본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴의 궁극적 목적인 기업가치 향상에 전략적 제휴가 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 전략적 제휴를 도입하려는 기업과 기업의 이해관계자들에게 보다 객관적인 연구결과 및 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사건연구방법(event study approach)을 이용하여 기업의 전략적 제휴 공시가 주가에 근거한 기업의 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였으며, 기존 연구에서 분류하고 있는 여러 가지 전략적 제휴의 형태 및 특성에 따라 그 영향이 어떻게 달라지는지를 추가로 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 자본시장은 기존의 연구들과 달리 전략적 제휴의 공시에 대해서는 특별한 반응을 보이지 않지만, 기술제휴와 시장제휴로 구분한 경우에는 시장제휴가 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 재료로 작용하는 반면 기술제휴는 좋은 재료로 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 파트너 기업보다 규모가 작은 기업의 초과수익률이 파트너 기업보다 규모가 큰 기업의 초과수익률을 상회하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 전략적 제휴 파트너기업과의 관계에 있어서는 관련기업과의 제휴이든 비관련기업과의 제휴이든 자본시장의 반응에 있어서 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

주식시장은 자본주의 경제에 있어서 기업에게는 자본조달의 창구라는 기능을, 일반 투자자에게는 투자기회를 제공하고 국민경제적 입장에서는 자산과 부의 재분배 기능을 수행하는 등 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 따라서 국민경제를 이루는 거시경제학적 변수와 관계가 있을 것으로 보고 일부 연구자들은 거시 경제변수가 주가에 어떤 영향을 주는 지를 분석하고자 했다. 한편 주식시장에 있어서 인구통계학적 변수 역시 의미있는 변수이다. 특히 주식시장에 투자자로 직접 참여하는 투자자수는 더욱 중요하다. 본 연구는 단지 일부 거시경제학적 변수만의 효과를 다루었던 연구와 달리 인구통계학적 변수까지 종합적으로 고려하여 이들 변수가 주가에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있는 이론적인 토대를 정리하고 모형 도출을 위한 선행연구이다.

This study examined the effects of social capital and ego-resilience of children perceived parent-child relationship and sociodemographic variables on their school adjustment. The subjects were 384 4th, 5th and 6th grade students living in Gyeong-gi and Incheon. Collected data was subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson’s correlation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results were : (a) Children’s school adjustment varied with their grade in school, birth order and mother’s employment. (b) Social capital of parent-child relationship, ego-resilience, and school adjustment were correlated with one another. (c) Control was the strongest predictor for children’s school adjustment.

수자원 및 수도 시설과 같은 사회간접자본은 경제개발 초기 단계에 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하여 왔다. 우리나라의 경제성장 과정에서 수자원 개발은 "한강의 기적"으로 불리며 한국 경제발전의 중요한 원동력 가운데 하나로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원개발의 경제적 효과를 정량적으로 분석하기 위하여 거시경제모형을 구축하고 실증분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 1977-2014년 동안의 수자원 부문에 대한 자본 스톡을 추정하고 이를 바탕으로 경제성장과의 인과관계를 검정한다. 추정결과, 수자원 투자는 경제성장(GDP)으로의 단방향의 인과성이 존재함을 확인(1%유의 수준)하였다. 외생적 충격으로 수자원 투자가 감소하는 경우 국내 소득(GDP)에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 우리나라의 성공적인 수자원 개발과 경제 발전 경험은 많은 개도국에게 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

항만의 개발은 투자시점에서 10여년이 소요되는 대규모 자본과 시간이 소요되는 사업이므로 항만 물동량을 사전에 정확히 예측하지 못하면, 과잉투자, 중복투자 또는 기관시설이 부족하는 등 큰 문제에 봉착하여 진다. 항만 물동량 예측은 항만 개발에 앞서 매우 중요한 과제이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 파워심 프로그램을 활용한 항만 물동량 예측 시뮬레이터 개발에 앞서 기초 연구단계로 항만 물동량 발생 요소들의 관계를 정립하고 인과관계를 시스템 다이내믹스 기법을 이용하여 밝혔다. 이 시뮬레이터는 항만 물동량 예측 등 관련 산업기술 발전에 기여하리라 전망된다.

This study aimed to explore the impacts of psychological capitals on the psychological ownerships and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. And also the mediating effects of psychological ownerships by employees on the relationships between psychological capitals and organizational commitments in hotel firms. The results of this study are, psychological capitals direct impacts on psychological ownerships and organizational commitments. And psychological ownerships influence mediating effects between psychological capitals and organizational commitments. The results of this study suggests that to build organizational behaviors management systems on emphasizing of the importance of psychological capitals and the importance of psychological ownerships by employees on intense competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantages.

Social Network has common functions such as acting as primary platforms smoothing the sharing and distribution by combination with various contents. Hence, questionnaire has been conducted to users of all of Twitter, Facebook and KakaoStory, and the factors affected by each service are presented by statistical analyses of the survey and the results are resolved by dividing them into complete and instrumental social capital. This study will be able to provide a standard for users to select Social Network according to their purposes and contribute to development of new Social Network or improvement of existing ones.

This Paper is Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It's important for enhancing corporate performance to facilitate positive interactions between leaders and members, and to cultivate a positive psychology for achieving common goals. Members with high positive psychological capital have confidence in performing their tasks, expect successful outcomes, and when problems arise, they adjust their course and persevere. This complex state of adjusting or transcending one's psychology is referred to as positive psychological capital (Luthans & Youssef, 2007). Recognizing this, the study identifies positive psychological capital as a crucial factor in enhancing corporate performance and competitiveness, and chooses it as a mediator in the research.

우리나라 전체 자영업자에서 청년 자영업자의 비율은 감소하고, 중장년 자영업자의 비율이 증가하고 있다. 또한 청년층 자영업의 평균 지속기간은 37개월로 대략 3년의 자영업 유지기간을 보이고 있으나, 청년 자영업자 40% 정도는 2년 이내에 자영업에서 이탈하는 것으로 나타났다. 청년자영업자 사업의 짧은 지속 기간과 높은 이탈률에도 불구하고, 우리나라의 자영업 시장구조가 50~60대 중장년층을 중심으로 형성되어 있기 때문에 20~30대 청년층의 경우 분석 및 논의 대상에서 큰 비중을 차지하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청년 자영업자의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과 위험을 감수하는 기업가정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 주목하였으며, 이러한 상황에서 개인의 '자기효능감, 낙관주의, 복원력, 희망'과 같은 긍정심리자본이 매개한다고 가정하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 기업가정신의 구성요소인 '혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성'을 독립변수로, '균형성과관리(BSC)의 재무적 관점, 고객 관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점'을 도입한 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 선행연구를 기반으로 긍정심리자본을 매개변수로 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다.

This purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, academic resilience and positive psychological capital and identify the factors that influence on positive psychological capital in the nursing students. The data were collected from 200 nursing students in the three colleges located Y and S city and 20 April 2019 to 10 May 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. program. Positive psychological capital in nursing students was significantly correlated with empowerment(r=.610, p<.001) and academic resilience(r=669, p<.001). The result of the multiple regression indicates the academic resilience predict 58.7%(F=19.47, p<.001) of positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop academic resilience increase education program for strategy positive psychological capital in nursing students.
