This paper analyzes a price discovery process for international crude oils including the WTI, Brent and Dubai. Error correction model is employed considering non-stationarity property of crude oil price and the contemporaneous causality is constructed by graph theory to analyze the short-term causality. The empirical analysis for January 4., 1999 to July 15., 2005 reveals that the Brent price interconnects between the WTI price and the Dubai price. This result implies the substantial influence of the Brent price as a marker oil.

This study is to review methodological limitations of previous studies, propose Tobit Model as an analysis model. We model used annual rent-free as dependent variable and considering to contract characteristics and building characteristics as independent variable. We model was consisted to the three model as follow: Basic model, Time control model, Quadratic model. As a result of the analysis, existing variables revealed through previous studies such as contract period, contract area, total floor area, and building age were all statistically significant. These results were robust when considering time effects. Also, floor area and annual rent-free was quadratic relationship by inverse U shape. This result provide to methodological contribution for related research. Also, provide to more accurate information for participants in seoul office market.

The previous studies based on a resource-based view of firm highlighted the role of resources within a firm in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Recent research, however, the relational view points to the importance of inter-firm sources(or relational capital) in creating firm competitiveness. In international business field, the studies on born-global firms also states that when firms are lack of ownership-specific advantages in their internationalization process, they resort to the external partners and social networks to complement their resource scarcity. By adopting the relational view and born-global firms concept, a network-based approach needs to be applied to explain the international strategy of Korean service firms. This is because most of Korean service firms own less ownership-specific advantages than global competitors. This study proposes Korean firms' global network building and exploiting strategy to enhance their international stages of development. The network, for example, Global Korean Tourism Network, enables network members access to the valuable resources and capabilities they are lack of when undergoing internationalization process. This study's contribution is along two dimension. First, even global Korean network is emerging as a major issue in recent years, we could not figure out how to build global Korean network for service firms. This studies gives an answer. Second, we derived what benefits can be gained from the network if Global Korean Tourism Network is developed for hotel, tourism, convention firms' internationalization.

기기의 결함을 진단하는데에 전문자동진단시스템(EADS)을 사용하는 것은 고도의 숙련된 진단요원 없이, 시스템저자와의 질의응답과 같은 일련의 회의를 갖지 않고도 정확하고 또한 믿을만하게 기기상태를 측정 분석할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법이다. 전문자동진단시스템(EADS)은 일분에 5개의 기기들을 분석하고 진동전문분석가에 버금가는(94%) 정확성으로 진단결과를 제공한다. 많은 전문진단시스템 중에서 DLI의 ExpertALERT[4]는 가장 정확하고 정교한 진단시스템으로 평가되고 있다. 전문자동진단시스템(EADS)의 시행으로 프렌트의 기기고장으로 인한 조업중단의 회수가 줄어지고 정비비용을 절감하며 불필요한 정기점검식정비(PM)을 없앤다면 관계기술요원들의 진동에 대한 이해와 기술습득으로 한차원 높은 기기 정비를 통해 효율적인 생산성증가, 정비비용감소[5], 안전사고 미연방지등 많은 것을 함께 얻을 수 있다. Expert System 기술의 성공적인 적용이라고 정의할 수 있겠다.

This thesis is to investigate the relationship between college students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction and the development impact of K-beauty. University students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction showed more than average satisfaction in terms of reviews, makeup techniques, makeup trends, agency empathy, and entertainment motives. In order to study the relationship between beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction and K-beauty, as a result of factor analysis of the K-beauty questionnaire, it was divided into factors affecting development and development of other industries. University students' beauty YouTube viewing satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on the factors affecting K-beauty development, and no relationship with other K-beauty industries. Based on these research results, we expect to use reference materials for the development of K-beauty development plans using media contents along with the development of beauty YouTube contents, and we plan to continue a more extensive research.

The huge and complicated plants such as nuclear power stations are likely to cause the operators to make mistakes due to a variety of inexplicable reasons and symptoms in case of emergency. Thats why the prevention system assisting the operators is being developed for. First of all. I suggest an improved fuzzy diagnosis. Secondly. I want to demonstrate that a classification system of nuclear plants accident investigating the causes of accidents foresees possible problems. and maintains the reliability of the diagnostic reports in spite of improper working in part. In the event of emergency in a nuclear plant, a lot of operational steps enable the operators to find out what caused the problems based on an emergent operating plan. Our system is able to classify their types within twenty to thirty seconds. As so, we expect the system to put don the accidents right after the rapid detection of the damage control-method concerned.
