다원화된 평가주체에 부합하는 지방공기업의 성과 지표에 대한 틀을 설계하고 이를 이용하여 실례로 광주광역시환경시설공단에 적용한 사례를 보이고자 한다.

본고는 광주광역시 남구의 어린이집에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모들을 대상으로 초등학교 취학 전 아동의 조기영어교육에 대한 부모의 인식과 실태를 통해 바람직하고 효과적인 조기영어교육을 마련하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 얻는데 목적을 두고 첫째, 광주광역시 남구지역의 조기영어교육에 관한 학부모들의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 살펴보고 효율적인 방향을 제시한다. 둘째, 현재 조기영어교육이 행해지고 있는 어린이집에 자녀를 보내는 학부모님들에게 설문지를 배포하여 조기영어교육에 관한 인식을 조사했다, 이조사를 바탕으로 조기영어 교육의 올바른 교육방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.
