Estimation of software project cost, effort, and duration in the early stage of software development cycle is a difficult and key problem in software engineering. Most of development effort and duration estimation models presented by regression model of simple relation function point vs. effort and effort vs. duration instead of considering developer's productivity. But different project have need for different effort according to developer's productivity if the projects are same software size. Also, different duration takes according to developer's productivity if the projects require the same effort. Therefore, models that take into account of productivity have a limited application in actual development project. This paper presents models that can be estimate the duration according to productivity in order to compensate a shortcoming of the previous models. Propose model that could presume development period by various methods based on productivity and compared models' performance. As a result of performance comparison, an estimating model of development period from software size got simple and most good result. The model gives decision-making information of development duration to project management in the early stage of software life cycle.

An increasingly important facet of software development is the ability to estimated the associated coast and effort of development early in the development life cycle. In spite of the most generally sued procedures for estimation of the software development effort and cost were linear regression analysis. As a result of the software complexity and various development environments, the software effort and cost estimates that are grossly inaccurate. The application of nonlinear methods hold the greatest promise for achieving this objects. Therefore this paper presents an RBF (radial basis function) network model that is able to represent the nonlinear relation for software development effort, The research describes appropriate RBF network modeling in the context of a case study for 24 software development projects. Also, this paper compared the RBF network model with a regression analysis model. The RBF network model is the most accuracy of all.

최근 농촌 고령화와 노동력 부족, 경지면적의 감소, 이상기후에 따른 환경 변화, 시장개방에 따른 무한경쟁 상태에 놓인 국내 농업의 어려운 상황 속에서 스마트팜은 미래 농업의 새로운 트렌드로 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트팜의 기술수용의도에 미치는 영향요인들을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 스마트팜 도입 확산을 위한 제언을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트팜 수용의도에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 근거로 스마트팜의 기술적 특성과 노력기대를 제시하였다. 실제 농업에 종사하고 있는 농업인들을 대상으로 수집한 설문결과를 자료분석에 사용하였으며, 독립변수로는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성으로 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성을 선정하여 종속변수인 스마트팜 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였고, 노력기대의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 스마트팜의 기술적 특성 중 가용성과 경제성은 스마트팜 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 신뢰성은 스마트팜 수용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 스마트팜의 기술적 특성인 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성은 스마트팜 노력기대에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 스마트팜에 대한 노력기대는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성과 독립적으로 스마트팜 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과와 관련해서는, 스마트팜에 대한 노력기대는 스마트팜의 기술적 특성인 가용성, 신뢰성, 경제성과 스마트팜 수용의도간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 농업인들의 스마트팜 도입을 촉진시키기 위해서는 스마트팜 기술의 안정적 기능 수행을 체감할 수 있는 전문적인 현장실습교육 프로그램, 기기 및 통신의 표준화, 스마트팜 도입에 따른 투자대비 수익성 변화의 구체적 제시, 양질의 환경 생육 데이터 수집 및 활용 체계 구축이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study investigated the effect of service provider's recovery effort and pre-failure customer-employee rapport on post-recovery consumer response such as satisfaction, purchase intention, and positive Word-of-Mouth communication. First, this study explored the interaction effect of recovery effort and customer-employee rapport on post-recovery consumer response. The result shows when the level of pre-failure customer-employee rapport is high, customer's positive responses decreased slightly even though they perceived low recovery effort. However, when the level of pre-failure customer-employee rapport is low, customer's responses were decreased considerably in case of low recovery effort. Second, this study examined 'service recovery paradox' which is post-recovery consumer's satisfaction is greater than the case of no service failure. The result shows recovery paradox was not supported in all samples regardless of the level of recovery effort and customer-employee rapport. Synthetically, customer-employee rapport took a buffering role in customer response after service failure although it's not the same as error-free state.

