방위산업기술보호법 및 방위산업보안업무훈령에 따라 체계종합업체는 협력업체 보안관리 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 비정형 상태의 불특정한 다수의 협력업체를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 협력업체 등급 분류 기준, 등급별 보안점검 지표 마련을 위한 방법 및 PDCA 모델 적용을 통한 지속적 발전 방향에 대하여 알아본다.

정부와 방산업체의 관계에서 원가계산과 계약제도가 중요한 문제이듯이 방산업체 내부에서는 원가관리가 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 방산업체의 원가관리상의 문제점으로는 원가관리에 대한 정부의 동기부여 미흡, 체계적인 원가관리 체제의 부족, 원가회계시스템의 결여 등을 들 수 있다. 원가관리를 통한 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 방안으로는 사전적 원가관리 기법의 채택, 전문적인 원가관리팀 확보, 전사적 원가관리 전개, 최고경영자(CEO)의 전폭적인 지원, 조직구성원에 지속적인 동기부여 등을 들 수 있다.

The reinforcement of competitiveness and prevention of false construction has become the management goal of construction companies since construction market was opened. In this study, we introduced the concept, 'Partnering' to effectively manage subcontractors, and shed light on again the relationship between contractor and subcontractor, and tried to find its mutual progressive relationship. This study looked at the theories through existing literature to build mutual cooperation system by 'Partnering', and then sampled 'Quality Management System' of general construction companies and looked into their present state in managing subcontractors, and then compared and analyzed the problems in managing subcontractors by questionnaire survey with specialized construction companies. And, in order to establish a reasonable plan in managing subcontractors based on these problems, we progressed the study on how to build mutual cooperation system using 'Partnering'.

기업의 목적은 이익을 창출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서는 제품별 생산성을 높여 원가를 절감해야 하지만, 대부분의 레미콘 제조업체는 원가관리를 운영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 레미콘 제조업체의 제품공정은 단순하나 제조원가 중 직접재료비가 약 70% 이상으로 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 원가절감의 여부가 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 정부 공공기관 등은 예산을 안정적으로 관리하고, 부당한 지출을 방지하기 위하여 엄격하게 원가계산제도를 운영하고 있다. 레미콘 제조업체의 원가관리를 위해서는 우선적으로 업체 특성에 맞는 원가관리 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 레미콘 제조업체의 특성에 맞는 원가관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 시스템 설계는 전체 프레임워크, 처리 절차, 데이터베이스 스키마와 자료구조, 입력 출력 설계로 구성하였다. 원가계산의 절차는 정부원가계산 제도를 이용하여 설계하였다. 본 논문의 성과로, 계약자는 원가정보를 신뢰하며 이용할 수 있고, 레미콘 제조업체의 원가정보 표준화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

완제품업체에서의 개발과제와는 상이한 유형체계 및 단계별 관리가 필요함에도 불구하고 일반적인 신제품 개발과제의 관리모형을 도입해 옴으로써 연구생산성의 저하를 초래해 왔던 우리나라 전자부품업체의 문제점을 제기하고, 부품업체에 합당한 효과적인 개발과제의 관리체계를 제시하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해서 전자부품업체의 전문가에 대한 인터뷰조사와 설문조사를 통해 부품개발과제의 특성에 따른 유형별 개발단계의 관리모형을 구축하였는데. 이러한 본 연구의 모형 및 결과는 우리나라의 부품업체들에게 현장적응성이 뛰어난 유효한 과제관리방안을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.

Looking at the large and small fire, explosion, or release accidents that occurred recently, we can see that the accident of subcontractor workers has been increased in the contractor workplace while a harmful or dangerous maintenance works. In this study, the actual status of subcontractor's safety management was examined by using the questionnaire to the contractor who submitted the process safety report. In order to improve the safety management of subcontractors, the responsibility and rational role-sharing between the contractors and subcontractors were reviewed. Also, Providing safety and health information and worker protection measures during maintenance were investigated. The results of this study can be used to help strengthen and improvement safety management of the subcontractor at the time of a hazardous or dangerous works. In addition, it will be utilized to reduce industrial accidents and to build mutual cooperation relationship between contractor and subcontractor.

