'사악한 퍼소나' 제안을 위한 소비자 간 부정적 상호작용 연구 (A Study of Negative Interaction Between Customers for Proposing 'Evil Persona')

  • 최근 관광, 여가산업 등의 발달로 인해 서비스에서 소비자의 집단적 이용 형태가 늘어나고, 소비자 대 소비자 상호작용(Customer-to- customer Interaction)이 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 서비스 환경에서 소비자의 이기적 행동으로 인해 다른 소비자가 서비스 실패를 경험하는 상황을 주변에서 쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 흔히 '진상 손님'으로 표현되는 이러한 소비자는 낮은 빈도로 발생하지만, 발생함과 동시에 서비스 현장의 많은 소비자에게 부정적 서비스 경험을 전파하는 치명적인 서비스 실패 사례이다. 기존 서비스 디자인 도구들은 이러한 사례를 충분히 조명하지 못하였기 때문에, 이러한 문제에 대응할 수 있도록 발전할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 본 연구는 위의 문제를 고려하여 작성한 '사악한 퍼소나'를 활용하여 프로젝트를 수행한 경험에서 시작되었다. 이러한 퍼소나가 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 서비스 환경을 파악하기 위하여 문헌조사와 일련의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 소비자 간 부정적 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 서비스 환경 요인을 파악할 수 있었고, 또한 많은 부정적 행동 사례가 수집되어 분류를 통해 서비스 환경 요인에 따른 경향을 확인할 수 있었다.

관광소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 향토음식, 지역 농특산물에 대한 행동과 태도에 관한 연구 - 충남 예산지역을 중심으로 - (Study on Tourism Customers' Behaviors and Attitudes towards Local Food and Specialty Agricultural Products by Life-style Focus in the Yesan Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to categorize and comparatively analyze tourists of different life-style groups who visit Yesan according to their lifestyles as well as their consumption behaviors and attitudes towards local foods or specialty agricultural products in order to understand the various needs, attitudes, and behaviors of consumers in each life-style group. Group 1 had a high percentage of single people in their 20s and those who worked in technology. Group 2 had a high percentage of those in their 30s and 40s who were married and were professionals. Group 3 had a high percentage of men and those in their 40s and 50s, as well as a high percentage of high income, highly educated people. Group 4 had a high percentage of those in their 20s or those in their 60s or higher. Compared to other groups, group 4 had a larger percentage of lower income and less educated people. In verifying the difference between life-style groups in terms of their behaviors and attitudes toward local foods and specialty agricultural products, consumption and experience of regional specialty foods showed high average scores in groups 1, 2, and 3, with significant differences from group 4.

패션관광특구 방문객의 패션 쇼핑 특성 및 만족도 비교 - 동대문과 명동 패션타운을 중심으로 - (A Comparison on the Satisfaction and the Characteristic of Fashion Shopping Behavior of the Shoppers Visited in Special Tourist Zone, Dongdaemun and Myeongdong Fashion Town)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare with shopping behavior and satisfaction of who have visited Dongdaemun and Myeongdong and to provide the fundamental data for differentiation strategy of two fashion trading area. The survey was carried out targeting shoppers who were in Dongdaemun and Myeoongdong and then a total of 778 questionnaires were used for the data analysis; frequency, t-test, chi-squre independence test using SPSS. 20. The results of this study were as follows. Main shoppers in Dongdaemun were the teenagers and twenties, and in Myeongdong were twenties and thirtys. The shoppers who have visited Dongdaemun significantly considered 'store factor' such as store size and comfortability, store interior, store location and accessibility, and 'product factor' including material and quality, design, formfitting, and various sizes, while Myeongdong visitors thought 'promotion factor'such as business hours, one stop shopping, sale and event etc. as important factor. The degree of satisfaction for marketing mix of Myeongdong trade area was higher than Dongdaemun's one. The case of impulse buying in two trade area was not high, while intention to revisit Dongdaemun and Myenongdong was all higher than average. Consumers were more intended to recommend Myeongdong over Dongdaemun to others.

농촌관광에 있어 체험활동 선호도 및 행동의도 - 대구광역시 초등학생 학부모 집단을 대상으로 - (Preference of Experiential Activities and Behavioral Intention on Rural Tourism - On parents group of elementary students in Daegu city -)

  • This study is to analyze the preference of experiential activities and behavioral intention on rural tourism, with special focus on parents group of elementary students. The result can be utilized as basic data for demanding aspect of rural experiencing tourism. Two-step questionnaire survey was conducted, during May to July, 2915. Sample group was selected at 4 elementary school in Daegu city. 347 valid responses were analyzed with SPSS. Major results are as follows. Firstly, suggested model for 23 experiential activities in 7 types, were verified as valid by verifying factor analysis. Factor 1 was verified and named as 'Rual Life Experience', Factor 2 was verified and named as 'Health/Healing Experience', Factor 3, as 'Agricultural Product Experience', Factor 4, as 'Eco-Cultural Experience', Factor 5, as 'Leisure/Sports Experience', Factor 6, as 'Traditional Wellbeing Food Experience', and Factor 7, as 'Traditional Culture Experience'. All 7 factors explained 75.39% of total variance. Secondly, mean score of preference by each activity showed high in 'Health-care experience', 'Traditional food experience' and comparatively low in 'Collecting experience', 'Agricultural experience'. Thirdly, all 7 types(factors) of experience showed significant affecting relation to satisfaction, intention to participation and recommendation. Specially, 'Eco-Cultural Experience' and 'Rural Life Experience' showed high affecting relation. This could be the characteristics of parents group of elementary students.

