Analysis on Acceptance Intention of Augmented Reality System - Using Logit Model (증강현실시스템의 수용 의도 분석 - 로짓모형 이용)

  • Recently, AR(Augmented Reality) system as an information technology for the increased access of information has a potential possibility of next generation's system for tourism guide. In this regard, the objective of this study is to explore the technology acceptance factors of AR system on tourism destination. To achieve the objective of this study, logit regression model was used to analyze the influential level of the factors. This study was analyzed with the final 224 respondents and the results showed that if there will be assured with high trust and easy access via mobility device as smartphone, the AR system has the possibility of high acceptance level. The result of this study will be expected to be utilized as fundamental data from the viewpoint of the service providers and system developers that want to launch the appropriate service to users' needs of AR system.

A Study on the influence of the tourism destination image on the Tourism Information System evaluation (관광지 이미지가 관광안내정보시스템 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The goal of the information system in tourism, like that of general information systems, is to create users' information needs so that the users continuously revisit the information system and retrieve the information on a regular basis. However, unlike any other information systems, the primary objective of the tourism information system is to attract tourists to the tourist sites rather than to create the users' needs for their future revisits to the information system. The tourism information system is therefore more closely related to tourists' overall tourism destination image towards the tourism destination. In this respect, the evaluation of the tourism information system should be based on tourists' overall tourism destination image towards the sites. This study examines how tourists' overall tourism destination image towards the sites affect the evaluation of the tourism information system. Specifically, I employ the tourism information system provided by Sokcho and Delone and Mclean(2003)'s the Information System Success Model in order to investigate this research question.

A Study on the Revitalization of Tourism Industry through Big Data Analysis (한국관광 실태조사 빅 데이터 분석을 통한 관광산업 활성화 방안 연구)

  • Korea is currently accumulating a large amount of data in public institutions based on the public data open policy and the "Government 3.0". Especially, a lot of data is accumulated in the tourism field. However, the academic discussions utilizing the tourism data are still limited. Moreover, the openness of the data of restaurants, hotels, and online tourism information, and how to use SNS Big Data in tourism are still limited. Therefore, utilization through tourism big data analysis is still low. In this paper, we tried to analyze influencing factors on foreign tourists' satisfaction in Korea through numerical data using data mining technique and R programming technique. In this study, we tried to find ways to revitalize the tourism industry by analyzing about 36,000 big data of the "Survey on the actual situation of foreign tourists from 2013 to 2015" surveyed by the Korea Culture & Tourism Research Institute. To do this, we analyzed the factors that have high influence on the 'Satisfaction', 'Revisit intention', and 'Recommendation' variables of foreign tourists. Furthermore, we analyzed the practical influences of the variables that are mentioned above. As a procedure of this study, we first integrated survey data of foreign tourists conducted by Korea Culture & Tourism Research Institute, which is stored in the tourist information system from 2013 to 2015, and eliminate unnecessary variables that are inconsistent with the research purpose among the integrated data. Some variables were modified to improve the accuracy of the analysis. And we analyzed the factors affecting the dependent variables by using data-mining methods: decision tree(C5.0, CART, CHAID, QUEST), artificial neural network, and logistic regression analysis of SPSS IBM Modeler 16.0. The seven variables that have the greatest effect on each dependent variable were derived. As a result of data analysis, it was found that seven major variables influencing 'overall satisfaction' were sightseeing spot attraction, food satisfaction, accommodation satisfaction, traffic satisfaction, guide service satisfaction, number of visiting places, and country. Variables that had a great influence appeared food satisfaction and sightseeing spot attraction. The seven variables that had the greatest influence on 'revisit intention' were the country, travel motivation, activity, food satisfaction, best activity, guide service satisfaction and sightseeing spot attraction. The most influential variables were food satisfaction and travel motivation for Korean style. Lastly, the seven variables that have the greatest influence on the 'recommendation intention' were the country, sightseeing spot attraction, number of visiting places, food satisfaction, activity, tour guide service satisfaction and cost. And then the variables that had the greatest influence were the country, sightseeing spot attraction, and food satisfaction. In addition, in order to grasp the influence of each independent variables more deeply, we used R programming to identify the influence of independent variables. As a result, it was found that the food satisfaction and sightseeing spot attraction were higher than other variables in overall satisfaction and had a greater effect than other influential variables. Revisit intention had a higher ${\beta}$ value in the travel motive as the purpose of Korean Wave than other variables. It will be necessary to have a policy that will lead to a substantial revisit of tourists by enhancing tourist attractions for the purpose of Korean Wave. Lastly, the recommendation had the same result of satisfaction as the sightseeing spot attraction and food satisfaction have higher ${\beta}$ value than other variables. From this analysis, we found that 'food satisfaction' and 'sightseeing spot attraction' variables were the common factors to influence three dependent variables that are mentioned above('Overall satisfaction', 'Revisit intention' and 'Recommendation'), and that those factors affected the satisfaction of travel in Korea significantly. The purpose of this study is to examine how to activate foreign tourists in Korea through big data analysis. It is expected to be used as basic data for analyzing tourism data and establishing effective tourism policy. It is expected to be used as a material to establish an activation plan that can contribute to tourism development in Korea in the future.

