Effect of Relational Structure with Multiple Vendors on IT Outsourcing Performance: Transaction Cost Theory Perspective (복수 공급업체와의 관계구조가 정보기술 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향: 거래비용 이론 관점)

  • Information technology (IT) outsourcing is considered an effective strategy to manage and maintain organizational technologies in a rapidly changing business environment. In particular, to meet diverse market needs, many organizations that outsource their IT functions practice a multi-vendor approach as their main outsourcing strategy. Although a few studies have been conducted about the multi-vendor approach, most previous works primarily emphasized conceptual arguments and normative prescriptions. In addition, scant attention has been directed toward the relational structure between the client and multiple vendors in the multi-vendor approach and its implications for outsourcing success. This study proposes a model from the transaction cost perspective by conceptualizing two dominant relational structures of the multi-vendor approach, namely, single-vendor dominant model and the multi-vendor dominant model, and hypothesizing their relationships with two outsourcing outcomes, project success and user satisfaction. The proposed model is examined using the data collected from 246 companies that have implemented multi-vendor outsourcing. As expected, results indicate that the single-vendor dominant model has a more significant impact on project success, whereas the multi-vendor dominant model has a more significant impact on user satisfaction. The study concludes with the theoretical implications and directions for future research.

Approach on the Emotional Relationship between Consumers and Brands based on Triangular Theory of Love -With focus on Mobile Phone Service and Product Brands- (소비자-브랜드 감성적 관계에 대한 사랑의 삼각이론적 접근 -이동통신 서비스와 단말기 브랜드를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims to identify a new direction in the consumer-brand relationship by quantitatively approaching from the psychological aspect consumers' brand love, which is the most powerful strategic element in forming an emotional consumer-brand relationship. What significance does brand love have in a consumer-brand relationship? Brand love is the most fundamental in the emotional consumer-brand relationship. Through brand ownership, consumers add meaning to their lives, and love brands by expressing themselves. Love is a scale that understands consumer-brand relationship from the most interpersonal aspect and can be considered as the most essential element in an empathetic relationship. Consumers' brand love not only determines brand image and reliability but through brand loyalty, it also influences market competitiveness. In addition, as a medium that can overcome brand crisis, it serves as a turning point of the relationship and can enhance the strength of consumers' brand love. Under such generational and theoretical background, this study took a psychological approach on love in emotional consumer-brand relationship. Focusing on the most representative theory and classification of love, Sternberg's Triangular Theory of Love, types of brand love were examined. 552 questionnaires were distributed through a survey with mobile phone service and product brands, and a factor analysis was conducted. Types of brand love revealed through the results of this study were very similar to Sternberg's types of love, and it was found that the types of brand love varied based on product category. It can be suggested that the concept of brand love is an important strategic idea in brand communication.

The Effects of Satisfaction in their Departments of Health College Students and the Types for Career Decision on Career Preparatory Behavior (보건계열 대학생의 학과만족도, 진로의사결정유형이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to understand the difference in department satisfaction, career decision types and career preparatory behavior of health college students, and the relationship between variables and their effects on career preparatory behavior, and presents basic data for development of career guidance programs. The subjects of this study were 450 college students studying emergency rescue, physical therapy, public health administration and dental hygiene at three-year colleges located in B and G cities. They were selected through convenience sampling. The period of the study was from November 12 to 15, 2013. of 450 copies of the questionnaire distributed, a total of 418 copies were used in the final analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 14.0 for Windows was used. As a result, there were correlations between variables, the largest effect department satisfaction had on career preparatory behavior was found in aptitude learning followed by personal relationships and career job. The reasonable type of career decision types had a positive effect on career preparatory behavior while dependent and instinctive types had a negative effect on career preparatory behavior.

Classifying Latent Profiles in Mobile Phone Usage of Elementary School Students and Verifying the Relationship with Mobile Phone Dependency (잠재프로파일분석을 통한 초등학생의 휴대전화 이용유형분류와 의존도의 관계 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the elementary school students to latent groups according to the type of mobile phone usage and to verify the relationship with mobile phone dependency. The latent profile analysis was conducted using the first grade panel data of the elementary school in the Korea Children 's Youth Panel in 2016. The results found 3 latent classes of mobile phone usage: family and friend concentration (Type1), family concentration low level (Type2) and essential (Type3). The results of multiple regression analysis for verifying the relationship between mobile phone use type and mobile phone dependency showed a significant effect. The Type 2 showed more dependency than the Type 1, and the Type 1 showed more dependency than the Type 3. These findings provided basis for the guideline of mobile phones use and for proper intervention to prevent mobile phone dependency for elementary school students.