농촌 공정관광의 품질과 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Structural Relationships between Quality, Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intentions in Rural Responsible Tourism: Moderating Effects of Age)

  • This study examines the structural relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in responsible tourism. In particular, the study focuses on moderating effects of age. Data were collected from 471 tourists from seven responsible tourism agencies. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and path analyses. The results of a exploratory factor analysis yield two dimensions of service quality (functional quality and technical quality). The results of structural equation modeling indicate that functional quality and technical quality had positive effects on satisfaction, which in turn had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. In addition, age moderated the relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions such that functional quality had a positive effect on satisfaction in the group of tourists in their twenties and thirties and that functional quality and technical quality were important factors for tourists in their forties. The results are expected to help responsible tourism communities better manage service quality to increase tourist satisfaction.

  • 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래는 시간적, 공간적 한계를 극복할 수 있고, 전세계를 실시간으로 연결하여 하나의 거대한 가상 시장을 제공할 수가 있다. 따라서 인터넷을 통한 여행상품 구매행동 역시 폭발적으로 증가하였다. 이에 난립하여 운영되고 있는 여행사들과 소비자에게 웹상에서 협상 에이전트를 제공하여 소비자에게 원하는 상품을 효율적으로 구매하도록 하여 해당 관광상품에 대한 신뢰성을 증가시키도록 하였다.

  • 오늘날 다양해지는 산업구조에서 가장 핵심적인 분야로 떠오르고 있는 서비스는 국가의 미래전략사업으로 현재 각 국가들은 서비스를 중요한 이슈로 타 학문과의 연계 가능성에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 서비스란 국가의 생활환경과 문화 수준에 따라 현저한 차이를 보이고 있지만 신 개념의 서비스는 접근방법에 있어서 소비자가 원하는 요구조건을 개인의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형서비스라는 공통된 방식으로 진행되고 있다. 동양에서의 서비스란 단순히 무료로 가치를 보상받지 않고 육체적, 물리적 가치를 상대에게 제공한다는 의미로 해석되고 있는 반면, 서양에서 서비스 개념은 가치를 제공함 으로서 합당한 대가를 돌려받는다는 의미로 해석된다. 이러한 서비스의 개념은 디자인을 서비스라는 시각에서 볼 때 소비자에게 가치의 제공이라는 개념으로 지금까지 많은 기업 및 산업체에서는 디자인을 실시하는 행위가 소비자를 위한 서비스 제공이라는 개념으로 생각하지만 실제 디자인에서 서비스 접근방법은 명확한 기준과 근거가 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 밝혀진 부산 관광자원의 중요 요소인 쇼핑환경을 개선하기 위해 소비자의 이용 빈도가 높은 부산시 마트(Mart)를 중심으로 이용자에게 좀더 편리한 쇼핑환경을 제공하기 위한서비스디자인 방법을 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법에 있어서는 실제 마트(Mart)를 이용하는 소비자의 심리분석과 문제점, 행동분석을 통해 쇼핑환경을 개선하고 이용자에게 편리한 제품디자인 방법을 연구하여 마트(Mart)의 서비스 디자인 방법을 찾아본다.

  • 청소 로봇, 관광 안내 로봇부터 우주 탐사로봇까지 자율이동로봇의 응용분야가 넓어짐에 따라서 자율이동로봇의 인기는 급속도로 높아지고 있다. 하지만 동적인 환경 내에서 자율이동로봇의 안전한 네비게이션을 위한 만족스러운 제어 알고리즘은 여전히 연구 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 Potential field method를 이용한 제어 방법을 제안하였고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 알고리즘을 실행하고 분석하였고, 이 실험 결과들로서 Potential field method를 사용한 행동(behavior)에 기반한 제어 시스템의 유효성을 나타내었다.

행위자 기반 모형을 활용한 농촌관광 사업 주민 참여 연구 - 계획된 행동 이론을 바탕으로 - (A Study on Residents' Participation in Rural Tourism Project Using an Agent-Based Model - Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior -)

  • To predict the level of residents' participation in rural tourism project, we used agent-based model. The decision-making mechanism which calculates the utility related to attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control of planned behavior theory was applied to the residents' decision to participate. As a result of the simulation over a period of 20 years, in the baseline scenario set similar to the general process of promoting rural projects, the proportion of indigenous people decreased and the participation rate decreased. In the scenarios with different learning frequencies in perceived behavioral control, overall participation rate decreased. Learning every five years had the effect of increasing the participation rate slightly. Participation rates increased significantly in the scenario that consider economic aspects and reputation in attitude and did not decline in the scenario where population composition was maintained. The virtuous cycle effect of subjective norm according to changes in participation rate due to influence of attitude and perceived behavioral control shows the dynamic relationship.

관광지 식당 고객의 행동의도에 대한 음식서비스 질, 가치와 만족의 상호작용효과 평가 (Measuring the Interaction Effects of Foodservice Qaulity, Value, and Satisfaction on Behavioral Intention of Customers in Tourist Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of value and satisfaction moderating the relationship between foodservice quality and behavioral intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The main effects of foodservice quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention were statistically significant. The interaction effect of quality and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. The interaction effect of value and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction effect of quality and value on behavioral intention was statistically significant. Moreover, foodservice quality on behavioral intention was statistically significant at all levels of value and satisfaction, except for when value level was low, and satisfaction level was high. The results of this study indicated that restaurant marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of service quality and customer value to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.
