A Study on the Improvement of Maintenance for Public Library (공공도서관 유지관리의 문제점 및 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • As a research of NSO(Korea National Statistical Office), there are 609 public libraries in Korea. They have been increased 1.6 times for 10 years. Similar as libraries, their government officers are also increased 1.3 times. But number of users are increased 2.7times during the same period. Moreover, Because of deterioration of facilities, library can't satisfy user's needs, and it experienced difficulties to carry out its variety roles. In result, this study checked up maintenance conditions which are organization, facility, execution of budget and so on. Furthermore, it deduced problems like short of hands, lack of administrator's expertise and absence of accurate drawings, and suggests improvement.

  • In the cost management of public construction projects, it is an important issue to develop an adequate cost data for estimating the predetermined amount by various methods. For a long time, a standard of estimation in korea is used as a basis for estimating the predetermined amount of public construction. However, they did not have a reasonable cost data based on a labor and equipment productivity analysis. For this reason, it is difficult to make a reasonable and efficient estimation of the costs, and this situation presents an urgent need for more accurate cost data to use in an early phase. This study analyzed the productivity of form work by the CYCLONE model, and presented the model on the number of optimal labor through sensitivity analysis. This CYCLONE model can be useful in analyzing productivity on the various sizes of form. Also, the regression model to estimate the daily output can be used in predicting the amount of labor. Considering the work duration in the regression model is expected to make the daily output estimation much more accurate.

Automatic Client Authentication Method in All-In-One Services (올인원 서비스에서 자동적인 고객 인증 기법)

  • The all-in-one service, for example, mobile wallet enables users to have credit card, membership card, and coupon in one place. It has been one of important o2o services with offline payment. In order to take advantage of mobile commerce, it is necessary to authenticate clients automatically without entering their passwords. This paper proposes an automatic client authentication method in all-in-one service. At registration, clients receives and stores an authentication ticket from a company, which contains an user's identifier and password encrypted by company's symmetric key. Client can be authenticated by transferring authentication tickets to companies at service requests.

  • 문제: 소화기병검사실에서 대장내시경 검사의 부도건수가 최근 월 200명 정도로 예약인원의 16%에 달한다. 이는 본원 외래진료 부도율이 평균 10%인 것과 비교할 때 상당히 높은 결과이므로 대장내시경 예약환자를 대상으로 부도율 관리를 위한 활동이 필요하였다. 목적: 외래 및 입원환자의 부도건수 및 부도환자의 특성을 분석하고, 개선활동을 통하여 대장내시경 검사의 부도율을 줄인다. 의료기관: 서울 아산병원. 질 향상 활동: 부도관리를 위한 개선활동으로 SMS 횟수를 2주전, 4일전, 1일전 3회로 변경하고, 내용도 각 시기마다 차별화하였다. 대장내시경 검사 예약을 하고 기다리는 환자를 대상으로 처방일 순, 예약 날짜순서 등 필요한 항목 순으로 볼 수 있는 리스트가 필요하여 예약대기 프로그램을 개발하였고, 처방일로부터 2주 이내 자동예약을 금지하였다.(7월 10일부터 시작) 예약대기명단에 있는 환자를 대상으로 전화로 예약 변경을 하여 2주 이내에는 예약의 빈자리가 없도록 하였다. 미리 부도를 예측하여 추가로 예약하던 방법에서 정원조정을 하여 정원 외 추가 예약을 하지 않았다. 입원환자 일정관리를 위하여 일정관리 프로그램을 개발하여 타과의뢰 회신을 하는 전임의가 직접 날짜를 전산에 입력하여 회신과 동시에 검사실, 담당주치의, 담당 간호사가 모두 일정을 확인할 수 있도록 하였으나 프로그램이 늦어져 9월 12일부터 시행하였다. 개선효과: 부도건수가 개선 전 8주 동안 385건(예약인원 대비 16%) 에서 개선 후 6주의 평가기간 동안 256건(예약인원대비 14.1%)으로 129건이 감소하였으며, 검사 1-2일전 일정 변경 연락 환자 감소 및 검사 비용 수납 환자의 부도건수가 감소하였다. 대장내시경 검사 예약대기 프로그램 운영 및 예약 변경 전화 활동으로 2달씩 기다리던 환자의 예약일을 약 한 달 정도 단축하여 줄 수 있었다. 검사 정원 관리의 결과로 검사 예약 시 예약기준이 명확해지고, 부적절한 예약으로 인한 검사지연 등이 확실히 줄었다. 또한 입원환자 일정관리 프로그램 적용으로 입원환자의 검사일정과 관련된 전화업무는 확실히 줄어들 것으로 예상된다.

  • The purpose of this study is using a TACT planning and scheduling for apartment houses construction that have many of same units. Because using a TACT planning and scheduling is concluded time reduction at same units as apartment plan. The main contents of this study are 1) window and door work through the field study, 2) adjust worker assignment to minimize work time variation, and 3) an effect of working time through a case study. As a result, the total working time can be improved $21.2\%$ by using the TACT planning and scheduling. The stu요 recommends that 1) establish an accurate data between work period and resource, and 2) preparation to measures minimization of waiting time before using a TACT planning and scheduling.

  • This study aimed to develop and verify the smart human resource management (HRM) program in a large scale greenhouse. HRM program delivers detailed work orders to workers and gathers work results by mobile phone application. Greenhouse managers can monitor the workload, work speed, quality of employee by HRM program and can analyse performance easily. Greenhouse Managers can set the work speed including 'twisting', 'trimming' and 'harvesting' in a greenhouse. It makes planning work schedule and assigns resources to each specific job easier. Therefore, the manager can arrange the number of employees to promote work performance and also easy to estimate the labor shortage. Greenhouse managers can evaluate the adequacy of the number of employees through job performance analysis by period and adjusts the supply/demand ratio of regular and non-regular employees. The HRM program can improve work efficiency by announcing the real-time work performance of all employees on a monitor screen to induce competition among workers and re-educate unripe employees who accomplish behind average to improving work skills.

  • In this paper, we propose human detection and fuzzy temperature control system for energy reduction of cooling device in elevator. In order to improve problems of existing cooling device using the refrigerant, energy reduction and efficient management are continuously achieved because of operation of thermoelectric cooling device using the human detection and fuzzy temperature control system. The proposed system confirms the number of passengers in elevator and temperature is then controlled by those numbers and an average temperature for the season in fuzzy system. The human detection method scans the number of passengers using a head part as a feature based on bird's-eye view camera in elevator. The fuzzy system determines elevator internal temperature considering atmospheric temperature and the scanned passenger numbers as a look-up table. The proposed system reduces energy of the cooling device through the human detection and temperature control. In experiment, energy reduction is confirmed and the performance of the proposed system is verified.

  • Validation이란 용어는 1970년대에 우리나라에 GMP개념이 도입되면서 처음 사용되기 시작하여 지금은 흔히들 사용하면서도 그 개념은 아직도 정확히 이해되고 있지 않은것 같다. 제약공업에서의 validation의 적용범위는 아주 광범위하며 제조기기, 제조공정, 조직, 인원 등에 그 개념을 도입하여 관리하고 있다. 따라서 본 란에서는 validation의 일반적인 개념을 서술한 후 액상제제 특히 무균제제에 대한 calidation중 멸균공정에 대하여 상술하고자 한다.