The Relationship between Value Types and Life Satisfaction: Mediation Effect of Positive Affectivity (가치 유형과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계: 긍정 정서의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between value types and life satisfaction of Korean university students. 275 students' scores for value types, positive·negative affectivity, and subjective well-being were obtained using questionnaires. Data was analysed by correlation analysis and path analysis. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the correlation between all negative affectivity and all value was not significant. Second, conformity, benevolence, self-direction·stimulation, hedonism, achievement and security value types were positively correlated with positive affectivity, whereas, conformity, benevolence, universalism and security value types were positively correlated with life satisfaction. Third, the student's higher scores of conformity, benevolence and hedonism value types induced higher level of positive affectivity, which, in turn, increased life satisfaction. The results suggested that value types can indirectly influence life satisfaction through positive affectivity.

  • 애니메이션의 사전제작과정에서 캐릭터의 보다 효율적 제작, 분석, 평가을 위해 시각적 모델화및 데이터 베이스 구축이 필요했다. 캐릭터의 체격과 기질 관계를 조명하기 위해 W. 셀던의 체격기질유형 이론으로부터 정형화된 분석 틀을 구축하여 개념을 시각화하고 유형분석 모델을 만들었으며, 또한 케이스 스터디를 위해 세 애니메이션에 나타난 캐릭터의 유형들을 분석함으로써 모델의 적용 가능성과 나아가 애니메이션의 캐릭터에서 표현된 외적 형상과 내적 기질의 상관성을 추론하여 실제 적용이 가능한 기초적 데이터가 되도록 하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스를 통해 획득할 수 있는 수익을 규명하고, 사례조사를 통하여 거래유형별로 나타나는 수익구조의 차이를 제시한다. 거래의 유형에 따라 사례연구를 통해 수익구조를 살펴본 결과는 거래유형에 따라 수익구조가 서로 다르게 나타나고 있음을 보이고 있다. 이는 거래유형별로 수익원이 각기 다름을 의미하며 비즈니스 모델별로 적합한 수익구조를 구성할 수 있음을 의미한다. 그리고 수익구조를 구성하고 있는 수익들간의 관계를 분석함으로써 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 선행하여 획득하여야 하는 수익을 연결시켰다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스를 전개하고 있는 기업에서는 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 필요한 적절한 수익구조를 구성하는데 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this paper we proposed a intelligent recommendation processor that the type of auto parts failures that may occur in the checkout process is represented by association relationship and the relationship was implemented with ontology. For this purpose, we defined 10 kinds of failure types and their associated parts, and we designed to simulate the recommendation process of five views. For components to be checked with the type of fault, it was possible to be expansion recommendation to the intelligent by controlling the weight value according to the relationship on the components.

  • 본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of the Perceived Service Quality on Repurchase Intention and Loyalty by Lifestyle Segmentation (라이프스타일 유형에 따른 지각된 서비스품질이 재구매 의사와 로열티에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 서비스마케팅문헌을 살펴보면 지각된 서비스품질 및 이에 대한 고객반응에 초점을 맞추어 이루어진 연구들이 많이 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스품질이 실질적으로 서비스 구매자인 소비자의 재구매 행위와 어떤 인과관계가 있고 또한 로열티와는 어떤 인과성을 갖는지를 규명하는데 주력하였다. 아울러 이러한 인과성이 조절변수인 라이프스타일에 따라 어떤 차이가 발생하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 지각된 서비스품질을 측정하는 있어서는 기존 SERVQUAL방식의 측정개념이 아닌 Johnson, Tsiros & Lancioni(1995)가 적용한 일반적 시스템 접근법(투입, 과정, 성과변수로 측정)을 활용하여 새롭게 접근하고자 노력하였다. 연구결과 지각된 서비스품질은 이를 구성하는 선행변수(투입요소와 과정 및 성과요소)와 긍정적인 정(+)의 인과관계를 나타내고 있으며, 특히 성과요소에 의해 서비스품질이 지각되는 경향이 매우 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 지각된 서비스품질은 재구매 의사와 로열티에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 이러한 모든 인과관계는 소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있었다. 따라서 서비스산업에 있어 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 있어서도 유형적 제품과 마찬가지로 라이프스타일을 이용한 시장세분화 전략을 활용할 필요가 있다.
