This study indicates direction on establishment of the operational plan for disaster mitigation and its implementation for maintaining business continuity of the local company of the first step, and seeks plans for maintaining their continuity through the establishment of early counter system constructed for achieving lasting safe at the any disaster. For achieving it, we investigated the standard of disaster management selected by the government called "Incident Preparedness and Operational Continuity Plan" Guideline, and investigated a guideline to be easily applied to domestic companies. And, we also studied on how to build the operational plan of disaster mitigation and apply IT techniques to A corporation. Especially, this study indicates the models of establishment of risk assessment, impact analysis, prevention and mitigation plan, response management plan for the establishment of plan among 5 main steps on "Incident Preparedness and Operational Continuity Management" Guideline. We devised the plan to activate the disaster mitigation activity throughout the country. It shows the skills to be prepared to upgrade the level of disaster response in this study.

Currently construction corporations also is whether executing or planning IR activities as other corporation do. We will analyze correlation between stock price and IR activities and execute actual analysis of how IR activities influence stock price in order to identify positive influence of IR activities on Construction Corporations which are executing IR activities for raising capital and investors. We make two hypothesizes through searching thesis and interviewing experts. Two hypothesizes are as follows. First of all, stock price will increase in terms of public of IR activities. Second of all, IR activities targeted on domestic investors will be very successful. We deduce conclusions through verifying two hypothesizes. Conclusions are as follows. First of all, IR activities of construction corporations influence stock price positively. Second of all, IR activities targeted on international are more effective than on domestic Third of all, even though IR activities targeted on domestic is less effective than on international, it is indicated that it have positive influences. Construction corporations give investors frostiness and then will expect to raise capital and renew $its^{\circ}{\phi}$ imageby well executing IR activities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting career development activities of married managerial women with one or more children. The study analyzes the structural casual relationship among horizontal organizational culture, supervisor support, workplace satisfaction, occupational self-efficacy, and career development activities. Data of from Korean Women Manager Panal(KWMP) research were used from which a total number of 998 married managerial women with child were subject to analysis. The research hypothesis was verified through Structure Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis. The results are as follows. First, horizontal organizational culture and supervisor support have significant positive(+) affect on workplace satisfaction and occupational self-efficacy. Second, occupational self-efficacy significantly affected career development activities. Third, workplace satisfaction and occupational self-efficacy had mediating effect on the causal relationship between horizontal organizational culture and career development activities. At last, workplace satisfaction and occupational self-efficacy had mediating effect on the causal relationship between supervisor support and career development activities. Based on such results, implications and suggestions were discussed.

Since the 2000s, there has been growing interest in community archival research in the West, and in Korea, projects that support citizen or resident participation in archival activities have also been increasing. With the role of community members as producers of records having gained importance in Korea, it has become necessary to examine the affective approach currently discussed in archival studies, focusing on the impact of "archival activities" on individual citizens. Unlike emotion, which is a personal and subjective experience, affect is characterized by "a sense shared based on relationships" and involves the concept of transformation of being (affection). This study aims to explore a method for analyzing the "affective impact applicable to citizen archival activities," an area that has not been previously addressed. To this end, the study reviews the meaning and concept of citizen archival activities and their development in Korea, focusing on the UCLA study (2018) and Brophy's (2005) approach to analyzing the affective impact of community archives to explore methodologies. It also explores the integration of the concept of "partyhood" to better reflect the characteristics of citizen archival activities. Based on these findings, this study proposes a conceptual model for analyzing the affective impact of citizen archival activities on recorders in Korea.
