레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동이 새로운 여가트렌드로 떠오름에 따라 스포츠 및 관광산업 활성화를 위하여 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족이 웰니스에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족(교육적 만족, 사회적 만족, 긴장이완, 신체적 만족, 심미적만족)은 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었으며, 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 웰니스(신체적 웰니스, 사회적 웰니스, 정신적 웰니스, 지적 웰니스, 정서적 웰니스)는 지상, 수상, 항공레저스포츠 관광활동에 참여하는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 지상, 수상, 항공 레저스포츠 관광활동 참여자의 여가만족은 웰니스에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

현대사회가 여가 중심형으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강과 삶의 질 향상에 많은 관심을 보이게 되었다. 특히 관광과 결합된 레저스포츠 참여에 대한 만족, 지속의도, 레크리에이션 전문화, 웰니스 간의 관계에 대해서 연구하자 한다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 지속의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 만족은 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 지속의도는 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 전문화는 웰니스에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참여자의 지속의도는 웰니스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

최근 자연환경과 스포츠를 활용한 스포츠 관광의 활성으로 도심지를 벗어나 그 외의 지역으로 여행을 떠나는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광 형태로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 흐름에 따라 본 연구는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참가자들의 참가정도가 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다. 레저스포츠 유형에 따른 몰입의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 참가정도가 오래될수록 몰입도 또한 높아지고 있었다. 마지막으로 레저스포츠 관광활동의 참여정도는 몰입의 하부요인에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

최근 여가 관광의 기능이 활성화되고 해양활동에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 주로 어업의 대상으로 여겨지던 해양공간이 관광자원으로서의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 여가활동 및 가족단위 관광활동의 증가로 인하여 해양환광활동에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 해양레저에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 해양레저활동의 현실은 시설 및 프로그램이 활성화되지 못하고 있으며, 기존의 낚시나 유선사업의 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 현재 해양레저활동자 조차도 바다에 관한 깊은 이해와 일정수준의 기술 및 노하우를 가지지 못한 상황이며, 레저보트가 접근할 수 있는 지역의 정보 부족으로 근거리의 단순한 경로만을 반복적으로 운항하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 요트항해에 필요한 다양한 정보의 제공에 대응하여 해양레저활동을 위한 레저항로를 부산지역을 중심으로 제안하였다.

Busan is one of the most popular tourist cities of the Republic of Korea. To develop differentiated urban brand as the nation's flagship maritime city, Busan needs to explore diverse marine tourism stories and develop related contents. For the purpose of developing storytelling as a way to facilitate the maritime tourism of Busan, this study attempted to i) create 'marine leisure Galmaetgil of Busan' contents using 5-step storytelling modules and ii) develop themed tour routes based on the marine tourist contents and related graphic elements such as tour route map and image editing. Galmaetgil is a beautiful trail developed along the coastal line. It is one of the most famous tourist contents of Busan. Based on this asset, Busan would be able to develop its own tourist contents as the nation's proud marine-leisure city. The emotional stories which can draw a great attention from the citizens and tourists and informative storytelling would make people understand and experience marine leisure in a fun and easy.

This study is were to demonstratehow tourism motivation related to Water leisure influence the effectiveness of tourism value, based on the empirical information provided by Chung-ju visitors. The result of study revealsthat there are some significant motivational differences depending on the level of the visitors' past water leisure experiences. In addition, the tourism motivation impacts partly on the effectiveness of tourism value. These findings enable entrepreneurs to participate in efforts not only to provide separate stimulus elements depending on level of water leisure experiences but also to propose several innovative strategies that could be adopted and applied to water leisure tourism value.

Tourists' needs are changing rapidly and new niche markets, such as nature tourism, eco-tourism, and marine tourism, are flourishing in response to consumer demand. Especially, the estimating demand & supply of manpower in marine tourism is a very important issue for basic tourism HRD policy. This research is focused on the estimation of growing demands of manpower and suggests the method to estimate the proper number of manpower in marine tourism industry.

부산은 자연적 지리적 인문적 조건은 물론 도시적 위상으로 볼 때, 한국 최고의 해양관광지임에 분명하다. 특히 다대포에서 송도와 남항 북항, 광안리, 동백섬, 해운대를 거쳐 미포와 청사포 그리고 송정, 일광에 이르기까지 부산의 해안선은 모두 강력한 배후도시의 인프라를 갖춘 상태이다. 때문에 도시의 첨단 활동과 바닷가에서 할 수 있는 다양한 레저활동이 어우러진 해양관광 1번지로 자리매김하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 외견적인 특성에도 불구하고, 보다 다양한 해양레저를 하기에는 여러 가지 측면에서 미흡한 것도 사실이다. 만일 해상, 해중에서 가능한 다양한 레저활동을 가능하게 해주는 각종 제반시설과 제도가 운영된다면 부산은 진정한 의미에서 입체적인 해양관광수도가 될 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 부산에 존재하는 수십 개의 무인도서는 청정한 해양생태환경 속에서 해양레저활동을 향유할 수 있도록 해주는 천연의 자원이 된다.

This study analyzes the operating conditions of domestic marinas in response to changes in marine leisure trends and demand for recreational boats, and suggests ways to improve services according to the types and functions of marinas. In order to popularize marine leisure and to foster coastal and marine tourism industry, the 'Act on the Development, Management, etc. of Marinas' was enacted in 2010 and 'The 1st Marina Basic Plan' was established, and more than 34 marinas are operated nationwide. In order for domestic marinas to be used as an infrastructure for marine leisure activities, measures for enhancing service functions should be prepared in accordance with the size and characteristics of marinas. It is also necessary to improve facilities for marine leisure management and tourist convenience.

Many countries foster the tour and leisure industries as a national strategic industry of the 21st century. The tour and leisure industry is expected to be reorganized from the land-based industry to the ocean-based industry as the GNP in a nation is over USD $20,000{\sim}30,000$ dollars. In Korea, since we adopt a five-day week, the total working hours for a week is shortened. As the result, leisure activities in family, such as experience tour, ecological tour, travel, and overnight tour, are expected to be increased. Leisure and sports tours, which link the tour and sports to rafting, hang gliding, and marine leisure, have been also increased over 21.6%. A number of small and big islands near Ho-Nam coastal areas play an important role as natural breakwater. Thus, the ports in Ho-Nam area is safely protected from physical effects by ocean waves and is maintained without constructing a breakwater. In this paper, we analyses the required conditions as the marine leisure base in the southwest sea area which has the natural advantages for marine leisure. We also discuss how to activate the yacht business on Ho-Nam coast area. And then we analyse the present situations and obstacles of a domestic marine leisure. We also suggest the plan to build up echo-marine leisure infrastructure for industrial growth of marine leisure in Ho-Nam area.
