본 연구는 효율적인 공급사슬관리(SCM)을 위한 전략 정보시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 효율적 공급사슬관리를 위한 전략정보시스템 구축에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 파악하고 이를 실증 연구를 통해 보다 효율적인 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 효율적 운영에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 영향요인들에 관한 기존 연구와 함께 파워 프로세스의 요소와의 연계를 통해 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략 유형을 제시하고 이의 특징을 연구의 범위로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 연구범위를 위해, 먼저 선행 연구된 파워 프로세스의 권력 주체가 권력요소, 가치 욕구, 환경, 관계성이라는 기본적인 다섯가지 권력 결정변수들간의 동적 상호작용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정을 살펴보며, 이러한 파워프로세스에 의한 전략이 권력 결정변수에 대한 가중치에 의해 전략의 유형이 결정되며, 이 유형에 따르는 전략 효과는 그 가중치와 결정 변수들간의 상호작용에 크게 의존되고 있음을 밝혀내고자 한다. 또한, 공급기업과 공급받는 기업들간의 이러한 관계는 기업이 사용하고 있는 전략적 정보시스템(SIS)으로서의 SCM 전략 유형과 일반적으로 높은 상호작용을 하고 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 더욱이 기업의 정보가치에 대한 높은 인식으로 인한 디지털 경제하에서의 상호간 전략적 형성을 위해서는 더욱 파워프로세스적 관점하에서 SCM 전략 유형과 전략적 정보시스템간의 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 그 유용성을 살펴볼 수 있고 그러한 결과는 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있음을 본 논문에서 밝히고 있다.더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management perceived by members of SMEs on organizational performance and innovation behavior. In addition, the mediator effect of innovation behavior of organizational members on the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational performance was verified using the statistical program SPSS 21.0 program. First, the hypothesis 1, strategic human resource management (adoption and compensation, job design, training and career management, participation in decision-making) was adopted by showing positive impact on the positive impact on organizational performance. Second, hypothesis 2, strategic human resource management (recruitment and compensation, job design, training and career management, participation in decision-making) was adopted after demonstrating statistically significant influence on innovation behavior. Third, the innovation behavior perceived by Hypothesis 3 organizational members showed a positive influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was therefore adopted. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of innovation behavior in the relationship between hypothesis 4, strategic human resource management and organizational performance, innovation behavior was analyzed to be partially mediated. In other words, strategic human resource management of organizational members has a direct impact on organizational performance, but it can show a higher positive impact on organizational performance through innovation actions in its performance.

Knowledge management strategy has become a one of the most important factors creating and maintaining the business opportunities. In this paper, I present a KM-ePAY typology to investigate the role of knowledge sharing strategy in the electronic payment domain. Specifically, I examine the characteristics of four types of electronic payment systems based on the confidence and efficiency that characterize the feature of electronic payment media and identify appropriate knowledge sharing approaches for each component. In conclusion, my findings indicate that knowledge sharing approaches which are align with the characteristics of electronic payment give a way both to increase relationship commitment and to optimize process over electronic payment transactions.

Given Korea does not have a competitive edge compared to developed or other competing countries in national information and knowledge resource, it is necessary to consider ways to ensure the best out of the limited resource. It is believed that Korea has to develop a national information policy which enables effective and efficient communication, management and availability of information resource within Korea. In order to ensure the strategic integration of information and knowledge resource in Korea, this research encompasses the followings: First, the needs for establishing a strategic system that helps ensure the integration of information and knowledge resource on national level are probed, Second, current status of national information and knowledge management policy is reviewed, and some problems are brought forward, Third, to resolve the problems a strategic approach to the integration of information resource according to material types and individual institution's characteristics is proposed, fur effective allocation of government budget. Ant finally, based on the findings and models proposed, a national information strategy to integrate the dispersed information resource is suggested.

