The purpose of this study is to identify the priorities with respect to the characteristics of tourism resources development plan between the South and the North Korea. Through a preliminary investigation 287 lists of questions were distributed from May 14, 2012 to December 5, 2012 and from among them 252 lists were used. Expert Choice 11.5 was used to do pairwise comparisons and priorities assessment. Based upon the results of empirical analysis, the priority order sets of the domain of tourism resources development plan should be related to the development contents, the development objects, the development patterns, and the development subjects in the South Korea. Those should be related to the development subjects, the development objects, the development contents, and the development patterns in the North Korea.

중국에서는 관광, 휴식, 체험교육의 목적으로 농촌지역의 놀이농원이 증가하고 있다. 특히 농촌지역 수변공간의 놀이공원에 대한 이용의 증가는 수변공간에 대한 경관 및 단지 설계가 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 산동성 등주시의 수변놀이농원의 이용자 1194명을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰 등의 연구방법을 통하여 이용 행태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이용자들은 연령대에 따라 다른 이용행태 및 요구를 보이고 있다. 먼저 이용행태에서 20대 이하는 흥미와 동적인 놀이의 이용행태를 선호하며, 연령대가 증가함에 따라 덜 동적인 이용행태를 선호하였다. 또한 모든 이용자들은 새롭고, 흥미롭고, 편안한 이용시설에 대한 요구가 높았다. 경관요소에 대한 평가에서 20대와 41살 이상의 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 20~40살 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 20대의 이용자들은 시설이용에서 안전성과 레크리에이션기능에 대한 요구가 높았고, 41살 이상의 이용자들은 휴식시설과 공간의 확대를 요구하였다. 또한 이용자들의 대부분이 휴식시설에 대한 요구에서 그늘, 편안함, 양적인 차원에서 시설확대 및 보완의 요구가 높았다. 따라서 농촌관광에서 여가공간의 이용하는데 있어서 방문객의 태도와 만족도에 관한 연구들은 인본주의에 바탕을 둔 편의시설의 확대와 질적 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 최근에 증가하고 있는 중국인의 한국관광 및 방문에 대비하여 중국인의 관광시설선호와 이용만족 증가를 위한 실증적인 자료수집과 대안모색이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Jeju dialect of service worker on tourist image, tourist satisfaction and revisit intention. The Regional dialect can be viewed as a cultural element that characterizes the region, It also serves as a medium to inform tourists of the feelings they experience while they are out of their area and visiting other areas. As a result of the study, it was found that the communication factors in the language communication of dialects had a positive(+) effect on the cognitive and emotional images of tourist sites. Interesting factors showed positive(+) effect on cognitive image of sightseeing spot, but did not affect emotional image. As a result of the study, it should be noted that excessive use of regional dialects may not necessarily have a positive effect on the emotions of tourists. If you want to develop tourist products using dialects, you need to pay attention to the use of words and expressions so that there is no misunderstanding.

부산 광안리 일대는 해수욕장과 광안대교 그리고 불꽃축제와 해양레저센터 등을 두루 갖춘 국제적인 관광명소이다. 특히 김해국제공항으로부터 부산에 진입하는 경우 공항에서 연결된 자동차 전용도로가 광안대교에 연결되어 있기 때문에 외지에서 볼 때, 가장먼저 부산의 바다를 보게 되는 장소이기도 하다. 따라서 광안리 도시공간은 바다와 내륙의 관광명소가 어우러진다는 부산의 정체성을 잘 보여주는 장소로서 그 의미가 더욱 크다. 그러나 광안리 도시공간이 국제적인 명소로 확고하게 정착되기 위해서는 보완해야 할 공공디자인적 요소들이 있다. 그것은 도시공간의 결절점과 확장성, 광안리를 향한 보행자의 접근로, 해변공간의 구조, 건축물들의 파사드와 같은 것들이다. 본 연구는 이러한 요소들을 정리하고 분석하여 광안리 도시공간의 업그레이드를 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 부산의 대표적인 관광명소인 광안리와 그 일대의 도시공간이 향후 세계적인 규모의 행사 수용은 물론 장기적인 발전이 가능해지는 초석이 될 것이다.

지리정보시스템은 이미 우리 생황의 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 점차 그 활용 범위가 확대되어 가고 있다. 이러한 지리정보시스템을 WWW 환경에서 구축함으로써 웹 브라우저만 있으면 누구나 쉽게 지리정보시스템을 접할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 지리정보시스템과 같이 많은 데이터를 처리하기에는 속도상의 문제가 발생할 수 있기 때문에, 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 Client/Server 설계, GIS-Engine 설계, 위치 검색 시스템 설계, 수직 분할 구조의 설계 등 Web 기반의 지리정보시스템의 설계 기법을 고찰해 보고, 이들 설계 기법을 이용한 관광지리정보시스템을 설계해 보았다. 앞으로 계속된 연구를 통하여 이를 구현하여 Web-GIS를 관광분야에 활용할 수 있도록 할 것이며, Web-GIS가 단지 지리정보의 검색시스템으로 한정하지 않고 응용 범위를 확대하여 다양한 분야에서 활용될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.

