  • 우리나라는 국토면적의 약 64%가 산지로 이루어져 있으며 동고서저의 지형을 이루고 있다. 강원도 영동지방의 경우는 고도가 높으며 경사가 급한 특징을 지니고 있으며 이러한 지형적 특징으로 태풍 및 집중호우 시, 산지재해에 취약할 수밖에 없다. 더욱이 최근, 기후변화로 인한 이상기후 현상에 의해 태풍 및 집중호우가 빈번해 산지재해의 발생빈도도 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 그에 따라 대규모의 인적, 물적 등의 피해 또한 증가하고 있다. 산지재해 같은 경우, 예측이 어려우나 그러한 피해를 줄이기 위해서는 산지재해의 발생예상 지역, 피해정도 및 규모에 대한 예측 자료가 필요하다. 재해지도는 그에 따른 예측 자료로써 대상 지역의 위험요인과 잠재적인 영향 등을 표시하여 재해를 예방하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 재해지도를 작성하기 위해 사용되는 기법으로는 정량적 기법의 대표적인 방법으로 결정론적 기법(SHALATAB, SINMAP, GEOtop-FS), 확률론적 기법(빈도비분석법, 우도비, 증거가중법 등), 통계적 기법(로지스틱 회귀분석, 인공신경망 기법)을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정량적 기법 중 하나인 결정론적 기법을 활용하여 위험지역을 분석하고 실제 위험지역과 비교하였다. 추후에 확률론적 기법과 통계적인 기법을 활용하여 위험지역을 분석하고자 한다.

Assessment of Missing Data Estimation with Rain Radar (강우레이더를 활용한 강수량 결측 보정에 관한 연구)

  • Generally, precipitation measurement were conducted with various authrities. Among these, the MOLIT conduct the hydrological survey for the water resource management such as flood and low-flow forecasting, drought countermeasure, streamflow management. There is totally 424 observatory were existed and each precipitation measurement were obtained and quality assuranced with 10-min interval. It could be arranged or estimated with nearby observatory and radar reflectivity when the total amount of precipitation are existed. The objective of the study is therefore to suggest the method to estimate missing data with rain radar reflectivity. To validate suggested method, 50 observartory were obtained, and the efficiency were analyzed with estimated and observed precipitation. As the result of the study, the suggested method has reliability, and can be used as a method for quality assurance.

  • The history of information system (IS) development methodology in Korea is less than 30 years. Korea introduced the structured development methodology in the public fields in 1980s, introduced the information engineering methodology in 1990s, and accepted and developed the objected oriented development methodology and the component based development methodology in 2000s. The history of IS development methodology in Korea is shorter than that of the world. Korea's IS development methodology started 10 year later compared with the world level. But it developed rapidly in 1990s and then grew to the world level in 2000s. This paper is the first research that it investigated the history of IS development methodology in Korea. This paper will give the people of IT industry the historical insights about IS development methodology and will help make a current and future strategic plan for IS development methodology. And it will provide researchers and policy makers with the insights and research ideas of future direction of information system development.

  • Linear logistic regression is one of the most widely used method for credit scoring in credit risk management. This paper deals with credit scoring using splines based on Logistic regression. Linear splines and an automatic basis selection algorithm are adopted. The final model is an example of the generalized additive model. A simulation using a real data set is used to illustrate the performance of the spline method.

  • This study developed a method for selection of available human resources for incomingjob allocation that considers factors affecting resource performance in the business process management (BPM) environment. For many years, resource selection has been treated as a very important issue in scheduling due to its direct influence on the speed and quality of task accomplishment. Even though traditional resource selection can work well in many situations, it might not be the best choice when dealing with human resources. Humanresource performance is easily affected by several factors such as workload, queue, working hours, inter-arrival time, and others. The resource-selection rule developed in the present study considers factors that affect human resource performance. We used a Bayesian Network (BN) to incorporate those factors into a single model, which we have called the Bayesian Selection Rule (BSR). Our simulation results show that the BSR can reduce waiting time, completion time and cycle time.

  • Recently durability design based on deterministic or probabilistic method has been attempted since service life evaluation in RC(Reinforced Concrete) structure exposed to chloride attack is important. The deterministic durability design contains a reasonable method with time effect on surface chloride content and diffusion coefficient, however the probabilistic design procedure has no consideration of time effect on both. In the paper, a technique on PDF(Probability of Durability Failure) evaluation is proposed considering time effect on diffusion and surface chloride content through equivalent surface chloride content which has same induced chloride content within a given period and cover depth. With varying period to built-up from 10 to 30 years and maximum surface chloride content from $5.0kg/m^3$ to $10.0kg/m^3$, the changing PDF and the related service life are derived. The proposed method can be reasonably applied to actual durability design with preventing conservative design parameters and considering the same analysis conditions of the deterministic method.

  • Recently many applications are being developed as web technologies are evolved rapidly, but the development emthodology and quality improvement speed of the web apllications is not so. The creations of Most web applications have developed depending on the developer's knowledge and experience without a systematic development methodologies. But the web-based application systems require the various developing gechniques and the rich developing methodogies for a design process. This paper applies the UML(Unified Modeling Language) supporting an object-oriented development methodology to the design and implementation of a mobile customer management system. That is, it appliesthe UML to the system modeling based on a story board and a requirement specification at the web development of the similar web applications. Applying UML to this system achieved the analysis and the design of an web application effciently.

The Subjectivity Perceptions of the Image of the Police (경찰 이미지 제고에 대한 주관적 인식유형)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the types and features of subjectivity perceptions of the police by applying Q methodology that draw upon schematic model in subjectivity study. A survey was carried out among police officers in Gangwon province, South Korea, to classify the 61 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 11 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using QUANL program, and principal component factor analysis using varimax rotation was used to identify the types of perceived image of the police. Type I can be categorized by a strong concern for the education & manpower management, Type II can be categorized by advocating for duty observance, Type III can be categorized by the pursuit of publicized police image and Type IV can be categorized by the suggestions for legal improvement. The use of Q methodology provides insights into the image of the police that would not be available through traditional methodologies and offers a foundation for essential efforts to address and overcome concerns about the image of the police.