The present study is to investigate the elements of e-learning strategies affecting the levels of participation, achievement and satisfaction for learners who participated in the university blended learning environment. For this, 58 subjects were recruited who participated in the blended learning class at K university. E-learning strategies, achievement and satisfaction levels were measured for data collection, and the level of participation was measured by analyzing the LMS log-in database. For data analysis, first, means and standard deviation were computed to find the level of e-learning strategies of the subjects. Second, linear regression analysis was conducted to find the e-learning strategies that could estimate the levels of achievement, participation and satisfaction. As a result, variables to estimate the achievement level included time management strategy and overload management strategy. Variables to estimate the participation level included self-directed strategy, time management strategy and overload management strategy. Finally, variables to estimate the satisfaction level included multiple discussion management strategy, asynchronous management strategy and sociality. Based on these estimated variables, the author suggested some ideas to increase the educational effectiveness.

Medium and Small Firms have faced complex and dynamic environments that have been attributed to increases in the globalization and competitiveness of the global economy. To success in this environments, Medium and Small Firms should set up management strategy and introduce strategic performance management system. And, the strategic performance management system are modified to fit in management strategy. The purpose of this study is to find out firstly, whether management strategy types affect the organizational performance and the intensity of the types makes a difference on the performance and secondly, whether the evaluation system or the degree of utilizing the system affects the organizational performance and finally, whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. In this paper, we categorize the type of strategy for Medium and Small Firms in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Daegu areas, and study whether Firm's performance can be improved by designing appropriate strategic performance management system.

IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

물관리 일원화, 물관리기본법 제정·시행 등 우리나라 물관리 체계의 혁신기에 정책의 구심점 역할을 수행할 통합 물관리 전략 마련이 요구됨에 따라, 최근 관계부처 합동으로 「제1차 국가물관기본계획(2021~2030)」을 수립하여 공표·발간되었다. 국가물관리기본계획에서는 유역단위의 물관리를 원칙(12대 기본원칙 중(中))로 하며, 물관리 3대분야(수질·수생태, 이수, 치수)에 대한 추진전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 지속가능한 물관리 체계를 구축하기 위해 추진전략별 주요 관리지표를 설정하였으며, 이를 통해 물관리 방향을 정립하고 분야별 관련 및 하위계획과의 일관성·정합성을 유지하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 추진전략별 주요 관리지표 중, 유역 재해안전도와 관련하여 하천범람에 대한 기존의 치수안전도의 한계점을 검토하고 유역단위의 치수관리 현황을 평가 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 과거 유역종합치수계획에서의 치수안전도는 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)을 적용하여 등급별 홍수방어대책 수립방향 및 하천의 설계빈도 조정을 검토하였으며, 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 실무적 적용 어려움(산정인자 다(多)), 설계빈도와의 연계성 부족, 치수단위구역의 공간적 정확성 미흡 등에 대한 개선·보완의 의견이 제기되어 왔다. 또한, 유역내 전체하천이 아닌 주요 하천을 대상으로만 치수안전도 설정하여 유역단위의 치수관리에 한계가 있으며, 하천 전체구간의 설계빈도 상향에 따른 홍수방어대책이 비경제적인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 기존의 치수안전도의 한계점을 개선하기 위하여 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 산정인자 단순화, 홍수위험지도를 활용을 통한 치수단위구역의 공간적 정확도 향상 및 치수단위구역별 설계빈도 조정 가능 등의 개선방안을 검토하였으며, 빈도별 치수단위구역의 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 통계적 특성 분석을 통해 등급 설정 및 설계빈도 조정 기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 유역내 전체하천에 대한 치수단위구역별 치수안전도를 설정하고, 중권역 단위의 치수안전도를 평가하여 유역단위의 치수관리 현황을 정량적으로 제시함에 유역 재해안전도로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

'에너지를 절약하는 길, 이것은 곧 나의 삶'이라고 말하는 이가 있다. 30년이 넘게 에너지전략에 힘을 쏟고 있는 에너지관리공단 저탄소에너지기반본부 국자중 본부장. 그는 지난 10월, 새로 취임하자마자 온실가스 감축에 대한 전략뿐 아니라 녹색혁명의 선두주자로서 저탄소 에너지기반본부를 이끌 것이라고 자신감을 내비쳤다. 에너지전략에 관한 그의 생각과 주장은 곧 2020년 온실가스 배출 전망치(BAU) 대비 30% 감축 목표 달성에 한 걸음 가까이 다가갈 수 있음을 의미한다.
