  • 수부는 일상생활동작(ADL, activities of daily living)을 위한 중요 부위로 손상이나 장애가 있는 경우 재활치료를 통해 과제수행능력을 향상시킨다. 그러나 치료 과정은 주관적으로 진행되어 정확한 치료 성과를 위한 객관적 지표가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실제 수부 움직임을 추적할 수 있는 동작인식 장비인 립모션 컨트롤러와 Unity3D로 가상공간 상에서 구현된 Box&Block Test를 이용하여 수부 움직임에 대한 객관적인 데이터를 얻었다. 기존 Box&Block Test와 제안한 모션인식과 추적에 의한 수지손상 환자용 진단 및 치료시스템의 성능을 T검정 수행한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없음을 보였으며 수부 움직임의 정량적인 데이터를 통해 정확한 치료성과 판단의 가능성을 확인하였다.

Factors Influencing College Students' Satisfaction with Generative AI

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors influencing satisfaction with the use of generative AI among college students who have experience using generative AI to learn or perform tasks. For this purpose, multiple regression analysis was conducted using the response data from 168 college students. The results of the study were as follows. First, arts majors were less satisfied with using generative AI than engineering majors. Second, 'Improved Learning', 'Problem Solving', and 'Increase Creativity' were found to affect satisfaction with generative AI. However, 'Active Learning' and 'Performing Tasks' were found to have no effect on satisfaction with using generative AI. Based on these results, we discussed ways to effectively use generative AI.

The Effects of Facial Attractiveness and Appropriateness of Clothing on The Task Performance Evaluation (얼굴 매럭선과 의복 적절성이 과제 수행능력 판단에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine whether there exist physical attractiveness stereotype, ‘what is beautiful is good’on the evaluation of stimulus person’s task performance in present Korea. This study also examine the effects of the appropriateness of the stimulus person’s clothing and subjects’sexes on the task performance evaluation. The index of the physical attractiveness of this study was the facial attractiveness judged by 30 female university students. The appropriateness of clothing was manipulated by 4 types of clothing perceived appropriate for two assumed situations by female university students. Three female faces having high, medium, and low attractiveness were simulated with the same body dressed four types of clothing using CAD system, and a total of 12 stimulus persons were created. A total of 524 male and female(262 of male, 262 of female) university students from 3 universities in Kwangju, Korea were participated as subjects in this study. The design for the experiment was a $3\;{\times}\;4\;{\times}\;2$ randomaized factorial, with three levels of facial attractiveness (high, medium, low), and four types attire(formal-masculine, formal-feminine, casual-masculine, casual-feminine), two kinds of context (job interview, dating) in which perceptions were occurred. The data were analysed using MANOVA, Duncan test and F-test. The results were as fellows: 1. The stimulus person’s facial attractiveness exerted significant positive effects on the evaluation of task performance in both of two assumed situations (p<.001, respectively). 2. The appropriateness of stimulus person’s clothing did not influence on the task evaluation in both of two assumed situations. 3. The gender of subjects did not influenced the task performance evaluation in both of two assumed situations.

Linguistic Features of Spontaneous Speech Production in Normal Aging, Alzheimer's Disease (정상 노인과 알츠하이머성 치매 환자의 자발화 산출에서의 언어적 특징)

  • Detecting probable Alzheimer's disease (AD) at an early stage is crucial in slowing the progression of the disease and initiating drug therapy for more effective symptom management. Therefore, this study aimed to identify linguistic features that allow us to distinguish between patients with AD and normal controls. This paper reports on characteristics of spontaneous speech in subjects in three stages of AD (questionable, mild, moderate) compared with education- and age-matched normal controls. Four components of speech were measured in Korean native speakers with AD and normal aging: speech tempo, hesitation (measured in seconds), rate of articulation errors, and rate of grammatical errors. The results revealed significant differences in most of these speech components among the four groups, including significant differences between normal controls and the questionable AD group in the areas of speech tempo and rate of grammatical errors. Phonological? articulatory ability was preserved in questionable AD, and grammatical ability was preserved in questionable and mild AD. Subjects with moderate AD were severely impaired in grammatical ability. Prospective assessments of spontaneous speech skills using a dialogue and picture-description task are useful in detecting the subtle, spontaneous speech impairments that AD causes even in its early stage.

The Effect of Evaluation for Female teachers' Role-Performance on Their Appearance - according to clothing attitude of students and their parents - (학생과 학부모의 의복태도가 여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect on the evaluation of a female teachers' role-performance based on appearance according to the clothing attitude of students and their parents. Based on the results of this study a female teachers' role-performance evaluation can be broken down into four ability areas: leaning guidance, living guidance, human relations, and learning management. Likewise the clothing attitudes of students and their parents can be divided into three groups, the clothing oriented group, the trend-individuality group, and the chastity oriented group. The trend-individuality group of students felt that female teachers' appearances have a significant effect on learning guidance and human relations ability while parents thought that there was little relationship or that it has a moderate effect on the role of learning guidance. Because the concerns of students and parents about female teachers' clothing has an effect on female teachers' role performance evaluation, when directing a student group with a high concern for clothing, female teachers need to be sensitive about their appearances and it's affect on learning guidance, human relations, and class management. Based on these results, students and parents felt that female teachers' appearances have an effect on their role performance according to their clothing attitudes.

