천공사진을 이용한 경관구성요소의 물리적 특성과 경관심리평가와의 상관관계분석

  • 본 연구에서는 경관의 정량적 객관적 분석을 위해 시점에서 360도의 경관을 얻을 수 있는 천공사진의 활용을 제안하였다. 각 유형별 천공사진을 이용한 경관 동화상을 이용하여 심리평가를 실시하여 경관구성요소의 면적률과 심리평가와의 관계를 분석하였다. 각 유형의 종합만족도에서는, 녹지요소의 면적이 가장 많은 유형에서 평가자의 약 67%가 $\ulcorner$조금 만족$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$만족$\lrcorner$으로 평가하였으며, 건물면적이 많고 녹지면적이 가장 작은 유형에서 $\ulcorner$조금 불만$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$불만$\lrcorner$의 비율이 타 유형에 비해 매우 높은 73%로 나타나 녹지면적비율에 의해 경관의 평가가 좌우되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 종합만족도는 녹지만족도와, 녹지만족도는 녹지량과 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다.

The Meditating Role of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in the Relationship between Each of Job Characteristics and Turnover Intentions of Shopping Center Employees (쇼핑센터 종업원의 개별직무특성과 이직의도 간의 관계에 대한 직무만족과 조직몰입의 매개작용)

  • The mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the relationship between each of five job characteristics and turnover intentions was examined. Using Baron and Kenny(1986)'s approach for examining mediation hypotheses, results: (1) revealed that job satisfaction was a mediator in task significance-turnover intentions and autonomy-turnover intentions; (2) revealed that organizational commitment was a mediator in task identity-turnover intentions, task significance-turnover intentions, and autonomy-turnover intentions. The implications of the present findings were discussed.

  • This paper investigate how transaction cost factors affect organizational performance both directly and indirectly, through cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: First, asset uncertainty directly influenced financial and non-financial performance. Also asset specificity and opportunism did not influence financial and non financial performance directly. Second cooperative relationship lasting factors were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on cooperative relationship lasting factors are asset specificity and uncertainty, but opportunism did not directly influence. Third, degree of relationship satisfaction were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on degree of relationship satisfaction are asset specificity and opportunism, but uncertainty had not affected degree of relationship satisfaction. Fourth, cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relation satisfaction had affected financial performance and non financial performance. In summary, this study find that transaction cost factors had indirectly influenced organizational performance through mediated variables such as cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction.

The Effect of the Consumer-Brand Interaction and Relationship on Motivation and Satisfaction in SNS -Based on Perceived Age- (SNS에서 소비자-브랜드의 상호작용과 소비자-브랜드 관계가 구매동기와 만족도에 미치는 영향 -지각된 연령을 기준으로-)

  • This study conducted a survey to analyze the influence of the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship on motivation and satisfaction based on the perceived age of men and women in their teens and 50s who subscribe to cosmetic brands through SNS accounts. For statistical processing of the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 21.0. The perceived age of the subjects was classified into 'perceived lower group', 'perceived middle group', and 'perceived higher group' according to the difference between the age perceived by others and the age perceived by themselves. In the three groups, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship showed a meaningful positive relationship with motivation, and the consumer-brand relationship was found to be a major variable explaining 'attractive' among motivation. In the three groups, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship showed a significant positive relationship with satisfaction, and the consumer-brand relationship appeared as a major variable explaining satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that by perceived age group, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship have a positive effect on motivation and satisfaction. In particular, it was found that the consumer-brand relationship is a major variable in cosmetics motivation and satisfaction. As this study empirically analyzes the influence of age perceived on SNS on cosmetics brand marketing, it is considered to be a practical implication for establishing cosmetics sales strategy and basic data that can be used for marketing.

Relationship between Health Promotion Behavior and Health Service Satisfaction at Regular Medical Checkup (정기건강검진 상담만족도와 건강증진행위와의 관계 - 지방공무원교육원생을 대상으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 정기적인 건강검진을 받는 수검자들이 검진결과에 대한 상담을 받는 것이 건강증진행위에 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있는가에 대한 목적을 가지고 있으며 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 검증결과 인구의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강검진 후 교육 및 상담에 대한 만족도 정도는 성별에서는 여성보다 남성의 만족도가 높았고, 직렬의 경우 기능직공무원이 만족도가 높았으며, 재직기간이 오래 될수록 만족도가 높았다. 2. 건강검진 시 상담서비스 만족도와 건강증진행위의 관계 분석결과 만족도 내용에서 '검진결과 설명시 교정해야할 건강 위험에 대한 지적, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담', '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육', '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'에서 건강증진행위와 영향관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. '검진결과 설명 시 교정해야 할 건강 위험에 대한 지적'은 식사조절과 건강관리행위, '검진결과에 따른 건강 상담'은 건강관리행위, '검진 후 결과에 대해 제공하는 상담 및 보건 교육'은 신체활동과 심리적 안정, '검진 후 결과에 관련된 자료나 진료 혹은 상담안내'는 건강관리행위와 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과에서 나타난 건강검진서비스 만족도가 낮은 항목의 불만족요인을 분석하여 건강교육 프로그램 계획 시 교육내용에 포함한다면 건강검진서비스 만족도가 상승할 것이며, 건강증진행위를 높일 수 있다고 생각한다.

