본 논문은 유해콘텐츠를 접속하는 동기를 통하여 이를 효과적으로 차단하기 위한 전체적 방법에 대한 제시를 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠의 접속 동기를 분석한다. 또한 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠를 접속하는데 있어 가장 큰 요소인 스팸메일에 대해 실태 파악 및 분석을 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 스팸메일이 증가하는 이유, 스팸메일 발송자가 전자우편을 수집하는 방법 그리고 각종 스팸메일 방지 방안 및 스팸 방지 기술에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 또한 수신측에서 행해지고 있는 스팸메일 차단에 대해 여과를 안 하는 이유 등에 대해 조사함으로써 스팸메일 차단에 대한 연구 방향을 잡기 위한 기초 자료로 삼고자 하며 이를 기초로 이메일을 수집 단계에서부터 차단이 이루어 지게 하기 위한 종합적 차단 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

The development of Semantic Web basically requires knowledge induced from the formalization and semantization of information, and thus ontology should be introduced as a knowledgization tool. URI(Universal Resource Identifier) is an indispensible scheme to uniquely indicate individuals on ontology. However, it is difficult to find the use cases of URI in real data including science & technology publications. This paper describes the method to construct human resources based on URI which are the critical components on national R&D reference information ontology. We use co-authors, e-mails, publication date, and affiliation for discriminating authors with the same strings. HRST is referred to acquire human resource URIs. We expect the human resources would be adopted to outcome analysis applications such as researcher network analysis and outcome statistics.

KISTI-ACOMS ver. 2.0 has been distributed to more than 340 academic societies and used by more than 130 academic societies for 4 years since 2005 and still is desired for use by lots of other academic societies. But contrary to the desire and requests for system upgrades of academic societies, ACOMS has not been improved for last 3 years and some academic societies began to use domestic or foreign similar pay online peer review systems. In this paper, a new integrated portal service system is suggested in order to attempt national production cost-saving and quality improvement of academic information by creating and collecting high quality scientific and technologic academic information inexpensively. We come up with methodology of integration and utilization of a personal academic activity portal system interoperable with other services of KISTI, an open citation reference database automatically constructed by authors' activity and a journal evaluation system based on impact factor.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of databases in scientific and technical fields. The maul discussion is about the quality issues of KORDIC's seven database the most typical web database of scientific and technical fields in Korea. Eighteen evaluation criteria, considered two aspects of data itself and service of database, are used to measure their quality. The purpose of this study Is to diagnose the qualify of databases mentioned above and to analyses the measured result of quality objectively and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements.

제3차 영재교육진흥종합계획을 통하여 소외계층을 대상으로 한 영재교육의 활성화가 진행되었다. 이에 따라 전체 학생 중에서 영재교육의 대상자 수의 비율도 증가하였으며, 영재교육 대상자 중 소외계층의 비율도 증가하였다. 일반 영재학생과 다르게 소외계층 영재 학생은 경제적, 문화적, 지리적 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 다각적인 지원이 필요하다. 하지만 선행 연구에서는 소외계층의 중학생을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램 개발연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소외계층 중학생을 위한 온라인 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램은 총 20차시이며, 2015 개정 교육과정의 과학, 수학, 정보 교과의 교육 내용을 기반으로 주제를 추출하였다. 추출한 주제를 기반으로 기초-심화로 이루어진 온라인 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였으며, 교과별 역량 개발을 위하여 탐구 과제를 구성하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램을 소외계층 학생을 대상으로 운영하고, 프로그램의 만족도와 개선 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 교육 프로그램의 교육적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 통하여 학생들의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

과학기술 문헌에 대한, 정확한 인용 정의의 제공을 위해서는 인용 관계를 구성하는 인력에 대한 동명이인 문제가 우선적으로 해소되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 저자 중심의 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 URI(Universal Resource Identifier)를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구의 특징은, 지속적으로 추가되고 갱신되는 인용 정보를 일관성 있게 유지하고 정확한 문헌으로의 접근성을 보장하기 위해, 시맨틱웹 기술의 하나인 URI를 문헌과 저자에 적용하여 저자 중심 인용 관계 및 네트워크를 구축한다는 것이다. 실험에서는, 국내 학술대회 발표 논문들로부터 2,872개의 저자 중심 인용 관계 쌍을 추출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 구축한 저자 인용 네트워크에서는 135개의 인용 네트워크 그룹을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국가과학기술인력 종합정보시스템에서 제공하는 인력 DB 및 과학기술정보 포털서비스인 YesKiSTi와의 연계를 통하여 새로운 개념의 다양한 연구자 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 국내 독도도서관의 운영현황을 분석하기 위해 국회도서관 독도자료실, 동북아 역사자료실, 세종대학교 독도종합연구소, KMI 독도 해양영토연구센터, KIOST 해양과학도서관 5개 기관을 대상으로 담당자 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석결과 독도자료실(코너)로 운영되고 있는 곳은 단 2곳이며, 대부분 1인의 사서가 운영하고 있다. 또한 자료수집은 비정기적인 기증과 구입에 의존하고 있고 성문화된 장서개발정책은 부재하였다. 독도자료실의 운영활성화를 위한 방안으로 자료확충을 위한 국가정책지원, 독도자료 통합포털시스템 구축, 독도유관기관간 협력 네트워크 구축을 제안하였다.

지난 6월 11일 서울농업무역센터(aT Center)에서 전국농학계대학장협의회, 한국농업과학협회, 대산농촌문화재단이 공동 주최하고 농림부와 농업기반공사가 후원한 농업과학 2004심포지엄에 참석하였다. 심포지엄은 "농학계 대학은 농업을 버려야 되는가？" 라는 다소 충격적인 제목 하에 전국농학계 대학장 협의회 회장인 서울대학교 농생대 이무하 학장의 개회사와 대산농촌문화재단 류태영 이사장의 환영사에 이어 네 가지의 주제발표와 박기영 청와대 정보ㆍ과학기술보좌관과 허상만 농림부 장관의 특별강연, 그리고 종합토론으로 진행되었다.(중략)진행되었다.(중략)
