  • With development of the methodology for the selection of future emerging research and technology subject it will reach and the research for the concrete item selection which leads is propelled. It uses scientometrics objective indexes and accomplished information analysis of highly cited paper(HCP) & Clustering from the present paper. Scopus data about under using it accomplishes information analysis of construction traffic fields.   • Infrastructure engineering is a field that supports construction (assembly) as a representative industry that creates high added value and jobs by combining science and technology with knowledge, though its importance is underestimated. According to a report from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Korea), the value-added rate (65.3%) of the engineering industry and the employment inducement coefficient (14 employees per billion won) are three times higher than in manufacturing. In particular,the forward value chain (such as project management and basic design) accounts for less than 10~15% of the total project cost but determines the overall price and quality of the infrastructure facilities. In this study, a work break-down system, design support module and database development method for road design projects for design platform development is presented. Based on the presented development method, a cloud-based infrastructure design platform's prototype is developed. The developed infrastructure engineering platform is expected to provide a web-based design work environment without time/space restrictions and greatly contribute to winning overseas business orders and securing competitiveness.

  • 블록체인은 탈집중화, 위변조 방지, 추적 가능, 노드 간 공동 유지 및 보수가 가능한 데이터베이스로서 서로 신뢰하지 않은 노드 간 통신 신뢰 문제를 해결할 수 있는 점 대 점 통신 네트워크를 실현할 수 있다. 최근 몇 년 동안, 블록체인 기술은 지속적으로 발전하여 데이터 보안 문제를 해결하기 위한 중요한 기술로 주목받고 있다. 블록체인의 응용은 최초의 디지털 화폐 영역에서 금융·정무·공업 제조 영역으로 확대되고 있다. 블록체인의 특성에 따라 블록체인의 성능은 분산형 데이터 통신에 비해 크게 떨어지고 처리량이 제한되는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 연구되고 있는 블록체인의 보안 구조 및 성능 분석에 대해 조사하고, 기존에 연구되었던 기술과 비교하여 블록체인의 안전성을 유지하며 성능을 향상시키는 방법에 대해 고찰한다. 이후 유향 비순환 그래프 (DAG: Directed Acyclic Graph) 및 샤딩 (Sharding)을 이용하여 안전성과 성능을 강화시키는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 DAG를 사용하여 위변조 방지 및 처리 속도 향상의 이점을 가지고 있으며, 샤딩을 사용함으로써 데이터 처리량을 향상시킨다. 마지막으로 제안하는 시스템은 기존 블록체인과 비교하여 안정성과 데이터 처리량 측면에서 비교 분석을 진행한다.

  • Resources on knowledge and information has been acknowledge as national competitiveness in Knowledge-based Information Society. For systematic digitalization, consistent management and application of such resources of a nation, necessity for charging for knowledge-based information resources has been frequently raised. This study has suggested appropriate ways for charging for information and knowledge resources in science and technology and has established charging system by deducing reasonable charging method, information usage fees and payment method for chargeable databases.

  • KISTI-ACOMS ver. 2.0 has been distributed to more than 340 academic societies and used by more than 130 academic societies for 4 years since 2005 and still is desired for use by lots of other academic societies. But contrary to the desire and requests for system upgrades of academic societies, ACOMS has not been improved for last 3 years and some academic societies began to use domestic or foreign similar pay online peer review systems. In this paper, a new integrated portal service system is suggested in order to attempt national production cost-saving and quality improvement of academic information by creating and collecting high quality scientific and technologic academic information inexpensively. We come up with methodology of integration and utilization of a personal academic activity portal system interoperable with other services of KISTI, an open citation reference database automatically constructed by authors' activity and a journal evaluation system based on impact factor.

  • Knowledge maps for science and technology are used extensively in the research projects. However, they are not organized systematically and are not necessarily suitable to be used in the research projects. Therefore, this study aims to organize the knowledge maps in order to support scientific research projects. To this end, the existing knowledge maps for science and technology are classified as one of four types based on data representation methods; the frequency summary map, trend summary map, distribution-based knowledge map and network-based knowledge map. Additionally, by summarizing and classifying the knowledge maps through the principle of 'five w's and one h', the unexplored area are investigated. Finally, some examples of useful knowledge maps in terms of data analysis are provided with details such as definitions, components and utilization purposes. These findings may be a starting point for future research into a better understanding of knowledge maps for science and technology.

  • Database Shard is a technique that can be queried and stored by dividing one logical table into multiple databases horizontally. In order to analyze the shard data with aggregate or analysis functions, a process is required that integrates partial results on each shard database. In this paper, we introduce the design and implementation of a distributed processing system for aggregation and analysis on the CUBRID Shard distributed database, which is an open source database management system. The implemented system can accelerate the analysis onto multiple shards of partitioned tables; it shows efficient aggregation on shard distributed databases compared to stand-alone databases.
