  • 자연 친화적 하천관리는 현 치수위주의 하천정비 관행으로 인한 하천의 환경 기능의 훼손을 막고, 제도적으로 자연 친화적으로 하천 사업을 추진하기 위해서 수변조사, 계획, 설계, 시공, 모니터링, 그리고 유지관리 등 일련의 체계적인 절차에 따라 하천 사업을 시행하는 것이다. 특히 이러한 표준 절차 가운데 수변조사는 하천의 특성을 결정짓는 여러 가지 자연적, 인공적 형성과정들과 그 과정들을 지배하는 생태학적 원리들을 파악하여 하천사업의 정비주제와 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 준다. 모니터링은 계획과 설계, 시공을 통해 실시된 하천사업의 효과를 평가하고, 공법적용에 따른 하천의 변화과정을 파악하여 유지관리 및 적응관리를 위한 근거를 제시하는 과정이다. 수변조사 및 모니터링 매뉴얼은 건설교통부가 수행한 '자연친화적 하천정비기법 개발' 의 연구성과로서, 경기도의 탄천, 충청북도의 달천 그리고 경기도 오산천을 대상으로 각 관련분야의 전문가가 참여하여 직접 적용$\cdot$검증한 결과를 바탕으로 제작한 것이다. 이는 하천의 관리 및 하천관련 사업을 자연 친화적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 '수변조사'와 '모니터링'에 대한 일반적인 절차와 방법을 체계화 한 것이다. 특히 수변조사 매뉴얼의 경우는 $\ulcorner$하천설계기준$\lrcorner$의 '제12장 하천환경조사'를 보완하는 관계에 있다. 하천설계기준에서 제시한 하천환경조사는 본 수변조사 매뉴얼상과 동일한 절차와 양식을 따르고 있다. 하천설계기준에서 자세하게 기술하지 못한 조사방법, 정리, 분석, 평가에 대한 내용을 구체적으로 적용하여 이를 보완하고 있다.은 안양천 웹페이지(http://anyang.river.or.kr)에서 구현되고 있으며, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 1단계 프론티어 사업으로 설치된 4개의 하천수위, 2개의 지하수위 관측시설과 함께, 2단계에 (주)웹솔루스에서 자체적으로 설치 운영하고 있는 2개소의 하수관거 모니터링 관측시설, 그리고 안양시에서 운영하고 있는 5개소의 강우관측소와 7개소의 수위관측소를 모두 통합하여 실시간 자료를 제공하고 있다. 수위자료는 10분단위의 텍스트정보와 그래프형태로 지원되며, 검색기간 설정을 통해 원하는 기간내의 자료를 선별, 검색할 수 있다.. 또한 이와 같은 기초적인 정보를 바탕으로 하류하천의 탁수 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 선택취수탑의 운영방안을 수립할 수 있다 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 선택취수탑 주위의 성층흐름을 기존의 실험자료와 수치해석을 통하여 분석하였고, 온도성층구조나 취수구의 위치변화에 따른 방류수 수질특성을 조사하였다.쇄파대(artifical reef)와 같은 완충지대를 갖는 호안을 축조함으로써 월파량을 감소시키는 대안으로 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구 수행을 통해 태풍 내습시 발생 가능한 자연재해에 대한 사전 방지를 목적으로 태풍피해의 원인을 제시하고 이를 해결하여 현재의 방재대책이 항구적인 방재대책으로 전환될 수 있는 방안 마련의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다., L-arabinose, 및 D-galactose; 제3차(第三次) 가수분해물(加水分解物)(C)에서 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose 및 D-galactose, 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)(C')에서 D-xylose와 D-galactose를 검출(檢出)하였다. Exploring a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory of Linear Programming by the Didactical Analysis (선형계획법의 교수학적 분석을 통한 가설 학습 경로 탐색)

  • Linear programming(LP) is useful for finding the best way in a given condition for some list of requirements represented as linear equations. This study analysed LP in mathematics contexts and LP in school mathematics contexts, considered learning process of LP from an epistemological point of view, and explored a hypothetical learning trajectory of LP. The differences between mathematics contexts and school mathematics contexts are whether they considered that the convex polytope $\Omega$ is feasible/infeasible or bounded/unbounded or not, and whether they prove the theorem that the optimum is always attained at a vertex of the polyhedronor not. And there is a possibility that students could not understand what is maximum and minimum of a linear function when the domain of the function is limited. By considering these three aspects, we constructed hypothetical learning trajectory consisted of 4 steps. The first step is to see a given linear expression as linear function, the second step is to partition a given domain by straight lines, the third step is to construct the conception of y-intercept by relating lines and the range of k, and the forth step is to identify whether there exists the optimum in a given domain or not.

