This study aims to derive primary policy challenges for the continuous diffusion of the smart work centers in the public sector by using the AHP survey. The policy challenges in the AHP survey were categorized into three aspects, namely technology, system, and awareness. The technology sector was divided into the improvement of smart work-related ICT and the facility improvement in a smart work center. The system sector was divided into the legal system and implementation system. The awareness sector was divided into organizational culture and individual awareness. Among total 12 policy challenges, the results of the AHP analysis showed that the improvement of the organizational culture was the policy issue of the highest priority in terms of importance and urgency.

환경부와 국립환경연구원은 지난 6년간 G-7 환경공학기술개발사업을 추진해 오면서 그동안 G-7 사업으로 추진되었던 과제의 성과와 관리상의 문제점 등 전반적인 측면에 대하여 면밀히 분석과 평가를 통하여 3단계에서의 수행하고자 하는 과제의 도출과 연구 추진체계 및 효율적일 관리 방안 등을 구체적으로 개선하고 있어 그 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

K-company, being in charge of domestic railway construction and facilities management, got a success rate of 41% with the implement of a improvement scheme by prosecuting of 6 Sigma and the achievement of CTQ (Success criteria : more than 0.5 in achievement of CTQ). It is clear that the factors having an effect on achievement of CTQ are the level of project when pushing forward the project(Big Y and small y according to the scope of the work), the degree of interest of an officer in charge like sponsors, and the continuous feedback toward the implement of a improvement scheme. For improvement CTQ achievement, firstly redefine about a type of project. Secondly, derive small y by Big Y and derives a unit work by small y. Then grouping the unit works and achieve Big Y by performing of every unit work as an executive subject. Thirdly organize a committee of subject selection which is supervised by the general manager. Therefore exhibit staff's leadership, for example motivation, by strong incentives. Lastly, provide ongoing learning and enhance system monitoring about a result management of an betterment execution department.

온톨로지는 시맨틱 웹의 핵심 기술 요소로서 지식을 개념화하고 명세화해서 의미론적 지식체계를 구축한다. 온톨로지는 개념적 모델링(Conceptual Modeling)을 통해 실제 세계의 지식(Real World Knowledge)을 표현하는 중요한 수단으로 제안되었고, 수많은 정보에 대한 지식관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 토대를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 연구과제회의를 대상으로 온톨로지를 설계 및 구축한다. 과제 진행에 수반되는 다양한 회의와 관련자료는 과제의 성공적인 수행을 위해 반드시 관리되어야 한다. 일반적으로 회의에서 참석자들 사이에 정보 공유 및 자료 검색이 어렵고 회의일정 조정이 번거로우며 회의자료 관리가 체계적이지 못하다. 따라서 연구과제 진행과정의 회의와 관련자료들을 분석/분류해서 개념적 모델링을 통해 연구과제회의 온톨로지를 구축하고자 한다. 향후 이를 활용하여 지능형 반응 공간에서 회의 관리 및 서비스 제공을 할 수 있다.

과제 지향 대화 시스템은 발화 의도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 과제를 달성한다는 점에서 유용하다. 대화 상태 추적은 과제 지향 대화 시스템의 핵심 모듈이며, 최근에는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 시각 정보까지 활용하여 대화 상태를 추적하는 멀티모달 대화 상태 추적 연구가 활발히 진행되는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 대화 속 내담자의 상태를 추적하는 과제를 제안하였다. ChatGPT를 통한 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 과제 지향 대화 데이터셋 구축 프레임워크와, 구축한 데이터셋의 품질을 증명하기 위한 분석도 함께 제시하였다. 사전학습 언어 모델인 GPT-2를 벤치마크 데이터셋에 대해 학습한 성능을 측정함으로써 향후 멀티모달 대화 추적 성능이 능가해야 할 베이스라인 성능을 제시하였다.

This paper analyzes the effects of government-sponsored R&D on firm's employment and management performance, using the panel data of manufacturing firms in the area of Busan, Ulsan and Gyungnam. The paper applies PSM to estimate the treatment effects(ATT) without sample selection bias. The findings show that government-sponsored R&D in the area has positive effects on the participating firms' employment and R&D for several years after completing R&D projects.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematical tasks of length measurement in two different perspectives, the level of cognitive demands and learning trajectories, and restructure the mathematical tasks so that the students' conceptual learning is promoted and students are able to have opportunities to think more broadly. Ten lessons with the restructured mathematical tasks were implemented for a class of 2nd grade elementary students. Also a qualitative and in-depth study was conducted with 4 students of the target group. The study shows that firstly, the restructured tasks requiring high level of cognitive skills, had positive effects in increasing the students' level of thinking and reasoning. Secondly, the tasks modified according to the learning trajectories of Szilag, Clements & Sarama(2013) in length measurement, have proven to promote students' concept learning and elaborate the students' level of thinking.

The purpose of this study is to analyze inquiry tasks of social studies textbooks of the first term focused on the information literacy process and find out teacher librarians' educational information services in elementary schools. Results of the analysis show that there are 69 inquiry tasks. Among them 60 tasks are individual tasks. Within the information literacy process, the 4th grade students seem to resolve their tasks by researching or investigating resources, arranging and presenting the results of inquiry individually. The 5th and 6th grade students could read visual materials written in the text books to perform the individual inquiry tasks and present their results orally. So teacher librarian can help students judge proper information resources of the second step, order the found information of the 3rd step and evaluate the results and process of 4th step under the information literacy process.

The aim of this study is to explore key strategy areas for academic library development planning in Korea. This study started with components of an academic library development plan that were identified in a literature review; those components included among others the major roles, functions, resources, and teaching and research support services of academic libraries. Upon interviewing library staff from 14 academic libraries, this study initially categorized those components into 4 overarching strategy areas and further subdivided them into 12 key components and 24 sub-components. That initial categorization was then reviewed by 6 scholars and practitioners, applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), by which this study analyzed the level of importance and priority of the strategy areas and various components. Based on the results, this study ultimately outlines 11 key components and 23 sub-components under the 4 strategy areas for academic libraries in Korea to take into consideration in their development planning.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 재래공업에 대한 연구동향을 검토함으로서 재래공업에 대한 지리학적 연구의 과제와 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 하였다. 우리나라 재래공업의 지리학적 연구는 1980년대 이후 수적인 면에서 상당한 연구축적이 이루어졌으며, 연구범위도 입지론적 분석에서 출발하여 특정 재래공업이나 특정산지의 발달 과정, 지역구조와 존립형태분석, 생산유통구조변화를 중심으로 한 산지존립기반에 대한 분석 그리고 지역에 미치는 파급효과에 대한 분석 등으로 확대되었다. 그러나 재래공업의 명확한 성격규명에 기초하여 공업지리학에 있어서의 재래공업연구의 의의와 필요성에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시하고？ k는 노력이 없이 사례연구를 중심으로 연구축적이 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 앞으로는 종래의 경험적 연구축적을 기반으로 보다 핵심적 연구주제의 모색, 다양한 분석시각과 연구방법론 정립을 위한 이론적 연구가 시급한 과제라고 하겠다. 나아가서는 현재 재래공업에 대한 문제점과 개발.육성정책에 대한 연구도 이루어져야 할 것이다.
