The purpose of this study is direction of the Information Society situations and problems of voluntary activities. In the United States of 50 percent Population have experiences of voluntary Activities in 1995. But Korea peoples had been experience of voluntary service activities not so much. In order to solve these problems and improve the voluntary service activities situation today that is information society, the followings are proposed here so that the voluntary service can be performed effectively. Through the schools, mass media, and meetings of various groups, a program should be offered widely to educate about voluntary service activities. This study is based on the volunteers management at community society with Data base information communication. (1)Searching the necessity and problems of volunteers at community centers in Local government (2)Studying the support volunteers Activities management and demand of volunteers activities management through the Data base, (3) Participation of team services management from local Government. (4) Exploring the improvements based on the study. For effective management of volunteer activities management use Information communication System that have data base. And also training of volunteers have more computer using technique through education contained with lectures and drill.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of body image of university students participating in physical activity on appearance management behavior. Using stratified cluster random sampling, a total of 298 male students, 109 male and 189 female students were sampled. The results are as follow. First, male students showed high in appearance, physical strength, health factors and appearance improvement type, and female students showed high appearance management and interpersonal relationship type. It was found that the arts and physical education department had an effect on the body image and appearance management behavior of university students with a lot of pocket money in terms of appearance and physical strength. Second, Body image was found to affect appearance management behavior. Appeared to be the body image of university students through physical activity affects the appearance management behavior, and these behaviors will have a positive relationship to lead a happy daily life in the future.

본 연구에서는 SWAT 모형과 APEX-Paddy 모형의 연계 모델링을 통한 대표 BMP(Best management practice) 적용, 정식시기 및 벼 생육기간을 고려한 시나리오 적용을 통해 농업용수의 관리 및 수질환경 개선 등에 활용할 수 있는 저영향 영농활동을 분석하고자 하였다. 만경강 유역을 대상으로 SWAT 모형을 구축하고 유역 내에 위치한 논 시험포장을 대상으로 강우-유출 및 비점오염원 모니터링 자료를 활용하여 APEX-Paddy 모형을 구축하였다. SWAT 모형과 APEX 모형을 연계하여 유역의 수문, 수질에 대한 정밀한 모델링을 수행하였으며, 이는 저영향 영농활동을 분석하기 위한 필드단위의 정확한 결과를 유역차원에 반영하기 위함이다. 특히, 본 연구에 사용된 APEX-Paddy 모형은 농촌진흥청과 Texas A&M의 공동연구를 통해 개발된 새로운 모형으로서 한국의 논 영농활동 및 담수환경을 반영하여 논에서의 유출 및 비점오염원을 모의할 수 있다. 연계 모형의 적합성 평가를 위해 R² (Determine of Coefficient), RMSE (Root mean square error), NSE (Nash-sutcliffe efficiency)를 사용하였다. 적합성 평가 지표를 분석한 결과, 유출량은 R² 평균 0.91, RMSE 평균 2.87 mm/day, NSE 평균 0.78로 나타났다. T-N 부하량은 R² 평균 0.74, RMSE 평균 59.3 kg/ha/day, NSE 평균 0.50으로 나타났다. 저영향 영농활동 관리방안을 위한 시나리오로 1) 논의 물꼬높이(BMP) 관리 적용, 2) 벼 생육기간 조절을 고려하여 기온변화에 따른 정식시기, 벼 생육기간 등을 조정하여 적용하였다. 기후변화 시나리오는 10개 GCM 모델의 RCP 8.5 시나리오를 통해 분석하였으며, 유역차원의 미래 영향을 분석한 결과, 물꼬관리 BMP에 따라 담수심이 증가되며, 관개량이 감소하고 유출량 10.7%, T-N 11.2% 저감되는 것을 나타냈으며, 벼 생육기간 조절은 BMP보다 상대적으로 효과가 높진 않았지만, 유출량 1.4%, T-N 3.1%의 저감효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 두 가지의 저영향 영농활동 관리방안은 미래기간의 기후변화에 대응하여 농업용수 및 물관리에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 하지만 본 연구결과는 모델링 결과에 의존한 것이며, 추후 지속적인 연구와 보완이 필요하다.

The Configuration management process is to establish and maintain the integrity of all the work products of a process or project. This paper discusses the similarities and differences between ISO/IEC 12207 and ISO/IEC 15846. The most widely used models for software process assesment, ISO/IEC 15504, CMM and CMMI can rate maturity of processes. We analyze and compare the practices for measuring Configuration process and propose metric for quantitative measure.

시스템 개발환경이 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 개발 생명주기의 각 단계에서 발생하는 요건은 기술적, 관리적 측면에서 많은 영향을 받게 되었다. 즉, 개발 생명주기의 초기단계에서 요건에 대한 잘못된 이해나 분석, 개발 영역에 대한 충분한 이해와 관리의 부재 및 계속적인 변경 요구는 부정확성하고 불완전한 요건을 발생시키고, 다른 요건과의 충돌 및 일관성 결여 등을 발생시킬 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 전체적인 시스템의 완전성과 성능 등에 커다란 영향을 주고 유지보수에 많은 비용과 노력을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 실무 프로젝트 개발에 적용할 수 있도록 요건관리와 관련된 프로세스와 활동을 요구공학을 기반으로 완전성과 일치성을 가진 요구사항의 생성 및 관리 등을 포함하는 총체적인 활동과 원칙에 대한 공학적 접근을 제시하여 전체 소프트웨어 개발비용과 위험부담을 경감시키며 품질향상을 이룰 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 각 업무 도메인과 개발 환경에 따라 적절하게 적용할 수 있도록 프로세스와 활동을 커스터마이징 및 컴포넌트화하고 요구사항 관리 도구의 프로토타입을 제시한다.

