식품의약품안전처는 기구 및 용기·포장에 대한 효율적이고 합리적인 안전관리 및 식품 관련 산업현장의 요구를 반영하여 합성수지제의 재활용 기준을 개선하기 위해 '기구 및 용기·포장의 기준 및 규격' 일부 개정 고시를 시행했다고 밝혔다. 이번 고시를 통해 ▲합성수지제 재활용 기준 개선, ▲활성·지능 용기·포장 제조기준 마련, ▲합성수지제 재질 분류 정비, ▲재질별 규격 재정리, ▲폴리케톤 규격 신설, ▲시험법 개선 및 문구 정비 등 현행 기준 및 규격의 일부 미비점을 개선·보완에 나섰다. 다음에 그 상세 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

As social standards have been subdivided and specialized due to social development, the number of related laws has also increased gradually, resulting in problems of duplication or conflict within the laws. After collecting all the safety standards that exist in Korea's legislation, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of safety standards to find duplicate or conflicting issues. In this study, the characteristics of safety standards were divided into structural parts and lexical parts by extracting common elements that appear in all safety standards and singular points that appear only in specific safety standards. As a result of the analysis, two structural properties of safety standard were found and four lexical features were derived. The impact of these characteristics on future systems for managing safety standards was also reviewed. Based on this study, when more structural and lexical features of safety standards are accumulated in the future, it is possible to develop efficient algorithms to collect and analyze safety standards, which will help solve the problem of duplication and conflict of safety standards in the law.

The risk in the constructions projects is extremely diverse because there are too many indefinite factors. Therefore, Performance Measurement Baseline(PMB) is needed regularly during the construction process. However, nowdays, the PMB in the constructions projects is for contractors' PMB and Performance Management(PM). Clients have a lot of difficulties to control and manage the projects. Therefore, this paper classifies schedule and cost data of the public apartments houses which is a actual cases into types and then conducts regression analysis and deduces a regression. In addition to this paper establishes the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) and suggests the PMB for the clients through using that.

Common Criteria as ISO/IEC 15408 is used to assure and evaluate IT system security. As the Prime class of security assurance requirement, CM Configuration Management needs the more principled quality activities and practices for developer must be supported. So in this paper, we propose the well-defined CM method as guideline for TOE developer based on Process model including common criteria and develop the CMPET a quantitative process evaluating tool for CM using checklist. It can support useful process analyzing data to developer, evaluator and user.

Flame detectors has been used more than heat & smoke detector, because this is more effective to catch fire and ceiling height in spite of high price. For upgrade to flame detector, Compare to national or abroad standard about performance test, sensitivity test, sectioning indoor or outdoor, after service and management. As a result, Europe and America have only sensitivity test, no have not operation test and sectioning indoor & outdoor. In performance test, action is put to focus to credit and durability, Not operation test is to be able to tune the sensitivity to match the environment of the site. Also, we need code about aftercare, quality assurance responsibility and implement special detector institution by Certificate Authority implement.

우리나라 주소는 우편번호를 기준으로 한 주소체계, 법정동을 기준으로 한 주소체계, 행정동을 기준으로 한 주소체계, KT 에서 관리하는 KT 주소체계 등 주소관리가 통합되어 있지 않고, 각 기관, 기업별로 주소 관리를 별도로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 기관과 기업들간의 상이한 주소체계 관리문제로 인해 서로간의 주소체계의 의미가 일치하지 않는 문제가 발생하여 다양한 문제가 유발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 주소 명칭에 대한 보다 자동화된 맵핑이 가능하도록 KT 주소, 우편번호주소, 행정동/법정동코드를 대상으로 온톨로지를 사용한 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 주소정보간의 의미관계성을 유지하여 이기종 주소체계의 의미 불일치를 해결할 수 있으며, 보다 자동화된 데이터관리와 장기적인 비용절감이 가능하다.

Using Radioiodine therapy of thyroid cancer in the past have been used for decades as many look forward to continuing treatment be used, and the current outlook of in korea 2010 based on the number of Iodine therapy room is operated by 124, but still is lacking. So many hospitals opened their therapy room, but importantly, increasing number of treatment rather than therapy room current treatment is that it must be preceded by the proper administration of the. Therefore therapy room expansion, discussions about before now being applied therapy room safety management standards, and a part university hospital based safety management standards by examining how well kept and that the therapy room to the use of the overall safety management research on the actual condition were discussed.

This study reports the result of the survey on collection management from 154 school libraries in Korea. The questionnaire is consisted of three section: state of collection, state of book use, and collection management system. Results reveal that (1) elementary schools and middle schools have many books for each student compared to the KLA's School Library Standards; (2) the component ratio of literature books is the biggest in school library collections; (3) the ratio of library book use is overwhelmingly higher in elementary schools than middle schools and high schools; (4) 64.6 percent of library books in the sample are never used during 2013-2015; (5) 74 percent of libraries have its own collection management document; (6) Almost all schools compose its own committee for library management, the committee plays an important roles in the communication among school members, collection development and promotion.

In construction projects, it is very important to evaluate the performance of works in comparison with the cost and schedule plans. So, on the first of July, 2000, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation announced the EVMS will be applied in public sector soon. However there are still many arguments about how to establish the Performance Measurement Baseline(PMB) and how to evaluate the progress with accuracy. And many people confuse the meaning of EVMS with that of cost and schedule management. So, the purpose of this research is to propose the new useful methods to set up the PMB and to assess the exact progress in consideration of cost, schedule, and float time for successful implementation of EVMS.

The present study proposes the definition of service life and the end-of-life criterion for bridge maintenance. Bridges begin to deteriorate as soon as they are put into service. Effective bridge maintenance requires sound understanding of the deterioration mechanism as well as the expected service life. In order to determine the expected service life of a bridge for effective bridge maintenance, it is necessary to have a clear definition of service life and end-of-life. However, service life can be viewed from several perspectives based on literature review. The end of a bridge's life can be also defined by more than one perspective or performance measure. This study presents definition of service life which can be used for bridge maintenance and the end-of life criterion using the performance measure such as a damage score. The regression model can predict an average service life of bridges using the proposed end-of-life criterion.