본 연구의 목적은 미국 신속대응시스템의 요소별 사용현황을 조사하고 도입업체와 미도입업체의 신속대응시스템의 요소별 수준을 비교하며 신속대응시스템 도입업체와 미도입업체의 기업규모 제품종류를 비교분석하였다 조사방법은 미국의 103개 의류업체를 대상으로 설문조살르 하였고 자료분석은 기술통계와 t-test Fisher's Exact test를 사용하였다 신속대응시스템의 4요소는 상품기획, 재고관리, 정보공유, 유연한 생산체계이며 각 요소는 단위기술의 조합으로 측정되었다 신속대응시스템을 도입하고 있는 업체들은 미도입업체보다 모든 4요소의 도입수준이 유의적으로 높았다. 신속대응시스템을 도입업체들은 유연한 생산체계 요소에 대한 도입수준이 가장높게 나타났고 재고관리 요소에 대한 도입수준은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다 신속대응시스템 도입업체는 종업원 500명이상인 대기업규모에 여성복업체에 가장 높은 비율을 나타내었고 미도입업체는 종업원이 10-19명 정도인 중소규모에 유아동복에 가장 높은 비율로 나타났다.

Most construction works in a building site are progressed by many work categories and sub-contractors. Therefore there are many difficult things of management of construction-information because variable occurrences are happened to manpower and material resources. For this reason, various management systems are suggested, but the application of these systems are difficult because only construction company manages these systems and sub-contractor's participation, understanding and financial ability are insufficient. In addition to that, there are other problems such as lost information when it is carried, perversion and distrust of information by hand and lots of time and labor are necessary for collection, analysis, and management of information which are offered for daily report. so the purpose of this study is for improvement of reporting process with making an analysis of productivity effects and an analysis of function and problem of daily report. I intend to suggest the direction of improved daily report system for better productivity of construction work through input information and management of cooperation enterprises.

불과 몇 년전에 다가왔던 데이터 웨어하우스의 개념이 이젠 정보산업의 핵심으로 부상하고 있으며 IT업계 전체를 변화시킬 태세를 취하고 있다. 기존의 DBMS업체와 데이터 웨어하우스 업체, 그리고 신생 소프트웨어 업체들이 데이터 웨어하우스 시장에 뛰어 들고 있으며 고객관리시스템의 핵심인 CTI관련 업체들도 데이터 웨어하우스 업체와의 전략적 제휴를 통해 사업을 확장시키고 있다. 또한 데이터 웨어하우스가 속속 구축되면서 DW관리를 위한 도구 시장도 대두되고 있으며, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체는 매출을 높이기 위해 전자상거래와 데이터 웨어하우스를 연동시키고 있다. 다각화되는 데이터 웨어하우스의 시장 동향과 관련업계 전략을 살펴봤다.

현재, 이동 디바이스를 조작하고 관리하는 방법은 개별 기기마다 공급 업체에서 제공하는 고유 방식에 의존하고 있다. 따라서, 일관된 방법으로 원격에서 사용자를 대신하여 디바이스의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 상태를 점검하거나 응용 소프트웨어를 설치하는 서비스를 현재의 환경 하에서는 제공할 수 없다. 이는 일반 사용자 뿐만 아니라 제조업체와 서비스 업체에서도 디바이스 관리를 위하여 많은 비용을 지출하게 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 SyncML은 표준화된 방법으로 원격에서 이동 디바이스를 관리할 수 있는 Device Management 스펙 1.1을 발표하였다. 본 고에서는 SyncML 디바이스 관리의 기본 개념과 스펙의 구성 및 주요 스펙을 분석하고자 한다.