본 인구에서는 5개의 국내 SW기업들의 사례를 활용하여 해외진출 노력을 분석한다. 국제신생벤처 이론 ((INU theory; International New Venture theory) 관점에서 중국시장 진출에서 발생하는 독특한 해외 진출 장애구간 즉 캐즘 (chasm)의 극복 방식과 기업의 성과와의 관계를 살펴본다. 특히 시장선점 (MS) 전락과 고객동반 진출 (CF) 전략에 따른 핵심역량과 지식 및 네트워크 구축 빙식의 차이와 외진출성과 차이와의 관계를 도출한다. 사례분석 결과 캐즘을 극복할 기업들은 진출 후 자식의 획득, 네트워크의 구축 면에서 정보를 내재화 (internationalization)하는 방식을 가지고 있음을 밝혔다.

마취과 의사는 신경외과수술시 뇌압이 상승되어 있는 환자의 마취를 자주 접하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 환자에서 뇌압의 상승을 억제시키고 뇌압상승 요인들을 제거하며 적당한 뇌혈류량을 유지시킴으로서 이미 손상된 뇌조직을 보호하고 더 이상의 뇌손상을 가하지 않도록 노력해야 한다. 이를 위하여 마취과적 입장에서 고려해 보아야 할 여러 문제점들, 특히 두개강내 역학 즉 뇌용적, 뇌압, 뇌혈류, 뇌산소대사율의 유기적 관계와 마취과에서 쓰여지는 여러약제 및 기타 뇌압과 관계되는 약제 및 요인들에 관하여 기술해 보았다.

그 동안 기업의 데이터는 관계형 데이터베이스에 의해 관리되어져 왔다. 그러나 전산전문가 아닌 최종사용자가 관리하는데는 어려움이 있었으며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 많은 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 결국 최종사용자가 데이터에 직접 접근하여 분석이 가능한 OLAP 시스템의 도입이 필요하게 되었으며, OLAP시스템은 EUC 환경을 구현할 수 있는 시스템이라고 힐 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 효율적인 의사결정을 위해 기존의 관계형 데이터 베이스가 아닌 다차원 데이터 베이스에 의한 Prototype을 구축하였다.

최근 인간의 인지발달을 사회문화적 관점에서 연구하려는 노력이 커지고 있다. 특히, 학교 밖에서의 수학과 학교 내에서의 수학을 비교하고, 학교 밖의 일상적 활동에서의 수학적 지식에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직접적인 교수가 아닌 상황에서의 수학적 지식 형성을 살펴보고 이를 학교 수학과 어떻게 연결시킬 것인지에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 구체적으로 인지와 상황과의 관계, 인지발달과 사회문화적 관계를 논하고, 일상적 상황에서의 수학학습에 대하여 기술한다.

국내 항공산업은 보유항공기의 폐정비로부터 시작하여 전투기 및 헬기의 면허조립 생산을 통해 기본적인 항공기부품 제작 능력을 확보하였으며, 선진 항공공업국으로부터의 항공기부품 제작 물량 수주, 차기 전투기 공동생산을 위한 준비 등 조약을 위한 전환기를 맞이하고 있다. 그간 어려운 여건 하에서도 모든 항공관계자들이 노심초사하여 이제 항공 중진국의 문턱에 들어서려고 하고 있으나 아직도 국내항공산업이 헤쳐나가야 할 과제는 수없이 많이 쌓여 있는 형편이다. 당면과제로는 관련산업기반의 포약, 기술수준의 저위, 고급인력의 부족, 지원체제의 미비와 연 구기관의 미흡 및 해외시장 개척 등이 있는데 모든 항공관계인사들의 노력속에 하루속히 이러한 문제들이 해소되어 항공선진대열의 반석 위에 올라서기를 소망한다.

우리협회는 '92년부터 매년 정보통신산업에 대한 세제 및 금융제도의 개선방안을 마련하여 관계기관에 건의하는등 정보통신업체의 지원을 위해 노력해왔다. 특히, 금년에는 실질적인 개선방안을 도출해 내기위해 개선방안 마련에 앞서 지난 9월 정보통신업체를 대상으로 금융.세제 지원제도 관련 설문조사를 실시하였다. 지난 9월 협회내에 구성된 "정보통신산업에 대한 금융.세제 개선방안 연구반"은 설문조사의 결과 토대로 관련업체의 지원제도에 대한 효과 분석과 업계 개선의견을 종합한 개선방안을 마련하여 관계부처등에 12월경 건의할 예정이다.