  • 인터넷의 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라, 인터넷을 이용한 다양한 정보 서비스가 생성되었으며, 이로 인해 일반 사용자들이 접할 수 있는 디지털 문서의 양은 기하 급수적으로 증가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 유사한 정보를 갖는 다량의 문서들로부터 사용자가 원하는 정보만을 추출하는 정보 추출 시스템의 개발 과정 및 결과를 기술한다. 개발된 시스템은 필요한 정보를 포함하는 문장들을 걸러 낸 후, 필요한 사실정보의 출현을 나타내는 패턴을 사용한 유한 오토마타를 통하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 추출한다. 관광지 안내 텍스트를 대상으로 한 실험 및 분석 결과를 기술한다.

  • 최근 유무선 인터넷의 급성장과 유비쿼터스라는 용어의 등장으로 새로운 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 수반한 유. 무선 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 분야 중 실시간 여행정보 서비스 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 여행정보 서비스는 각 시,도 구청에서 운영하고 있는 관광안내소에서의 인적 서비스, 책이나 팜플렛 등에 의한 문헌정보 서비스, 인터넷 홈페이지를 통한 웹 서비스로 분류되어 있다. 그러나 이러한 여행정보들을 이용하려면 사용자가 스스로 여행안내 책자나 인터넷에 접속하여 자신에 맞는 정보를 스스로 검색하여야 하므로 실시간 여행정보를 받아보기란 어려웠다. 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 실시간 여행정보 서비스 시스템은 기존 여행정보 서비스의 문제점을 보안하고 통합하여 사용자의 요건에 맞는 여행정보를 정확한 시간, 정확한 장소로 실시간 서비스 해 주는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • This paper introduces the parking guide service developed to address the inconvenience of parking in areas where demand for parking spaces is high, such as busy streets and tourist attractions. Due to difficulties in measuring and developing the actual parking lot while driving the car, we created a temporary parking lot and created Arduino RC Car to replace the actual car. Video processing based on Open CV allows users to identify the entire parking lot, parking space, and completed parking space, and track moving cars, and this information has been developed to enable users to see through the application. The application allows the user to book the desired parking space and introduce a way-finding algorithm to guide them through the optimal path to the selected parking compartment.

  • The trend is growing domestic and international travelers. Research before making plans to travel people, Leave the tour you do not know the way, there are people who can not find a better destination. In this paper, to solve this problem and provide a mobile-to efficiency in traveling through a smart-phone application. At the same time to improve the convenience and satisfaction, etc. Select the destination country and traveling through the guidance system and the destination in the shortest path from the current location of the user to select multiple destinations shorten the travel route and save time. Also implemented to provide a convenience to guide the position of the additional facilities.

  • 본 연구에서는 인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 음성을 이용한 대화 시스템을 구현하였다. 특별히 음성을 인식하는데 있어서 단어추출(word apotting) 방법을 사용하는 경우에 알맞은 의미 분석 방법과 도표 형태의 규칙을 기반으로 하여 시스템의 응답을 생성하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 단어추출 방법을 사용하여 음성을 인식하는 경우에는 형태소분석 및 구문분석의 과정을 이용하여 사용자의 발화 의도를 분석하기 어려우므로 새로운 의미분석 방법을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지 관계를 사용하여 사용자의 발화 의도를 파악하는 새로운 의미분석 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고, 사용자의 발화 의도에 적절한 시스템의 응답을 만들고 응답의 내용을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방범으로 현재의 상태와 사용자의 의도에 따른 응답 규칙을 만들었다. 이 규칙은 도표의 형태로 구현되어 규칙의 갱신 및 확장을 편리하게 만들었다. 대화의 영역은 열차 예매에 관련된 예매, 취소, 문의 및 관광지 안내로 제안하였다. 음성의 오인식에 의한 오류에 적절히 대처하기 위해 시스템의 응답은 확인 및 수정 과정을 포함하고 있다. 본 시스템은 문자 입력과 음성 입력으로 각각 실험한 결과, 사용자는 시스템의 도움을 받아 자신이 의도하는 목적을 달성할 수 있었다.

  • Nowadays, based on the 4th Industrial Revolution, by using the CHATGPT function and 3D virtual reality technology, anyone can easily open a virtual environment WEB-based, smart tourism OPEN source and travel destination without having to directly visit the travel location in the real world. Using the API function, it provides the convenience of virtual tourism. However, this function does not work if the travel transportation system is suddenly changed due to sudden bad weather, travel operation information cannot be checked in real time, and due to a lack of flight cancellation information and passenger ship operation information, it cannot be used until the plane or ferry departs normally. A very inconvenient problem arises where you have to wait a long time in the waiting room. Therefore, in this paper, in order to solve this problem, automatic duty-free product information and automatic product payment functions were added even when passenger ship cancellations and operation information suddenly occur due to bad weather and multiple products are purchased during the trip. In addition, the computer simulation experiment was conducted on a WEB basis so that anyone can conveniently travel smartly.

  • Monorail, with the cutting edge technology from EMU system, is small to medium sized transportation solution with bus size capacity, and one of key factors is to minimize size and weight. The Wolmi urban tour monorail, which is a center guide type first ever introduced in the world, is also consists minimizing size and weight of the propulsion system (inverter and motor), which generates considerable amount of heat. This study presents a solution of the structure and method of water cooling system of minimize the size and weight of high efficiency propulsion system, and an effective control method for energy saving.
