최근 들어 급속한 인터넷 사이트와 이용자들의 증가로 인해 많은 정보 제공 사이트들은 이용자들의 요구에 상응하는 정보를 제공하기 위하여 보다 이해하기 쉬운 그림, 도표, 차트 등의 그래픽으로 처리된 정보들을 생성하고 관리한다. 본 연구에서는 이용자들의 요구에 부합되며 인터넷 상에서 원격 관리가 가능한 실시간 차트서버와 차트 클라이언트, Java application 내부에서 처리되는 java chart component 등을 제안하고 설계 및 구현한다.

본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용하여 철도 연변 낙석, 산사태 관련 공간정보를 검색 및 출력 등 관리할 수 있는 정보시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 전국 철도 노선 중 낙석 및 산사태 발생 가능성이 높은 경춘선, 영동선, 중앙선, 태백선, 정선선의 2.5km 혹은 5km 반경 지역에 대해 철도 관련 정보, 각종 지도 관련 정보, 지형분석 정보, 수문기상 정보, 현장 조사된 낙석 관련 정보 등 각종 공간 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 그리고 구축된 공간 데이터베이스를 관리하는 철도 연변 낙석, 산사태 정보시스템을 개발하였다. 본 정보시스템은 보기환경, 테이블환경, 차트환경, 레이아웃환경, 프로젝트환경 등 5개로 구성되어 있다. 본 정보시스템의 기능은 구축된 공간 데이터베이스를 입력, 검색, 출력 뿐 아니라 자료 변환, 자료 및 범례 편집, 라벨 생성, 화면 확대, 축소, 지도 작성, 그림 편집, 문자 DB 관리, 차트작성, 도움말 등 다양하다. 본 정보시스템은 ArcView의 스크립트 언어인 Avenue를 이용하여 개발되었고 풀다운 메뉴 및 아이콘 방식을 채택하여 사용자가 사용하기 쉽게 개발되었다. 구축된 공간 데이터베이스와 개발된 정보시스템은 낙석 및 산사태 관리 및 분석을 위한 기본 자료 및 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

Object-oriented development has been generalized, but object-oriented project planning and scheduling techniques have not been studied enough. Furthermore, it is difficult to apply the conventional software management techniques to object-oriented projects. Especially, the large scaled projects are increasing, but the project planing techniques for these large scaled projects have not been proposed enough. In this paper, we propose systematic techniques for OO based project scheduling. We suggest a 7 step-process for deriving the OO project schedule from the use-case diagram which is describing the functional requirements of the system. The proposed process includes identifying use-cases, drawing preliminary chart through interdependency analysis, identifying characteristics of each use case, determining the number of iteration, assigning use-cases to iteration, considering available resource and constraints, drawing revised PERT chart. Each step has the explanation of the input, output, and the guidelines needed to perform the step. The project scheduling technique proposed in this paper ran be used effectively in the planning phase which the purpose is to plan a development schedule to yield the high quality software in minimum time.

This paper proposes the CPM bar chart (CBC), a hybrid of the bar chart and the critical pad method (CPM). The CBC overcomes shortages of the fenced bar chart, while still keeping advantages. The fence with direction is applied instead of the broken fence, which triggers considerable problems to identify and apply in the fenced bar chart. In addition, the notorious task to find dummy activities is no longer required. Upon the benefits of simplicity in the bar chart and logical work sequence in the CPM network. the CBC provides a relatively easy way to create and understand a schedule, thus improving communication quality between project participants. With the advantages, the CBC can also be effectively applied to various scheduling techniques such as resource constrained scheduling, resource leveling, scheduling with activity split, delay impact analysis, etc.

본 논문은 스마트폰에서 비만도를 구하는 App을 개발하여 언제, 어디서나 본인의 비만도를 측정하여 건강관리에 활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 App은 차트로 연동이 되어 여러 인원의 그래프 비교가 가능하며, 세부적인 생체수치 필드를 추가한다면, 보다 정교한 바이오리듬까지도 측정할 수 있다. 차트의 검색창을 통해 저장된 DB를 불러들여 본인의 과거 측정데이터와 비교하여 현재 상태를 점검하는 용도로 활용 가능하며, App을 개발하는 과정을 간단한 교육과정으로 사용할 수 있다.

스마트 폰 시대에 발맞추어 대형 병원에서는 환자들의 이용을 돕는 애플리케이션을 선보였다. 환자의 '진료 예약', '예약일 알림' 등 단순한 관리에서부터, 병원에서 받은 검사에 대한 결과를 환자가 직접 확인할 수 있는 '차트보기' 까지, 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구자는 이러한 앱에, 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 게임화를 접목시켜 암 환자의 암 치료 후 건강관리 시스템을 만들어 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 시스템을 만드는 연구의 사전 연구로서 우리나라 5대 병원의 현재 애플리케이션을 조사하고, 게임화로 발전 가능한 부분을 알아보고자 한다.

A construction manager tries to complete a construction project within its duration and budget using available resources. Schedule networks such as Bar-chart and CPM(critical path method) are used to finish the project within the duration. A survey shows that small contractors prefer Microsoft Excel to commercial time management softwares to manage construction time in their fields, because the Excel is useful to control cost with schedule and few time management experts works in the small contractors. A college produces talented graduates who are able to manage time of a construction project. But the quality and quantity of college eduction for time management is insufficient. Another survey shows that majors in Architectural engineering of local national universities have the curriculum for time management, and teach mainly the theory of network scheduling and how to make the network schedule. The several majors have classes for the theory and exercise of commercial time management softwares in several majors. It is necessary to educate time management experts able to use Bar-chart and commercial time management softwares for the small contractors.

Periodical evaluations of the airfield pavement are necessary to provide the ability for the existing pavement to support the increasing volume of air traffic. Also, the evaluation of the existing Pavement condition is necessary for the decision of the maintenance strategy. For this reason, airport pavements in Korea have been evaluated every five years currently. It was known, however, that the current pavement evaluation methodology was not logical and practical. The purpose of this study is to compare the current pavement evaluation method with design chart to the mechanistic approach used in other advanced countries. As a result of this study the mechanistic approach is found to be more logical than the current method.
