본 연구에서는 광주이씨 시조이신 이당 대감 (?-1369) 음택터의 공학적인 분석을 통하여 정성적 및 정량적인 평가를 시도하였다. 이당 대감은 고려말에 국자감 생원시에 합격되고 조선시대에 들어서 자헌대부 (資憲大夫) 이조판서 (吏曹判書)겸 지의금부사 (知義禁府事)에 증직되었으며, 이당 대감 음택터의 경우 조선시대 8대 명당 중 하나로 알려져 있다. 그리고 조선시대에 정승 5명, 대제학 2명, 청백리 5명, 공신 11명을 배출한 명문집안이다. 따라서 이당 대감 음택터의 혈장을 비롯하여 각 사격을 검토하여 광주이씨 문중의 발복을 음택터의 영향으로 평가내릴 수 있는 공학적인 분석의 정성적 및 정량적인 기준을 제시하고, 과연 조선시대 8대 명당 중 하나에 해당되는지를 검토하고자 한다.

It requires administrative supporting & Policies Aids on Maeul Community Media that confronted with reconstruction of community & interaction of residence. There are increased of community media research. This study examines the meanings of participants, the role of participants & volunteer, characteristic of community media, enlargement of residence, problems and activation of community media also conducted in-depth interviews of participants. According to the results of the analysis, the first it will be enforced administrative supporting & policies aids on Maeul Community Media. Secondly, suggests supporting of a municipal ordinance of Council. Thirdly, facilitate the education of program contents and management of community media. Finally, Supports of production costs.

예로부터 빛고을로 인식되었던 광주가 근세에 이르러 의병활동, 광주학생운동, 5\ulcorner18민주화운동, 아직도 끝나지 않은 이념전쟁으로만 비추어질 수도 있는 지역의 이미지를 재정립하고, 도시 경쟁력의 증대를 위한 방안으로 CI사업 추진계획을 수립하고 3개년에 걸쳐(1999～2001) CI전략 개발, CI디자인 개발, 문화상품 개발, 도시환경디자인 개발 등을 추진하였다. 최근 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 캐릭터는 정보의 시각화라는 측면에서 다른 그래픽 심볼에 비해 설득적이라 할 수 있고, 기존의 심볼의 이미지 보완적 보조심볼로서의 개념이 아닌 독자적인 영역이 구축되어야 하므로 광주광역시 캐릭터 개발은 Character Identity 차원에서 메인캐릭터와 이를 각각의 용도에 맞춰 응용전개시키는 이벤트 캐릭터, 브랜드캐릭터로 구분하여 유형에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 할 적용성 및 활용성에 중점을 두고 개발되었다. 광주광역시의 메인캐릭터 개발컨셉은 "빛"과 "생명"으로 결정된 TCI이념을 활용하는 것과 광주의 상징 요소로서 "무등산"을 활용하는 두 가지 방향에서 개발이 진행되었으며, 1999년 10월의 TCI 추진회의 1차선정을 시작으로 광주시민을 포함한 전국민 설문조사와 2000년 4월의 의회설명회에 이르기까지 다양한 방법을 통해 캐릭터 개발안에 대한 평가와 검토/수정과정을 거쳐 기본캐릭터를 완성하게 되었다. 이를 통해 본 광주광역시의 캐릭터는 중장기적으로 치밀하게 계획되고 실천되어야 하며 변화하는 환경에 효율적으로 대응하는 구체적이고 실천적인 연구평가와 접근방법에 대한 연구 등으로 그 지역의 특징적인 문화를 상품화시키려는 노력이 캐릭터개발을 토대로 뒤따라야 한다. 촉진, 중요 연구 주제의 도출 및 연구 진행 계획을 수립하고, 국제적 산학 협력 강화를 통해 공동 연구를 도출하는 자리를 마련함. $\textbullet$본 학술회의에서 발표된 논문들을 취합하여, 논문집 및 CD-ROM을 제작하여 세계적 수준의 연구 결과를 알리고 이 분야에 관련된 학문, 기술 발전에 큰 도움이 됨.emove effectively radioactivity with in Adsorbent. This paper aims at inspecting the reliability of GPS data, changing WGS 84 data into the longitude coordinates system after surveying a small number of geodetic survey or cadastre triangulation point and supplementry control point around the Kwang-Ju area, and grasping the several problems posed by introducing GPS to the cadastue or the general triangulation surveying from this time.

The phase change due to the reflection from target surfaces in a white-light interferometer induces measurement errors when target surfaces are composed of dissimilar materials. We prove that this phase change on reflection as the polarization of the white-light changes causes a shift of both envelope peak position and fringe peak position of several tens of nanometers as the polarization of the white-light changes. In addition, we propose a new equation for white-light interference fringes depending on the polarization of the source.

The legally protected trees distributed in Gwangju City is 68 individuals belong to 9 taxa. Among the legally protected trees recorded in environment white paper, Quercus dentata located in Gwangsan-gu Eunnam-dong Shinga village must come to correct Quercus liena, Populus nigra var. italica of Byeokjin village of Seo-gu Byeokjin-dong change to Salix glandulosa and Pinus densiflora of Sukjung-dong, Nam-gu should be alter into Pinus densiflora for. multicaulis. IPCC make an estimate the mean temperature multiplies best $6.4^{\circ}C$ and sea level of 59 cm rises and is warning that the North-Pole glacier may have melted mostly and 95% of bio-species on earth may falls at extinction crisis on the late 21th century. If apply IPCC estimate result to evaluate climate change vulnerability through the legally protected trees of Gwangju City, it should be estimated that mean minimum temperature of the coldest month of Gwangju City in the late 21th century result in higher than $3^{\circ}C$ as mean minimum temperature, January in Cheju Island at present. Therefore, it is estimate that the legally protected trees of Cheju Island such as Pinus thunbergii, Celtis sinensis, Aphananthe aspera and a evergreen broadleaf trees will grow up well in Gwangju City area in the late 21th century. The other hand, P. densiflora for. multicaulis and zelkova serrata as the legally protected trees that appear together in Seoul and Gwangju will be estimate by something to expose show vulnerability in region of Gwangju City.

This study was conducted from March to October 2003 to investigate the distribution status and environmental index of naturalized plants at 14 sites at rivers penetrating the downtown area of Gwangju Metropolitan City. The flora consisted of 309 taxa, 76 families, 211 genera, 273 species, 35 varieties and one form, while the naturalized plants consisted of 46 taxa, 14 families, 36 genera, 44 species and two varieties. The dominant species of Gwangju-cheon were nine taxa. Panicum dichotomiflorum, Rumex crispus, Chenopodium album, Trifolium repens, Veronica persica, Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior, Aster pilosus, Bidens frondosa and Taraxacum offici-nale. The dominant species of Hwangryong River were five taxa: Rumex crispus, Trifolium repens, Oenothera odorata, Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior and Erigeron canadensis. At Yeongsan River appeared 16 dominant species: Patspalum distichum, Ckenopodium ficifolium, Lepidium apetalum, Erigeron annuus and Xanthium strumarium in addition to the same dominant species of Gwangju-cheon and Hwangryong River The Urbanization Index (UI) was 17.2% and the Naturalized Index (NI) was 14.9% at urban rivers of Gwangju. The naturalized plants consisted of 16 taxa, which originated in both Europe and North America. Based upon the UI and NI, the urban rivers and their riversides must be considered a major corridor for the invasion of naturalized plants.