This research was conducted to investigate changes in quality characteristics of gamma-irradiated chickens during storage at different temperature and periods. The proximate composition of Chicken was not significantly changed by irradiation dose and storage period. No significant difference in the components of fatty acids we were observed by gamma irradiation. In general, the amount of released free amino acid was increased during storage and was not significantly changed by gamma irradiation.

삶의 터전이 부족한 자연환경을 극복하기 위해 인간은 쓸모없는 땅을 개척하고, 다리를 놓고, 둑을 막는 등 끊임없이 노력함으로써 좀더 풍요로운 삶으로 발전시켜왔다. 그 중 호수나 바닷가에 제방을 쌓고 육지를 만드는 간척은 좁은 땅덩어리를 넓힘으로써 삶의 터전을 좀더 확대시킬 수 있다. 우리나라는 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸여 있고 특히 서해안과 남해안은 리아스식 해안에 갯벌이 발달하여 간척에 유리하다. 간척은 삼국시대부터 그 흔적을 찾을 수 있고 조선시대까지는 작은 갯고랑이나 해변을 막는 정도였으나 일제 강점기 때 주로 군량미 조달 등을 목적으로 본격적인 간척이 이루어졌다. 해방 후에도 간척은 계속되었고 1980년대 이후 중장비가 등장하면서 수천 미터의 제방 길이와 거대한 물목을 틀어막는 대규모 공사로 발전하였다. 근대의 간척사업이 군량미 확보와 미곡 증산 중심이었다면 최근의 간척사업은 생태환경 복원, 관광 등 다목적 용도로 쓰임새가 변화하는 추세이다. 서해안에서는 지금 국토를 넓히는 역사적인 사업이자 최대 규모의 국책사업인 간척사업이 한창 진행 중이다. 중국 동해안을 중심으로 한국과 일본 큐슈를 잇는 환황해권이 세계 최대 경제로 떠오를 것으로 예상됨에 따라 정부가 환황해권의 주도권을 잡기 위해 새만금개발사업을 적극 추진하고 있다. 세계 최장 33km의 방조제와 $401km^2$의 땅을 매립하여 농업 산업단지, 복합도시, 21세기 동북아 관광레저의 허브 등 다용도로 활용하기 위함이다. 본지는 바닷내음 물씬 풍기는 광활한 새만금 벌판에서 새만금집단에너지시설 건설공사를 시공 중인 (주)정호이앤씨(대표 최호선) 양석동 현장소장과 원도급 업체인 두산중공업 용환윤 소장을 만났다.

There are many positioning studies utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in tourism industry. In this study, it was tried to develop new evaluation criteria for positioning and to discuss the importance of evaluation factors, as the development of tourist's spots was pursued in diversified ways. The purpose of this study was to allow the development of tourist spots more objectively and more efficiently utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process ("AHP" hereunder) to appoint the best place for the tourism complex in Buyeo. According to AHP analysis procedures, 5 places near Baikje Cultural Block connecting with a ferry in Buyeo-gun were selected as candidates. To perform AHP analysis, evaluation criteria and a survey were used and then weight of evaluation criteria was induced. With the conditions on criteria, standard score of each criterion and candidate was calculated. By multiplying standard score and final weight and then summing up, the candidate place with the highest score shall be appointed as the most optimal place for Buyeo-gun Agricultural Tourism Complex.

Since the first 12 ones were designated in 1969, 228 places have been designated as tourism sites, and about 70 percent of them were designated before the 2000s. It shows that changes in most of tourism sites are needed in terms of physical, functional and environmental aspects. However, there are still not enough academic progress and policy consideration regarding the decline of tourism sites and the regeneration of them. This study aims to find the causes of decline and the factors to activate in tourism sites, to draw important conditions to recover the attractiveness of tourism sites in decline from the comprehensive analysis of causes and factors, and to apply the conditions to a real case in severely declining stage. According to the findings, the conditions for recovery could be restructured into four categories: 'The upgrade of hardware such as facilities in tourism site', 'the development of software such as contents and programs', 'the reinforcement of local capacity and institutional grounds' and 'the expansion of functions and the building of networks with various external stakeholders such as expert groups, related enterprises, talented individuals and so forth.

It is a matter of fact that Pusan, doesn't have enough systematic history and culture, has face on very difficult situation. A competative and fashionate tourist theme park need to be constructed to develop their historical theme park, and to make own culture which is related to Pusan' tradition. The subject of this study is to suggest the basic knowledge about specialty of customer to be expected when cultural theme park is built up. The questionare to customer is consist of the propensity of lesure, the use of similar facility, the type of theme park, and inclination of visitation to forign and domestic tourist.
