인터넷 이용 확산에 따라 학교 현장에서 교과의 특성이나 상황에 따라 학생들이 작성한 과제물을 홈페이지 자료실, E-mail, FTP 등을 이용하여 제출 받고 평가하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이는 과제물의 공개, 과제물 수용 용량의 부족 현상, 평가에 따르는 불편함, 과제물을 또 다른 정보로 재활용 할 수 없는 문제 등을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 XML에 기반을 둔 문제은행형 과제 제출 시스템을 설계함으로써 학생들의 학습 성취도를 향상시키고, 교사의 과제물 평가의 불편함을 해소하며, 제출된 과제물들을 유용한 정보로 재사용 하는 방법을 제시한다.

각급 학교의 학내망이 웹을 이용할 수 있도록 구축됨에 따라 가상학습을 이용해 웹을 기반으로 한 학습자 중심의 과제물 관리 시스템을 구현할 수 있게 되었다. 기존의 과목별 과제 제시와 과제물 제출 및 평가가 웹 상에서 이루어짐으로써 일련의 과정이 온라인으로 처리되게 되었다. 과제물 관리를 위해 웹 서버 및 홈페이지를 구축하고, 학습자들의 과제 제출을 웹 페이지에 직접 입력할수 있도록 하였고 또한 CGI 언어나 웹과 데이터베이스와의 연동과 같은 웹 상의 페이지저작의 능력이 없어도 교사가 웹을 통해 과제물을 제시하고 이를 평가하여 점수를 입력하면 웹을 통해 조회가 가능하도록 설계 구현하였다.

This paper is on the analysis of the present situation in carrying out homework assignments of the students in the college of Science and Technology, Hongik University. Our survey confirmed that the purpose of the assignments was not satisfactorily achieved, because only a few students solve the problems by their own efforts and most of the other students just copied their peers' work. The reason for this problem was analysed based on the result of questionnaire for the professors and students. Possible solutions for the problem is proposed, such as providing sufficient number of teaching assistants and changing instruction strategy, reflecting the significance of homework assignments in the learning process. As one of the probable solutions, a team-based assignment is proposed, and expected and observed positive results were discussed.

In this Paper, we design and implement an e-Learning system with dynamic learning contents Providing and re-time assignment system. The learner can select the dynamic learning contents Providing environments with test and Quiz Phase according to the learners' characters and interest to improve the learning effects. Also, we develop the real-time assignment system which is composed of multiple choice and essay test and can provide the interaction between teacher and learner immediately.

기후변화-수자원 적응과제들의 성공적인 수행과 결과물의 활용을 위해서는 안전행정부, 환경부, 농림축산식품부 등 물관련 정부부처간의 긴밀한 협조체계가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 (1)안전행정부의 재난관련 방재패러다임 전환 및 위기관리 체계강화를 위한 추진과제(자연재해 지자체 방재시스템), (2)환경부의 기후변화에 따른 물환경관리 대책 추진과제(비점오염, 수질, 수생태, 습지), (3)농림축산식품부의 농업수자원 및 산림자원 확보 추진과제(농업용수, 산림재해) 등의 진행상황 및 결과의 공유체계 및 공동활용을 위한 채널구축이 필요하다. 포럼에서의 의견으로서, 타분야 특히 산업일선에서는 이미 기후변화에 따른 적응정책과 더불어 관련기술의 개발이 진행되어 우리 수자원분야는 많이 늦은 감이 있다는 지적, 그리고 제시된 기획과제 중에서 제4세부과제인 수자원의 가치를 평가하는 기술개발이 매우 중요하다는 언급이 많았다. 이에 저자들은 수자원의 가치를 높이기 위해서는 농업 그리고 에너지 분야의 전문가들과의 협력연구(Water-Food-Energy Nexus)를 통하여 세 분야의 통계기반, 정보공유, 융합가치 등의 제반연구는 매우 중요한 미래과제라고 강조하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analysis the problems in managing 'Business Transaction(Danwi-gwaje)' of regional local government, and propose implications. The study points out the problems emerged in the operation process of Business Transaction including creating of Business Transaction and Business Transaction Profile, setting retention period and filing records, and gives concrete example of them. It concludes with presenting improvements and considerations in managing Business Transaction for systematic and efficient records management.

Comparing many programs like programming assignments one by one requires many costs. Moreover, if the checker would evaluate or grade assignments, much more time will be required. Even through the checker invest much time, fairness is not always guaranteed. These problems can be solved easily by grouping similar programs. So, programs after grouping can be easily evaluated and graded. In this paper, we propose and implement algerian performing grouping by similarity on many programs. The grouping algorithm evaluates similarity using algorithm proposed in (9), and performs a grouping following high similarity order. By using this grouping algorithm, the number of comparison among N programs can be reduced from N-1 times to N(N-1)/2 times. In the part of experiment and evaluation of this paper, we actually showed evaluation result by similarity using randomly 10 programming assignments at the university.