선진연구기관과의 Benchmarking을 통한 국내 R&D 인적자원관리의 발전방향

  • 인적 자원관리는 경영과정의 한 부분으로서 환경과 경영전략 그리고 조직구조와 밀접한 관계속에서 조직체의 목적 달성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 연구기관에서 인적자원은 가장 중요한 경영요소이며, "우수한 인력을 채용하여 능력에 맞는 수준 높은 대우를 함으로써 우수한 결과를 얻도록 하는 것"이 가장 기본적인 활동이다. 인적자원의 관리는 훌륭한 리더쉽에 의하여 실천되지만, 우선적으로 리더쉽을 수행할수 있는 제도적 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 즉 인적자원 시스템을 형성하는 것은 효과적인 조직 성과를 달성하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것이며, R'||'&'||'D 인적자원 관리 시스템은 연구목표 달성과 관련하여 개개인이 효과적으로 연구생산성을 제고할수 있도록 지원하여 주는 시스템이다. 조직성과에 영향을 주는 변수는 여러 가지가 있지만, 제도적 장치로 고려될 수 있는 것은 과업 및 조직의 설계, 인적자원 채용 및 배치 전환, 보상, 경력관리, 교육훈련, 능력 평가이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 인적자원의 성과를 높이기 위한 주요 변수(인적자원관리의 서브 과제)를 세계 주요 연구기관의 하나인 Battelle연구소를 대상으로 분석하고, 국내 R'||'&'||'D 인적자원관리 발전방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.

Comparative Analysis of Learning Effect Between Text-Based Programming Learning and Robotics Programming Learning (텍스트 기반 프로그래밍 학습과 로보틱스 프로그래밍 학습 간의 학습 효과 비교 분석)

  • 본 논문에서는 정보교과에서 알고리즘 및 프로그래밍 관련 학습을 진행하는데 있어서, 기존의 텍스트 기반 프로그래밍과 로보틱스 프로그래밍으로 프로그래밍 학습을 하였을 때의 학습 효과에 대해서 분석하였다. 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생들을 대상으로 하였고, 학습에 필요한 학습 프로그램은 기존 텍스트기반 프로그래밍 학습 도구로는 Visual C를, 로보틱스 프로그래밍 학습도구로는 MSRDS(Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio)에서 제공하는 Visual Programming Language를 이용하였다. 그 결과 학생들의 흥미도와 몰입도가 상승하였고, 알고리즘 이해도와 과제 수행 능력이 증가하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 로보틱스 프로그래밍 학습은 개정 교육과정에서 제안하는 알고리즘을 통한 문제해결능력 신장에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 오늘날 정보기술은 국가를 비롯한 각 조직의 생존을 위한 필수적인 요소가 되었으며, 조직의 업무를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 정보기술관리 및 상호운용성이 보장된 통합시스템구축이 필수적인 과제가 되었다. 그러나 현재 운용중인 대다수의 시스템들은 이러한 상호운용성의 개념 없이 개별적인 기능을 위해 개발되었으며, 향후 다른 시스템과 상호운용을 위해서는 막대한 비용과 노력이 요구되고 있으나, 정보 시스템들 사이의 상호운용을 구축하기 위한 지침이나 방안이 없는 것이 현실이다. 본 고에서는 미 국방성이 상호운용을 위하여 정립한 LISI(Levels of Information Systems Interoperability: 이하 LISI로 표기함)에 대하여 설명하고, 이러한 LISI를 전사적 범위에서의 정보시스템 현실에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제시하고, 현 기술 수준에 맞는 능력모델과 구현옵션테이블을 구현하여 상호운용성 수준 측정 프레임워크를 제안하였다.

Effectiveness of Project Based Learning in Mechanical Drawing Education Using CAD (CAD 활용 기계제도 교육에서 PBL 수업의 효과)

  • Although the subject of Mechanical Drawing is very important in mechanical engineering education, it is hard to teach the subject effectively, because it needs to carry out lectures and labs in parallel and needs substantially large portion of CAD lab time. In the department of Mechanical Systems and Design Engineering of SNUST, Project Based Learning is adopted to teach the subject of Mechanical Drawing. In this course, students experience to read and to draw drawings through the PBL project after the lectures on mechanical drawings. In this way, they can learn by heart the drawing skills and the operation of CAD software tools. In this paper, various PBL projects and teaching methods carried out in recent years are presented and the effects of the projects are discussed.

  • South Korean Government confirmed the creation of competency-centered society as a key national issue and announced development and utilization plan of NCS(National Competency Standards) On May 21, 2013. As a part of the government's plans, they had been developed NCS about 833 jobs by 2014. But Big Data related job, as an emerging job, cannot be seen as a reliable form of job yet. As, at the major industrialized countries and the domestic, education and job competency models of knowledge and skills to take advantage of various types of Big Data have coming, it is a situation that is certainly not settled and more or less in confusion. In this study, for the purpose to present the Big Data Competency reference model for companies and organizations to effectively leverage Big Data, we have presented this reference model and summarized competency elements units such as 20 knowledges and 15 skills of Big Data competency.