  • Multidimensional scaling (MDS) is a graphical technique of multivariate analysis to display dissimilarities among individuals into low-dimensional space. We often have two kinds of MDS which are metric MDS and non-metric MDS. Metric MDS can be applied to quantitative data; however, we need additional information about variables because it only shows relationships among individuals. Gower (1992) proposed a method that can represent variable information using trajectories of the pseudo-points for quantitative variables on the metric MDS space. We will call his method a 'replacement method'. However, the trajectory can not be represented even though metric MDS can be applied to binary data when we apply his method to binary data. Therefore, we propose a method to represent information of binary variables using pseudo-points called a 'partition method'. The proposed method partitions pseudo-points, accounting both the rate of zeroes and ones. Our metric MDS using the proposed partition method can show the relationship between individuals and variables for binary data.

An Analysis on the Past Items of Discrete Mathematics in Secondary School Mathematics Teacher Certification Examination (수학과 중등임용 이산수학 기출 문항 분석)

  • In this study, discrete mathematical items were classified into analytical items and mathematical items were analyzed on the basis of analytic framework items of mathematics and the past items of mathematics subject contents of the period 2011-2017 school year. First, the discrete mathematics evaluation areas and evaluation contents proposed by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation should be evenly distributed. Second, the items of measuring metacognitive knowledge as a strategic knowledge on the use of cognitive methods should be given. Third, the ratio of the number of items in discrete mathematics to the number of that was 3.8%~6.8%, and the ratio according to the item weighting was 2.2%~6.3%. Fourth, it is analyzed that all the items are suitable for the evaluation goal and the pre-service math teachers who have faithfully implemented the curriculum have maintained the appropriate level of difficulty to solve. Finally, the content items such as the method of counting the discrete mathematics curriculum, the Recurrence Relation, the generation function, and the graph are matched with the teacher certification examination and the mathematics education curriculum of each teachers college. By these reasons, we conclude that the contribution of pre-service teachers to the motivation of learning is obtained and implications.

Preliminary Analysis of the CANDU Moderator Thermal-Hydraulics using the CUPID Code (2상 유동 해석코드 CUPID를 이용한 CANDU 원자로 감속재 열수력 예비해석)

  • A transient, three-dimensional, two-phase flow analysis code, CUPID, has been developed in KAERI. In this work, we performed a preliminary analysis using the CUPID code to investigate the thermal-hydraulic behavior of the moderator in the Calandria vessel of a CANDU reactor. At first, we validated the CUPID code using the three experiments that were performed at Stern Laboratories Inc. To avoid the complexity to generate computational mesh around the Calandria tube bundles, a porous media approach was applied for the region. The pressure drop in the porous media zone was modeled by an empirical correlation. The results of the calculations showed that the CUPID code can predict the mixed flow pattern of forced and natural convection inside the Calandria vessel very well. Thereafter, the analysis was extended to a two-phase flow condition. Also, the local maximum temperature in the Calandria vessel was plotted as a function of the injection flow rate, which may be utilized to predict the local subcooling margin.

  • While numerous information services are provided on the Web as a core infrastructure of information society, semantic services using the Semantic Web technologies still stay deployed number and application range. This situation would be mainly originated from the failure of securing reliability to the user. Thus, this paper introduces an evaluation method for measuring reliabilities of the semantic services comparatively. To measure the reliability of the compared systems, the observer assesses 'precision in task performance' as a quantitative analysis and 'reliability of expectation-result' as a qualitative analysis described by the test persons. On the other hand, the test person should rate the functional reliability and reliability of the served information on the vector graph by himself with a scale from 0 to 5. Experimental results show that assessment by the observer is very similar to rating value by test persons, and that the accuracy of the served information has a close effect on the functional reliability. Through this paper, we can verify the essential factors for evaluating the reliability of semantic service systems. These are functional reliability and reliability of served information resulting from function execution. In particular, it has been proven that the reliability of the semantic information services largely influences the "Quality in Use" and therefore determines the major factors of the semantic service reliability.