The Effect that Participating Motives and Involvement about Lifelong Education have on the Learners' Satisfaction, Continuous Intention to Take Courses, and Recommendation Intention (평생교육에 대한 참여동기와 관여가 평생교육 학습자의 만족, 지속수강의도, 권유의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect the motives for participating in lifelong education and involvement on lifelong education have on the learners' satisfaction from lifelong education, the continuous intention to take courses, and the intention to recommend lifelong education. The results from a quantitative research show that the practical and recreational motives had a high positive correlation to situational involvement in lifelong education and that the relational and goal-oriented motives had a high positive correlation to continuous involvement in lifelong education. Moreover, for satisfaction about teaching methods, practical motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about facility comfort, recreational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about communication, relational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about contents' quality, goal-oriented motives had a relatively higher effect. The finding also shows that situational involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about contents' quality. Continuous involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about teaching methods.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine whether or not types of participation in the senior employment that greatly affect the level of life satisfaction is related to depression and to verify the relationship between life satisfaction and depression by using the correlation analysis. The findings of this study suggested that the effect of on the participation in the senior employment against the depression was positive(+) and the depression had a correlationship with life satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the number of participation in the senior employment for the public sector was, the lower the satisfaction of life, and the more time of participating in the senior employment for the private sector was, the higher the satisfaction of life. Based on the results of this study, in order to increase the satisfaction of senior life, the government, the local autonomous entity, and other companies should work together so that they can make a reasonable plan to create the employment of the private sector for jobs of the elderly.

A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Special Teachers (특수교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족 간의 관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of special education teachers, and to grasp the situation of those instructors, and to suggest a suitable method to increase their job satisfaction. From 21 August to 18 September 2017, an online survey was conducted on 217 special education teachers for 4 weeks. As such, the research questions were, first, is there any difference in level of job stress and job satisfaction in accordance to their variable? Second, what is the influence of job stress on job satisfaction? Following are the results on the research question. First, female teachers have higher job stress and lower job satisfaction even to those who served in public school, and over 10 years. Second, as a result of examining the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, job satisfaction decreases as job stress increases. Referring from these results, in order to lower the job stress and increase job satisfaction of special education teachers, suggestion is proposed.

The Study of School/Corporate Authorities' Satisfaction and Perception by the Overseas Training of Apprenticeship School (산학일체형 도제학교 국외연수 참여에 대한 학교 및 기업관계자의 만족도 및 인식도)

  • This study aims to analyze the changes in school/corporate authorities participation after overseas training in Germany and Switzerland. According to this study, the satisfaction with program contents and help for the operation of apprenticeship education was very high. Even though the satisfaction with each type of apprenticeship education institutes did not show differences in accordance with participants' age, there were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction in accordance with work area and position, so that it would be necessary to reflect the results of analysis on the selection of institutes to visit in the future. Regarding the changes in the perception of operation of apprenticeship school in accordance with school/corporate authorities' participation in overseas training, school authorities' perception of the whole areas was improved after training than before training like understanding, planning, practice, and evaluation of apprenticeship education while corporate authorities' perception was not. As corporate authorities also understood the necessity of overseas training for the operation of apprenticeship education, however, in order to increase the effects of overseas training in the future, it would be necessary to provide lots of information to help the understanding of apprenticeship education through preliminary training or regular council and council of each project group. Because of the huge differences in socio-cultural conditions in the practice of apprenticeship education between Korea and two countries such as Germany and Switzerland, it would be needed to operate overseas training that could draw the improvement measures within the system of Korea instead of simple comparative analysis.

The Mediating Effect of Workplace Spirituality on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Life Satisfaction of Art Psychology Counselors (예술심리상담사의 감정노동과 삶의 만족도, 일터영성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the mediating effect of workplace spirituality on the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. The subjects of the study included 196 art psychological counselors in Sokcho city. As an analysis method, the SPSS program was used to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for the causal relationships between variables and the verification of the mediating effect. First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.
