Relationship-oriented Social Media Marketing Strategy in Banking Service Company - Focusing on Industrial Bank of Korea (금융기업의 관계지향적 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성공 전략 -IBK 기업은행 사례를 중심으로)

  • The relationship between Korean bank and customer are known as rigidity compare to other industry. The conservative organizational culture is often found in Korean banks. Today, Korean banks are facing dramatic change in digital world in that new wave in online intensifies the connectivity with bank customers and potentials. The introduction of social media would force to develop new marketing strategy in terms of the relationship oriented behavior. The case study presents the findings of a social media marketing strategy which was conducted in Industrial Bank of Korea in 2009-2011. More specifically, the study was designed to determine and evaluate the importance of social media marketing by retail bank in strategic instrument. Also it sets out to determine the perceived usefulness of the relationship oriented services offered by banks to their visitors and followers what these banks can do in order to improve bank services to improve competitive. Using the six relationship activity factors, the banks were examined in the study, a set of core activities (trusty worthy, empathy, shared value, emotional bonding, rich communication) are defined and described.

A Study on Effects of Customer Satisfaction and Transaction Characteristics on Customers Relationship-Orientation (관계지향성에 대한 고객만족과 거래성향의 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to confirm how customers relationship-orientation toward the focal company has been constructed by what factors. The major factors are including the level of customer satisfaction and four components of transaction-characteristics like efficiency of decision making, inertia of decision making, information-seeking in store, and perceived risk. For testing of the hypotheses, customer survey has been conducted at four department stores and three discount stores in the Bundang Area. The sample size is 494. The result of the survey has indicated that customers relationship-orientation is influenced by customer satisfaction, efficiency of decision making, and inertia of decision making, but not by information-seeking in store and perceived risk. Further research has been needed for solving these conflicting results.

  • 본 논문은 객체 관계형 실시간 DBMS인 Tachyon이 제공하는 데이터 타입과 객체지향 질의의 설계 및 구현을 기술한다. Tachyon은 고성능 데이터 처리를 지원하는 객체 관계형 메모리상주 데이터베이스 시스템(Main-memory resident ORDBMS)로 Tachyon의 데이터 타입과 SQL은 ANSI SQL 3 draft를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 객체 관계형 질의 처리를 위한 OID 데이터 타입을 추가하였다. Tachyon은 클래스 간의 수직적 관계(상속)와 수평적 관계를 정의하고 조작할 수 있는 객체지향 질의를 통하여 융통성있는 데이터 조작이 가능하며, OID를 기반으로 경로식(path expression)을 이용한 향해 질의(navigational query)를 통하여 죠인(join) 비용을 절감하고, index를 통한 인스턴스 접근 등을 통하여 효율적인 데이터베이스 접근을 시도할 수 있다.

  • XML은 강력한 데이터 표현능력들 인정받아 전자상거래와 같은 데이터 처리 분야에 적극적으로 도입되고 있다. 전자상거래는 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 급속도로 발전되었고. B2C의 성공은 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 비즈니스 모델들을 창출하였다. 이 비즈니스 모델들은 새로운 문서 기술 언어인 XML로 작성되고, 그 정보들은 각각의 기업의 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 저장에 필요한 데이터베이스로서 관계형 데이터베이스가 가장 일반적으로 사용되고 있으나, 관계형 데이터베이스의 단점을 보완한 객체지향형 데이터베이스가 개발되었고, 관계형 데이터베이스와 객체지향형 데이터베이스의 장점을 살린 혼합형이라 할 수 있는 객체 관계 데이터베이스가 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 저장에 관계형 데이터베이스와 객체 관계 데이터베이스를 사용하여 저장의 효율성을 비교한다.

  • XML은 웹 문서 기술을 위한 표준과 모든 유형의 정보에 대한 데이터 기술 언어로써 점차 그 사용 폭을 넓혀가고 있다. 최근에 관계형 혹은 객체 지향형 데이터베이스에 XML 문서를 저장하는 여러 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 관계 데이터베이스에의 저장은 XML 문서 구조와 관계 스키마와의 불일치에 따른 문제점을 안고 있으며, 객체지향 데이터베이스에의 저장은 관계 데이터베이스가 주를 이루는 상용 데이터베이스를 사용할 수 없다는 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 최근에 XML 가용 인터넷 플랫폼을 지원하고 있는 Oracle 8i를 사용하여 객체-관계 데이터베이스 상에 XML 문서를 저장하는 방법을 제시하고, 그 저장 시스템을 구현한다.