  • The conventional pattern-methods for discrimination of acupoint, meridian line which is the basic object of diagnosis and medical treatment in oriental medicine is discriminated the conduction point by the stimulation in body skin with DC. But, it is not sufficient to truth in discrimination ratio, coincident ratio, body effect, reproductivity. Therefore, this paper is extracting the optimal parameter of frequency and waveform in order to improve the conventional pattern, and proposing the SPAC(Single Power Alternative Current) stimulus pattern applying that. Also, this algorithm proposes to be able to discriminate with low pressure of the electrode by displaying in the level meter both the absolution and relation value of the skin current. It is able to decrease pain and body effect by electrode pressure and discriminate acupoint regardless of skin current in difficult discrimination spot. It is compared the performance of system applying the extracted optimal parameter and algorithm, and it is confirmed that there is difference in discrimination parameter of acupoint reacted to the individual and the meridian. It is compared that discrimination, coincident ratio of the traditional acupoints as the acupoint stimulation pattern. It is confirmed truth of optimal parameter and discrimination algorithm.   • In this paper, we proposed a register allocation algorithm and resource allocation algorithm in the high level synthesis process for the SoC design synthesis system of high performance vehicles We have analyzed to the operator characteristics and structure of datapath in the most important high-level synthesis. We also introduced the concept of virtual operator for the scheduling of multi-cycle operations. Thus, we demonstrated the complexity to implement a multi-cycle operation of the operator, regardless of the type of operation that can be applied for commonly use in the resources allocation algorithm. The algorithm assigns the functional operators so that the number of connecting signal lines which are repeatedly used between the operators would be minimum. This algorithm provides regional graphs with priority depending on connected structure when the registers are allocated. The registers with connecting structure are allocated to the maximum cluster which is generated by the minimum cluster partition algorithm. Also, it minimize the connecting structure by removing the duplicate inputs for the multiplexor in connecting structure and arranging the inputs for the multiplexor which is connected to the operators. In order to evaluate the scheduling performance of the described algorithm, we demonstrate the utility of the proposed algorithm by executing scheduling on the fifth digital wave filter, a standard bench mark model.

Network Analysis using Cross-citation Frequency of Clothing & Textiles -Related Journals (의류 관련 학술지의 상호인용 빈도를 이용한 네트워크 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was twofold: 1) to analyze the impact factor of clothing and textile-related journals by utilizing the average number of cross-citation that evaluates the relative importance of an academic journal and 2) to provide a list of journals with higher impact factor by analyzing closeness and betweenness among individual journals through graph networks. To fulfill this, a total of 10 clothing and textile-related journals, which are accredited by National Research Foundation of Korea, were analyzed. For analysis of the average number of cross-citation, the targeted research papers were limited to those published between 2008 and 2011 and they were derived from the Korea Citation Index. The software used for network analysis was R ver. 2.15. The results of the study were as follow: First, 'The Korean Society of Knit Design' was indicated as the highest rate of self-citation, followed by 'Journal of the Korean Fashion & Costume Design Association.' Secondly, the average impact power of clothing & textile-related journals was relatively lower (0.681) compared to that (1.00) of 23 journals under the human ecology discipline. 'Korean Journal of Human Ecology' was found to have impact factor of 1.24, which was higher than the average impact factor of human ecology-related journals. Lastly, together with 'Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles.'

Development of DAP(Dose Area Product) for Radiation Evaluation of Medical and Industrial X-ray generator (의료 및 산업용 X-선 발생장치의 선량평가를 위한 면적선량계(DAP) 개발)

  • In this paper, we propose an DAP system for dose evaluation of medical and industrial X-ray generator. Based on the DAP measurement technique using the Ion-Chamber, the proposed system can clearly measure the exposure radiation dose generated by the diagnostic X-ray apparatus. The hardware part of the DAP measures the amount of charge in the air that is captured by an X-ray. The high-speed processing algorithm part for cumulative radiation dose measurement through microcurrent measures the amount of charge captured by X-ray at a low implementation cost (power) with no input loss. The wired/wireless transmission/reception protocol part synchronized with the operation of the X-ray generator improves communication speed. The PC-based control program part for interlocking and aging measures the amount of X-ray generated in real time and enables measurement graphs and numerical value monitoring through PC GUI. As a result of evaluating the performance of the proposed system in an accredited testing laboratory, the measured values using DAP increased linearly in each energy band (30, 60, 100, 150 kV). In addition, since the standard deviation of the measured value at the point of 4 division was ${\pm}1.25%$, it was confirmed that the DAP showed uniform measurements regardless of location. It was confirmed that the normal operation was not less than ${\pm}4.2%$ of the international standard.
