Electronic records produced by central administrative agencies are transferred to the National Archives of Korea. In the absence of defects or errors in electronic records, it is a proof that the government's electronic records management system is operating normally. Various problems have been found in this process, and there still remain problems to be solved. At the heart of it is a standard records management system, which has been continuously improved. In this paper, I introduce the functional improvement of the record management functions of the standard records management system. Among them, the important matters describe the background and reason for the improvement. In addition, the direction of development of the standard records management system was examined in terms of recognition conversion of recordkeepers, strengthen collaboration between recordkeepers and developers, improving records management metadata quality, linking related systems, automating records management, and IT environment change.

1990년대를 지나면서 컴퓨팅 환경은 급속히 변화하였다. 과거 메인 프레임 중심의 환경에서 네트워크를 기반으로 클라이언트/서버 모델 중심의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경으로 전환되었다. 이러한 환경에서 복잡하고 유지하기 힘든 데이터 네트워크를 관리를 수행하고, 또한 유용한 정보를 줄 수 있는, 효과적인 네트워크 관리의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 필요에 의해서 네트워크 관리의 개념이 등장하였다. 네트워크 관리에는, 기능적 관점에서, 장애 관리, 구성 관리, 계정관리, 성능 관리, 그리고 보안 관리로 나누어진다[1]. 그런데 네트워크가 발전함에 따라, 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 장애를 신속히 발견하여 관리자에게 통보하고 적절한 처리를 할 수 있는 기능이 특히 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 SNMP 트랩 기반의 장애 관리는 기능 면에서 부족한 점이 많다[2]. 예를 들어, 불규칙적인 트랩 메시지, 또는 SNMP 패킷의 소실 때문에 정확한 장애 발견에 문제가 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는 SNMP 장애 관리 기능을 보완하기 위해 ICMP Echo/Reply 메시지를 이용한 장애 처리 시스템의 구조와 알고리즘에 대해 설명하고, 기존의 SNMP 기반의 NMS와 어떻게 연동될 수 있는 방안에 대해서 기술하도록 하겠다.

Delegation model supports effective and highly reliable network management. It reduces traffic overhead caused by transmission of management informations. In this model, management scripts can be composed by the designers of managers, these are delegated to agents. Delegation models support effective distribution of management functions among managers and agents. Therefore, various functions are needed to create and delegate management scripts. In this paper, we design simple script language and implement script interpreter for efficient network management. And, we define script management functions and services. Moreover, we present manager/agent models and algorithms for script management. As an implementation environment, the ISODE services are ported. The methods employed for the implementation are also described.

Recently, a number of record centers have reviewed the introduction of an RFID system for repository management. However, the RFID system currently in use by records management institutions is implemented with only a few functions for repository management. As such, a more efficient nonelectronic records management is required by improving the functions of the current RFID system. In this paper, the researchers proposed a method to improve its functions through an analysis of the RFID system being introduced for the management of nonelectronic records. To analyze the status of nonelectronic records management of records management institutions, the researchers investigated cases of the National Archives of Korea where RFID was introduced in 2007 and the records management institutions of local governments where RFID was introduced in 2016.

This study evaluated the implementation of preservation functions and the degree of implementation in standard records management systems (SRMS) for public agencies. For evaluation, it identified digital preservation activities by analyzing legislation and standards for public records management, especially functional requirements for records management system. Compared to these, it pre-evaluated the functions that SRMS claims to be implemented. It was found that preservation functions implemented in SRMS mainly focuses on migration to standard format. A checklist was made based on the adjusted scope by reflecting the result of pre-evaluation and was distributed to record managers who work for public agencies. This study found that the preservation functions were relatively compliant with the functional requirement for records management system for public agencies, but the way of implementation hardly support records managers of public agencies. The preservation functions of SRMS must be improved or be reconsidered based on the results and further studies.

기존의 제품 수명주기 관리 프로그램은 공급망 관리(SCM :Supply Chain Management)의 목적이 강해 그의 기능이 풍부한 반면 PLM적인 요소가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PLM을 구성하는 PDM, CPD, CNM, PPM 4가지 요소 중에 하나인 PDM(Product Data Management) 요소를 보강하기 위한 모듈을 개발하여 구현한다. PDM의 기능은 핵심적인 고객가치를 지원하기 위한 제품정보를 관리하는 영역으로 제품구조관리(BOM), 기술문서 관리, 설계변경 관리, 제품 기준정보 관리, Software 형상관리, 환경 유해 물질 관리, 공용화 기능을 포함하고 있는데, 그 중 제품구조관리(BOM)가 가장 중요한 부분이므로 이 부분에 대해 구현한다.

This study identifies the moderating effects of cognition on the relationship between self-care confidence and self-care behavior in the diabetic elderly. The participants were 205 elderly subjects with diabetes, who visited a citizen health center located in D city, Korea. Data were collected from 20th April to 31st August 2015, and were analyzed by t-test and multiple regression. Our results reveal no significant differences between the depressive and non-depressive groups, when considering diabetes self-management confidence, knowledge, behavior and cognitive function. Cognitive function had a moderating effect in the relationship between self-care confidence and self-care behavior only in the depressed group. Our results indicate that it is therefore necessary to apply individual nursing intervention based on cognitive function and depression level, and to develop various programs for improving the cognitive function and depression amongst the diabetic elderly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-care training based on ICF(International Classification of functioning, Disability and Health) on functional independence in the young children with spastic cerebral palsy. Total of 43 young children(male=25, female=18; age range from 36month to 72month) with spastic cerebral palsy, classified at GMFCS(Gross Motor Function Classification System) levels III-IV. Total of 32sessions of a self-care training (eating, grooming, bathing, toileting) were given 4 times a week for 30minutes from August 1th to September 30th of 2008. Changes in the functional independence after the training obtained by Wee-FIM(Functional Independence Measure for Children). Results were as follows: Functional independence was significantly increased after the training. As a result, a self-care training should be applied as an effective intervention to improve the functional independence in the young children with spastic cerebral palsy.

본 논문은 국내 D백화점을 중심으로 정보공학 기법을 적용하여 쇼핑몰을 구현하였다. 데이터 설계와 기능설계는 데이터 모형 및 프로세스 모형을 적용하였고, 클라이언트/서버 모델은 IMAGE 서버를 구축하였다. 쇼핑몰에서 제공되는 기능은 물류 배송시스템, 시스템관리, 코드관리, 매장관리, 상품관리, 주문관리, 결제관리, 반품관리, 정산관리, 회원관리, 경매관리, 벼룩시장, DM관리, SMS관리, 고객소리함등이다. 카드사용은 자사카드 및 타사카드 모두 가능하도록 하였다.