  • The Entity-Relationship (E-R) model is widely used not only to increase understanding between user and designer, but also to model the relationship of real world data appropriately when designing database system in many application areas. It should be then transformed into an Object-Oriented database model which gives good merits to represent and manipulate data efficiently. Therefore, a method of transforming an E-R model into an Object-Oriented database model should be studied, but without losing any semantics of concept for the E-R model. This paper not only deals with transformation rules taking as input the elements of E-R model and delivering the elements of an Object-Oriented database model, but also improves the concept of generalization and aggregation inheritance. The paper also presents a method of transformation of relationship depending on these rules. The proposed method that obtains Object-Oriented database schema from an E-R model with preserving the properties of the E-R model is shown with examples. The method presented is able to be used to the logical database design.

Analyzing the Types of Organizational Culture on the Educational administration organization: Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument(OCAI) Approach (교육행정기관의 조직문화유형별 수준 진단: 조직문화평가도구(OCAI)의 적용)

  • The study investigates the type of organizational culture, using the organizational culture assessment instrument(OCAI) developed by Cameron and Quinn based on the competing value model(CVM), and analyzed the gap between current and desirable organizational culture empirically. The analytic results show that while the organizational members prefer the relational organizational culture as a dominant organizational culture on the current level. Also they prefer the relational organizational culture as a desirable organizational culture on the future level. In addition, the diagnosis of organizational culture by the type of status reveals that while the public educational personnel and staff recognized the relational organizational culture as a strong culture, the local public service employee identified the hierarchical culture as a dominant culture on the current level. Those findings suggest the following implications. First, the sustainable management of organizational culture requires the suitable strategic tools. That is to say, they need to introduce and carry out practical strategies to sustain change and control for each type of organizational culture. Second, despite the fact that the balance among four types of organizational culture is needed the strategy to reinforce the dominant culture, considering the types of status and affiliation.

Comparison of Depression and Life-stress by Values in University Students (대학생의 가치관에 따른 우울과 생활스트레스의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of depression and life-stress by values in Korean university students. Data were collected by structured questionnaires form 212 students by convenient sampling methods from August to November 2011. The type of values were classified into: personal oriented values, 64.6%; social oriented values, 35.4%. There were no significant differences in depression by values. But there were significant differences in frequency of experiences and importance of life-stress by values. Also, there were significant differences for correlation between depression and life-stress by values. These results suggest that for the university student, the nursing strategies should be developed in order to improve ability to reduce life-stress and depression considering such differences by values. Especially, it is necessary to attention in management of stress and depression for students with personal oriented values.

Effects on Aesthetic Response of Typicality According to Product Orientation and Price Levels (제품별 지향성과 가격수준에 따른 전형성이 심미적 반응에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to test the typicality effects to aesthetic response according to product orientation (design-oriented vs function- oriented) and perceived purchase risk. This study overcame the limitations of existing researches which haven't had the consensus about the relationship between typicality and preference and consequently suggested the typicality effect to aesthetic response by analyzing this relationship with product orientation and perceived purchase risk. The results of this study showed the inverted U-shaped relationship in design-oriented products and no relationship in function-oriented products between typicality and preference.

  • 본 연구는 방사선사가 인지하는 조직문화와 셀프리더십 유형을 살펴보고, 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 분석하였다. 셀프리더십의 전체 평균은 5점척도에 3.35점이었,다. 셀프리더십의 자기목표설정과 조직문화의 관계지향적요인은 조직몰입과 직무만족에 모두 관련이 있었다. 조직몰입은 근무지, 조직문화의 위계지향적, 관계지향적 요인이 26.8%의 설명력으로, 직무만족은 기혼자, 셀프리더십의 자기목표 및 자기관찰, 관계지향적 조직문화 요인이 41.6%의 설명력으로 나타났다. 조직의 성과를 높일 수 있는 조직문화를 형성해 나가는 방안의 모색이 필요 할 것이다.
