Construction industry has the form of industry progressed through mutual cooperation among participants in various fields. Accordingly, it may be referred to as an aggregate of information where various pieces of information are generated and managed according to each construction phase. Most of the information on the construction project is issued in the form of a document. And document management of the site is critical to successful execution of the project. Therefore, in the construction site to use IT technology for efficient information management. But, most of the information on the construction site is managed by the non-structured document. and Information management in the construction site is difficult to lack of information management systems. In this study, proposed construction information database structure and breakdown structure to the information management of the construction site through the BIM technology. Therefore, previous studies were reviewed about the document management and information link management. and Space breakdown structure and information breakdown structure was proposed to structure the information of the construction site and Database for information storage is designed. And, BIM-based construction information database was examined through the application scenario.

ISO/IEC 27002 정보보호 통제 표준은 ISO/IEC 27001 정보보호관리체계 요구사항과 함께 정보보호관리체계 인증에 필수적인 국제 표준이다. 최근 WG 1에서는 정보보호관리체계 관련 표준들의 다양한 변화가 일어나고 있으며 이들은 ISO/IEC 27002에 기반한 관련 표준들에 연쇄적으로 영향을 미치게 되며 실질적으로 이러한 표준을 사용하는 전세계의 인증 생태계에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계 관련 표준들을 개발 및 유지 관리하고 있는 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27 WG 1의 활동을 소개하고 그 중 가장 중요한 ISO/IEC 27002 정보보호통제의 개정 현황을 살펴본다. 또한 이에 관련된 전반적인 표준 개정 동향과 이러한 개정이 미치는 영향과 대응 방안에 대하여 논한다.

This study aims to suggest a classification system for integrated management and shared use of disaster and safety information, which is currently produced and managed separately in disaster-related organizations. The study conducted a survey with organizations in charge of disaster management to analyze existing disaster-related classification systems and developed the first draft of the classification system. Later, in-depth interviews were conducted with disaster experts and a review was made by library and information science professors for the final touch. As a facet classification system consisting of 7 facets, it will be effective in supporting disaster management tasks as well as representing the complex nature of disaster and safety information.

This study aims to develop a hydrological information management system to manage the hydrological data of Han river integratedly. Various data related to hydrology such as water level, dams, the positions of the hydrological structures for Han river were collected and inputed to build the hydrological information management system. The Database Management System(DBMS) of Korea Water Resources Cooperation which is operated in the form of digits and characters was linked to the Geo-Spatial Information System to join positional information and digital information and to analyze the hydrological data using graphical techniques. Through this study, the positional errors which occurred when digital or characteristic informations were only used, were detected. And the hydrological information management system was presented to estimate the reliability of data related to water level among the hydrological information and to show the basis of output used to correct the data.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 그 동안 오프라인 환경에서만 가능하던 많은 일들을 사이버 상에서도 가능하게 해 준 반면에 해킹이나 바이러스 등 새로운 보안위협도 증가하게 되었다. 이제까지 국내기업이나 기관의 정보보호에 대한 투자는 기술적인 대응책 위주로 진행되어 왔으나 정보보호 관련 사고는 여전히 증가세를 보이고 있다. 이것은 기술적 대응만으로는 정보보호 관련 사고를 줄일 수 없다는 것을 나타내는 것이다. 최근 기업이나 조직에서는 산발적인 보안관리에서 종합적이고 체계적인 정보보호관리체계가 요구되고 있으며 이용자 보호 및 B2B, B2C간 전자상거래에 의한 상호 안전성, 신뢰성 등 사회적 요청과 전자정부 구현, 지식정보화 사회 기반 조성을 위한 국가적 요청 등 정보 보호관리에 관하여 제3자에 의한 독립적이고 객관적인 점검 및 평가를 통하여 적정 여부를 확인시켜주는 인증제도의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내외 정보보호관리체계 인증 제도의 동향 및 국내 실정에 맞는 바람직한 인 증제도 추진 방향과 향후 발전 방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 공공기관의 안전보건경영체계 구축현황을 조사하여 안전보건관리에 관해 공공기관의 안전보건경영체계 구축에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구결과는 공공기관들이 산업재해를 예방하기 위해 안전관리 전담조직을 구성하고, 안전보건경영체계를 구축함으로써 실제 안전관리에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 목적을 둘 수 있다.

공사비정보와 일정정보는 사업을 관리하는데 있어 매우 중요한 정보로 이들이 연계활용되어야 공정공사비 관리를 원활하게 진행할 수 있다. 그러나 국내의 실정은 공사비가 내역체계 기반으로 관리됨에 따라 설계사에서 작성되어 시설, 부위, 공간 등의 정보를 갖고 있던 수량정보가 내역체계 기반으로 전환되면서 정보들을 상실하고 시공사에서는 다시 물량분개라는 작업을 통해 다시 시설, 부위, 공간 등의 정보를 부여하는 작업이 발생하고 있다. 이에 도로분야 사업을 대상으로 작업분류체계(WBS)를 그 연계방안으로 제시하고 작업분류체계 기반 공사비 작성을 통해 설계사에서 작성된 정보를 시공사에서까지 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 본 사업에서는 이러한 작업분류체계 공사비 작성을 위한 지원도구 개발을 위해 업무 프로세스 검토, 지원도구 활용 공사비 작성, 시험적용을 통한 지원도구 검증을 수행할 계획이다. 이를 통해 내역정보와 공정정보의 연계가 실현되고, 효율적인 공사비 관리의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

위험에 대한 인문사회학적인 고찰은 물리적이고 기술적으로 대응하는데 주력하는 재난관리 연구에 새로운 통찰을 제공하고, 재난관리가 국민들에게 제공되어지는 국가의 서비스라는 측면에서 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. 한국에서의 위험에 대한 인문사회학적 논의는 산업사회의 다음 단계로써 현대사회가 바로 위험사회라는 사회변동론적인 접근을 하는 울리히 벡의 "위험사회론"에 경도되어 풍부한 논의와 발전이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 루만의 위험사회학은 소통에 기반을 둔 방대한 사회체계이론으로 위험에 관련한 소통을 위해와 위험으로 구별함으로써 현대사회에서의 위험에 대한 인식과 대처에 새로운 안목을 제시함과 동시에 문제점을 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 루만의 위험사회학이 이론적으로 정교한 체계이론에 기반하고 있기 때문에 행위자기반 시뮬레이션을 통하여 위험과 관련된 체계들, 즉, 재난관리체계, 정치체계, 법체계, 경제체계, 환경 체계, 언론체계, 등의 다이나믹스를 이해할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present the improvement of connection system between traffic information centers for reliable traffic information service. We recognized traffic information error caused by too much time in conjunction between traffic information centers, lack of reliability of traffic information caused by absence of generation time and generation institution of traffic information. We presented minimization methods of connection time, improvement methods of reliability of traffic information and development methods of connection state management system.
