In blasting for lighting, fatigue behaviors of pillars such as destruction and deformation may occur due to blasting vibration and flyrock, which may cause collapses of cavities. This study aims to identify dynamic behavior of pillars to maintain efficient safety of cavities in large drafts. when they collide with flyrocks under blasting for the excavation. For the purpose, we compared ground vibration around pillar when flyrock collided with the pillar and that when explosive blast happened for the excavation. we conducted fragmentation analysis of the flyrock and compared impact vibration obtained from empirical equation with ground vibration obtained from regression analysis of real vibration data. also we compared those with results analyzed from numerical analysis.

이 대담 시리즈는 학교도서관에 대한 도서관계 안팎의 관심을 높이고 현단계 학교도서관 운동이 나아갈 길을 모색해 보려는 취지에서 시도된 것이다. 과거 학교도서관 운동을 주도하였거나 오랫동안 학교도서관 현장을 지켜온 인물들을 찾아 그들의 경험과 의식 속에 쌓여 있는 역사를 끌어내어 오늘을 비추어 보고 내일을 전망하는 계기로 삼을 것이다. 이번 대담에서 만난 사람은 전교조 5.6대 위원장을 역임한 정해숙 선생이다. 선생은 1966년 전남여고에서 사서교사로 첫 발을 내디딘 후 목포여고, 광주농고 등을 거쳐 1989년 해직 당할 때가지 광주 전남 지역의 학교도서관 운동에 크게 기여한 분이다. 10년간의 해직 교사 생활을 마감하고 1998년 9월 1일 부로 광주 기계공고에 사서교사로 복직하여 얼마 남지 않은 교직 생활을 사서교사로서 봉사하고 계신다. 이 대담을 통하여 선생께서는 학교도서관 문제 뿐만 아니라 우리 나라 교육의 전반적인 문제와 관련하여 깊이 있는 성찰을 보여주신다. 대담 일시 : 1998년 9월 24일 오후 9시-11시 30분 대담 장소 : 경주 교육문회회관 커피숍

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

조사지역은 전라남도 함평군 함평읍으로부터 남쪽으로 엄다면 화양리, 학야리, 성천리 일대에 발달한 충적층으로서. 이 지역에는 남서-북동방향으로 광주단층이 통과하고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 충적층 하부에 발달한 단층을 포함한 대규모 파쇄대 파악에는 지표지질조사로서 한계가 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 물리탐사방법을 적용하여 충적층 하부의 대규모 파쇄대의 방향과 연장성을 파악하고자 하였으며, 사용된 물리탐사법은 전기비저항 2차원탐사, 전자탐사 그리고 자력탐사이다. 전기비저항 탐사결과 충적층 내에서 남북방향의 연장성을 갖는 전기비저항 이상대가 파악되었으나, 자력탐사와 전자탐사의 측정자료에는 이 이상대에대한 반응을 관찰할 수 없었다. 이는 전자탐사의 경우, 가탐심도가 매우 작은 EM31을 사용하였고, 또한 자력탐사는 주변 지질매체 간의 대자율 차이가 없는 것에 기인한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 향후 지하심부의 탐사를 위해 전자탐사법중 TEM 탐사를 실시할 계획이며, 또한 낮은 전기비저항 이상대의 연장성을 정확히 파악하기 위하여 기 측정된 전기비저항 탐사 측선 사이를 탐사할 예정이다.

We applied machine learning of semi-supervised learning, transfer learning, and federated learning as examples of AI use cases that can be applied to the three major industries(Automobile industry, Energy industry, and AI/Healthcare industry) of Gwangju Metro-city, and established an ML strategy for AI services for the major industries. Based on the ML strategy of AI service, practical approaches are suggested, the semi-supervised learning approach is used for automobile image recognition technology, and the transfer learning approach is used for diabetic retinopathy detection in the healthcare field. Finally, the case of the federated learning approach is to be used to predict electricity demand. These approaches were tested based on hardware such as single board computer Raspberry Pi, Jaetson Nano, and Intel i-7, and the validity of practical approaches was verified.

지난 10월 24일 대전 소재 선샤인호텔에서 '2017년 제4차 계란자조금관리위원회 대의원회'를 통해 제5대 계란자조금관리위원장에 남기훈 후보가 만장일치로 추대됐다. 더불어 이날 자리에서 대의원회 의장에 오정길 씨(전, 한국양계축산업 협동조합장), 부의장은 김양길 씨(본회 광주전남도지회장), 감사에는 한만혁 씨(무지개농장)와 장재권 씨(자연농장)가 당선됐다. 금년 초 본회 제21대 임원으로 선출되면서 본회 부회장이자 채란위원장에 이어, 2년간 계란자조금관리위원회를 이끌어갈 남기훈 위원장을 만나 앞으로 운영 계획에 대해 들어보았다.

This study aimed to elucidate the architectural characteristics of the cathedral architecture of the Archdiocese of Gwangju, which was completed in the period of liberation and turbulence, and the conclusions are as follows. Gwangju Archdiocese Cathedral, completed during the period of liberation and turbulence, was built with some assistance from the U.S. military or with the efforts of the faithful, and there are a number of factors such as space directing by Aps, the development of a simplified bell tower, the appearance of a stone cathedral, the application of a quenset structure, and an increase in size. show special features The indented apse appears only after liberation, and is a characteristic that appears prominently in stone churches. The simplified form in which the bell was hung by raising the outer wall appeared in the early church shows a change in the composition with a porch in front. The stone church and the quanset-structured church only appeared after liberation and were built only in the 1950s. The size of the cathedral reflects the increase in the number of believers after the Korean War, and the average area is about 1.5 times higher than before liberation. When considering the spacing of the bays as a module, the size plan followed the implicit norm of early cathedral architecture of 36.5m, but gradually decreased to 2.7m and 2.4m.

This study was conducted from March to October 2003 to investigate the distribution status and environmental index of naturalized plants at 14 sites at rivers penetrating the downtown area of Gwangju Metropolitan City. The flora consisted of 309 taxa, 76 families, 211 genera, 273 species, 35 varieties and one form, while the naturalized plants consisted of 46 taxa, 14 families, 36 genera, 44 species and two varieties. The dominant species of Gwangju-cheon were nine taxa. Panicum dichotomiflorum, Rumex crispus, Chenopodium album, Trifolium repens, Veronica persica, Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior, Aster pilosus, Bidens frondosa and Taraxacum offici-nale. The dominant species of Hwangryong River were five taxa: Rumex crispus, Trifolium repens, Oenothera odorata, Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior and Erigeron canadensis. At Yeongsan River appeared 16 dominant species: Patspalum distichum, Ckenopodium ficifolium, Lepidium apetalum, Erigeron annuus and Xanthium strumarium in addition to the same dominant species of Gwangju-cheon and Hwangryong River The Urbanization Index (UI) was 17.2% and the Naturalized Index (NI) was 14.9% at urban rivers of Gwangju. The naturalized plants consisted of 16 taxa, which originated in both Europe and North America. Based upon the UI and NI, the urban rivers and their riversides must be considered a major corridor for the invasion of naturalized plants.
