최근의 홈페이지 해킹은 단순 홈페이지 변조뿐만 아니라 피싱에 악용하거나 해킹한 홈페이지를 이용하여 홈페이지 방문자의 게임 계정과 비밀번호 유출 및 개인금융정보를 유출하는 등 금전적 이득을 위한 범죄적인 성향으로 바뀌고 있다. 인터넷 상에서 고객의 개인정보를 지키고, 기관의 신뢰를 유지하기 위해서 기관을 대표하는 얼굴인 홈페이지 보안 관리에 관심을 가져야 할 것 같다. 본고에서는 최근 발생한 홈페이지 관련 해킹 피해 사례를 분석해 보고 피해 예방을 위한 대응 방안을 기술한다.

윈도우즈 비스타(Windows Vista)는 용이성, 안전성, 연결성, 엔터테인먼트 기능의 향상을 기반으로 한다. 특히 사용자계정 제어, 악성 프로그램에 대한 보호 기능, 인터넷 익스플로러 7(Internet Explorer 7)의 보호 모드, Windows Defender 등의 제공으로 개선된 보안기능을 제공한다. 기존 응용 프로그램의 대부분은 관리자 권한만을 고려하여 설계 및 작성되었으므로 보안이 강화된 윈도우즈 비스타에서는 호환성에 대한 문제가 제기되었다. 본고에서는 윈도우즈 비스타로 인해 발생한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 새로운 플랫폼이라는 관점에서 대응책을 제안한다.

1990년대를 지나면서 컴퓨팅 환경은 급속히 변화하였다. 과거 메인 프레임 중심의 환경에서 네트워크를 기반으로 클라이언트/서버 모델 중심의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경으로 전환되었다. 이러한 환경에서 복잡하고 유지하기 힘든 데이터 네트워크를 관리를 수행하고, 또한 유용한 정보를 줄 수 있는, 효과적인 네트워크 관리의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 필요에 의해서 네트워크 관리의 개념이 등장하였다. 네트워크 관리에는, 기능적 관점에서, 장애 관리, 구성 관리, 계정관리, 성능 관리, 그리고 보안 관리로 나누어진다[1]. 그런데 네트워크가 발전함에 따라, 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 장애를 신속히 발견하여 관리자에게 통보하고 적절한 처리를 할 수 있는 기능이 특히 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 SNMP 트랩 기반의 장애 관리는 기능 면에서 부족한 점이 많다[2]. 예를 들어, 불규칙적인 트랩 메시지, 또는 SNMP 패킷의 소실 때문에 정확한 장애 발견에 문제가 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는 SNMP 장애 관리 기능을 보완하기 위해 ICMP Echo/Reply 메시지를 이용한 장애 처리 시스템의 구조와 알고리즘에 대해 설명하고, 기존의 SNMP 기반의 NMS와 어떻게 연동될 수 있는 방안에 대해서 기술하도록 하겠다.

An integrated cost and schedule control is a noteworthy alternative of the separate control method which is commonly used in the domestic construction industry. In Korea, some cost and schedule integration models have been applied partly by construction managers. But, these models have not been customized yet because they did not reflect the characteristics of the domestic construction industry. This study investigates the characteristics of domestic integration models analyzed through interviews with experts who have the experiences in applying cost-schedule integration models. Based on these surveys, this study suggests the strategy for the improvement of work packaging model in the domestic construction industry.

Today, management object using SNMP is not only covered network but also more privacy object like personal or billing data. To enforce security management, view-based access control model is introduced in SNMPv3. However, they are not designed to enforce more privacy object such as purpose and increase complexity of user management. Task-based access control can provide enhanced security service using purpose binding and leverage the complexity of user management using purpose of task.

'IT거버넌스'가 국내 IT시장의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 그럼에도 아직까지 일부를 제외하곤 국내 대기업에서 이렇다 할 IT거버넌스 구축 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 것 또한 사실이다. 이는 물론 IT거버넌스의 개념 자체가 워낙 방대해 기업의 전산실무자들이 IT거버넌스를 위한 뚜렷한 로드맵을 내놓는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문이기도 하다. 특히 최근에는 ITSM 이슈 외에 계정관리, 시스템리스크관리, DB보안 등 내부 보안에 대한 것도 중요한 IT거버넌스의 범주에 포함되고 있는 상황이다.기업들의 IT투자 비중이 커질수록 그에 대한 기대도 높아지고 있다. 그러나 기업들의 IT에 대한 기대와 의존도가 높아진 만큼 리스크도 커지고 있다. IT 리스크는 단순한 IT만의 문제가 아니라 기업의 존망을 결정짓는 심각한 리스크 요인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점에서'IT 리스크 관리'는 중요한 기업의 화두로 등장하고 있다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient passwork management scheme using the Pseudopia function which performs a mukti-password management and change scheme in the cyberspace. For a givne user and a web-site, the Pseudopia automatically generates a user name and a password that can be used to establish an anonvous account at the web-site. In the proposed scheme, a user can protect his password using " the personal etropy" which relates to his own life experiences, that identified only by himself. The proposed scheme can be applied to the broad tools for the internet related applications such as electronic commerce and Internet banking system.

스마트폰 시장의 성장 그리고 스마트폰 시장 내의 안드로이드 시장이 급성장함에 따라 안드로이드 기반의 다양한 앱에 대한 수요가 많아지고 있다. 그중에서도 안드로이드 앱에 대한 수요는 기하급수적으로 증가 하고 있다. 또한 스마트폰뿐만 아니라 타블릿PC 시장도 성장하면서 타블릿PC 앱에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있다. 하지만 타블릿PC 전용 앱의 개발은 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 타블릿PC 기반으로 스케줄링과 가계부를 지원하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대한 내용을 기술한다. 또한 Android의 강점인 Google 계정과의 Synchronization을 통해 PC와 타블릿PC에서의 스케줄 관리를 할 수 있으며 자체적으로 만든 서버를 통하여 공공일정을 자신이 원하는 항목을 선택하여 다운로드하여 관리 할 수 있다. 가계부는 수입과 지출을 관리하고 그래프를 통하여 자신이 어느 정도로 사용을 하였는가를 확인할 수 있다.

An encryption module is equipped basically at 8i version ideal of Oracle DBMS, encryption module, but a performance decrease is caused, and users are restrictive. We analyze problem of DB security by technology by circles at this paper whether or not there is an index search, object management disorder, a serious DB performance decrease by encryption, real-time data encryption beauty whether or not there is data approach control beauty circular-based IP. And presentation does the comprehensive security Frame Work which utilized the DB Masking technique that is an alternative means technical encryption in order to improve availability of DB security. We use a virtual account, and set up a DB Masking basis by security grades as alternatives, we check advance user authentication and SQL inquiry approvals and integrity after the fact through virtual accounts, utilize to method as collect by an auditing log that an officer was able to do safely DB.
