생산설비의 메인티넌스(Maintenance) 활동을 통해서 철저하게 손실과낭비를 배제하는 것으로서 생산성의 향상을 꾀하는 것을 목표로 한 TPM활동 즉, 전원참가의 생산성 보전활동이 제창되어지고 있는데 최근 어려운 경제환경의 저하로 많은 화학공장이 그것에 관심을 가지고 도입하고 있다. TPM의 기본적인 이념과 구체적인 추진방법에 대해서 설명한다. TPM활동에 의해 생산성 향상의 측면에서 커다란 성과를 올릴 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 설비면과 운전면에서의 안전관리에도 효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

노인들의 여가활동은 노년기에 자신의 역할에 대한 자신감으로서의 자아 존중감을 높이고, 개인의 기대와 충족도의 일치에서 오는 생활에 대한 행복감과 만족감으로서의 생활만족을 위해 중요한 활동이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 모바일 기반으로 노인들의 여가활동을 도와주는 관리시스템을 연구하고자 한다.

중대재해처벌법(이하 "동법" 병기) 시행 전후로 동법에 대응하기 위한 정부 지원과 학계 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔으나, 대부분은 사전 예방에 치중되어 재해 발생 이후 기업 운영상의 리스크 관리나 피해경감 등을 위한 연구가 부족하였다. 중대재해를 줄이기 위해서는 사전 예방이 우선이지만 재발방지 및 추가 피해 최소화 노력도 뒤따라야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 재난 및 업무중단성 사고에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응 및 복구활동에 필요한 문서화된 관리체계를 규정하고 있는 재해경감활동관리체계(이하 "동 체계" 병기)를 활용하여 중대재해처벌법을 준수할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

현대 중소기업들은 기업 현장에서 각종 불필요한 경비의 지출이나 인력의 감원, 시간의 낭비 등을 위해 각종 개선활동의 참여를 독려하고 있다. 그러나 각종 개선활동에도 불구하고 그 효과나 영향력 등의 분석을 효과적으로 관리하지 못하여 지속적인 개선활동을 영위하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업들이 현장에서 발생하는 각종 업무 및 시설 등에 관한 개선 사항의 건의 및 실행 활동 등을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.

As the foodservice industry is labor intensive, the efficient management of human resources is an essential element for improving operational efficiency. This study was designed to investigate the performance level of human resource management in self-operated school foodservices and to examine the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment, and productivity. Whether these factors rated differently by employment and job types was also examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 dieticians and 240 cooks in Seongnam and Yongin. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, the t-test and multiple regression analysis were tested using Minitab. Human resource management practices rated highly in the dimension of employee training (3.51), followed by working environment (3.39), and turnover management (3.37). In contrast, reward management (1.73) and working condition (1.56) received the lowest score. Organizational commitment scored 3.65 points, and showed that dedication (3.82) was the highest score; however, self-esteem (3.50) was the lowest score. For human resource management, there were significant differences between employment types as full time workers (3.85) rated management more highly than part-time worker (3.43). Overall productivity was fairly high, especially in high school foodservices. Only the performance appraisal had an influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=0.292, P<0.05). Productivity was positively correlated with human resource management (r=0.432, P<0.001) and organizational commitment (r=0.36, P<0.01). In conclusion, school foodservices need to establish objective performance standards, and increase employee morale by enhancing reward systems and working conditions. In particular, irregular employees require training with job performance standards and given a proper reward program, depending on their performance, to improve organizational commitment.

디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.

This article investigates the impacts of firms' regulatory compliance and voluntary innovation activities in environmental management on the development of their organizational capabilities and the enhancement of their performance, within the Korean context. The study invokes a structural equation analysis. The results indicate that voluntary innovation activity in response to market pressures makes a significant contribution to the development of firm-specific organizational capability and the enhancement of firms' performance, but regulatory compliance activity does not significantly affect either organizational capability or performance. This capability was also seen to have implications for firm's performance. This article also suggests several policy implications related to the research.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact on patient safety management activities. In this study, 134 nurses from three local hospitals were investigated for patient safety culture recognition, patient safety capacity, and patient safety management activities, and the impact on patient safety management activities was thus attempted. The patient safety culture recognition level was 4.25/5, the patient safety capacity was 4.37/5, the patient safety management activity was 4.26/5, and the patient safety awareness and patient safety capability(r=.765, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Patient Safety Management Activity (r=.837, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Recognition of Patient Safety Culture(r=.728, p<.001) had a significant amount of correlation. Factors affecting patient safety management activities(β=.582, p<.001), Patient Safety Culture Recognition(β=.3632, p<.001), position(β=-.132, p=.009) Patient safety requires strengthening the capabilities of nurses and systematic training and evaluation of continuous patient safety activities.
