우리 양계농가들은 전국에 있는 수의과대학과 어떠한 관계를 유지하고 있을까? 과연 얼마나 많은 농가들이 대학기관과 연계해서 모니터링을 하면서 질병을 사전에 차단하는 노력을 하고 있을까? 본고에서는 릴레이 탐방 두 번째로 건국대학교 수의과대학에서 조류질병을 담당하고 있는 송창선 교수와의 인터뷰를 통해 건국대학교 수의과대학에서는 조류질병에 대하여 어떠한 연구를 해나가고 있는지, 농가들이 어떠한 도움을 받을 수 있는지에 대해 알아보았다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among service orientation effort, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in logistics firms. A literature survey is presented; then, an empirical analysis is carried out using data from questionnaires to employees in logistics firms. The final results indicate that Service orientation effort of logistics firms is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, service orientation effort, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are negatively related to turnover intention. Following these results, it is necessary to concentrate on enhancing the service orientation effort to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment and decrease turnover intention.

지금까지의 수정영향 분석에 대한 연구는 주로 원시코드 기반으로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 원시코드를 기반으로 한 소프트웨어의 수정영향 분석은 세부적이고 복잡하여, 소프트웨어의 수정영향 범위를 효과적으로 분석하고 클래스간의 제어의존성을 파악하기에 부적합하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 UML의 설계단계 산출물인 순차도(sequence diagram)를 기반으로 하여, 클래스간의 수정영향범위 분석을 위한 제어의존성 관계그래프와 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 제어의존성 관계그래프와 알고리즘은, 소프트웨어에 수정이 일어났을 경우에 수정의 영향범위를 결정하고 제어구조에 따라서 테스트의 순서를 명확히 정의함으로 유지보수 단계에서 시스템을 효율적으로 관리하고 유지하는데 드는 비용과 노력을 절약한다.

마취과 의사는 신경외과수술시 뇌압이 상승되어 있는 환자의 마취를 자주 접하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 환자에서 뇌압의 상승을 억제시키고 뇌압상승 요인들을 제거하며 적당한 뇌혈류량을 유지시킴으로서 이미 손상된 뇌조직을 보호하고 더 이상의 뇌손상을 가하지 않도록 노력해야 한다. 이를 위하여 마취과적 입장에서 고려해 보아야 할 여러 문제점들, 특히 두개강내 역학 즉 뇌용적, 뇌압, 뇌혈류, 뇌산소대사율의 유기적 관계와 마취과에서 쓰여지는 여러약제 및 기타 뇌압과 관계되는 약제 및 요인들에 관하여 기술해 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between academic achievement satisfaction and academic helplessness of middle school students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 575 middle school students in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, on academic achievement satisfaction, academic helplessness, and grit. This research was carried out by hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to understand the correlation analysis and mediating effect between major variables, and verified by Sobel test. As a result of the study, First, correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between academic achievement satisfaction, grit, and academic helplessness. Second, regression analysis showed that both perseverance of effort and consistency of interest were partially mediated between academic achievement satisfaction and academic helplessness. This means that academic achievement satisfaction not only directly affects middle school students' academic helplessness, but also has an indirect effect through grit. Finally, a learning counseling plans (Self-analysis program and Environmental control program) was discussed to reduce the academic helplessness of middle school students.

The purpose of this study is to establish an effective marketing strategy as the marketing management strategy by inquiring into the effect of service recovery justice on relationship benefit, relationship satisfaction and long-tenn relationship orientation in food service industry with food service customers. This study showed that the service recovery justice has a positive effect on the relationship benefit according to procedural, interactional and distributive justice, and the customer satisfaction is maximized through the relationship benefit, continuing the relationship as long-tenn friendship customers. That means that despite service companies' many efforts, including the establishment of a goal related to service, as their service failures happen frequently by various internal or external factors, active work is needed through the fair relationship benefit as the service recovery strategy to deal with these service failures positively and keep the customer satisfaction and long-tenn relationship orientation.

Collapse of a huge structural material has brought about enormous loss of lives and property. Every construction may be destroyed by the nature's power and careless mistake of human as well as its own defect. So a great number of concern and detailed managing technique are demanded not in constructing work but also in management of constructed material. The Interest of construction safety has Increased rapidly and a plenty of effort has been attempted to manage systematically. In this study, the use of FM(Facilities Management) as a branch of GSIS(Geo-spatial Information System) was developed to offer the users convenient managing achievement and establishment of history managing system in the bridge management system. This study accomplished dividing all information of images, photos, drawing and etc. into their items of time, material and the person in charge, and developed to stue and maintain those items in database. Related database which is composed of recording of check, retrieving and adding the data was accomplished to an easy access of database, and by using these data as output for example images, m display, report and hard copy, this system was proved to help manage efficiently in bridge management system.