최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The schedule management in construction project have been performed independently by two method, WBS base management and CBS based management, However, the integrated management model is needed according to efficiency of construction project management and introduction of new EVMS system of KOREA government. For this purpose, interworking database system is designed through efficient modeling of WBS based management data and CBS based management data and relation establishment between entities in this paper. WBS based management DB consists of 4 entities and CBS based management DB consists of 3 entity and one of the 4 WBS DB entities is used to play interworking role between WBS and CBS, Also, attributes of all entities are well defined so that data consistency, integrity and newest are guaranteed. The designed interworking database model was realized using Nex-Pert Pro and the efficiency of data interworking was proved.

질병관리와 의료서비스에 있어서의 공공부문의 역할은 오래된 화두이다. 이번 학회에서도 중요한 주제로 자리매김을 하고 있는 데는 몇 가지 이유가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 첫째, 질병관리와 건강이 갖는 주제 자체의 중요성이다. 건강은 국민의 기본 권리이다. 국민의 기본 건강권을 유지, 향상시키는 데 있어서 질병관리와 의료서비스의 방향 모색은 시대와 장소를 불문하고 우선적으로 다루어져야 하는 주제임이 분명하다. 둘째, 공공보건의료를 전체 인구집단의 건강향상을 위한 총체적 활동으로 볼 때 건강위험요인의 변화와 질병패턴의 변화에 따라 인구집단이 필요로 하는 서비스의 내용이 변화되어야 한다. 그러므로 논의 당시의 시점에서 요구되는 공공보건의료 서비스의 내용을 검토하고 전략을 수립하는 노력은 주기적이고 연속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 최근 공공보건의료에 대한 사회적 합의가 변화하는 가운데 공공부문의 역할에 대한 논의가 제기되고 있다. 과거 "공공보건의료에 관한 법률"에서는 공공보건의료 기관만을 공공보건의료 수행자로 정하고 있었으나 최근 수행자의 범위를 민간의료기관까지 확대시키는 개정작업이 진행 중이다. 이에따라 공공부문의 역할과 활동의 범위를 검토하는 기회가 필요하겠다. 본 원고에서는 발표자가 국립대학병원의 공공보건의료 활동과 지역사회 단위의 보건사업 활동에 참여하면서 직 간접적으로 경험한 내용을 중심으로 질병관리와 보건의료서비스 제공에 있어서의 개선점을 제안하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 기업이 경영혁신 방침으로 Six Sigma 추진시 정보보호영역에서의 과제선정에 대한 기준을 제시한다. 기업은 윤리경영을 기초로 사업과 서비스를 통한 수익창출을 목적으로 한다. 기업은 안정적인 사업, 서비스의 정보환경을 확보,유지하기 위해 지속적인 보안활동을 통하여 Risk 를 줄이는 작업을 해오고 있다. 기업의 정보보호 활동과 패턴은 초기의 정보보호 기본기능을 도입, 구축하는 단계에서 탈피하여, 점진적으로 종합적인 관리체계로 수렴되고 있으며 산출되는 관련 정보와 Data 의 정규화를 기초로 정량적으로 관리가 이루어 지는 시점에 와 있다. 그러나, 정보보호 침해사고 예방 및 대응활동, 예측 불허한 상황에서 발생되는 보안사고, 책임문제의 발생, 정성적으로 관리되는 상황 등은 정보보호 영역의 Six Sigma 추진시 과제선정의 어려움으로 작용한다. 정보보호 영역에서 Six Sigma 과제 선정은 일반적인 Six Sigma 과제 선정과는 다르게 정보보호 특성을 고려하여 선정하여 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 정보보호 활동에 대한 기업의 투자효과도 비재무적 성과외에 경제적 가치요소를 기초로 재무적 성과를 산출하고, 관리하여야 한다. 국내 기업들이 Six Sigma 를 경영혁신 기법으로 확대 적용하고 있는 상황에서 정보보호 영역의 Six Sigma 과제선정에 대한 제안을 통하여 정량적 목표수준 관리에 의한 성공적인 Six Sigma 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 함에 있다.

This study intended to analyze what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in nonprofit social service organizations. Focusing on organizational characteristics only, current studies did not address the importance of organizational capacity leading to organizational effectiveness. Based on the assumption of the relation between organizational capacity and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, this study added factors indicating organizational capacity to the current model. After collecting data from 147 staffs involving in fundraising activities of nonprofit social service organizations, this study used a hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that organizational capacity had a significant impact on the variance of fundraising effectiveness. Despite the limitations of the purposive sampling method, this study has implications to provide practical guideline for nonprofit managers and to develop a theoretical framework with a new perspective on organizational capacity.
