행정규제 측면에서 본 투기과열지구제의 문제점

  • 부산, 대구, 광주광역시 대부분 지역과 경남 양산이 투기과열지구에서 해제된다. 2002년 투기과열지구가 도입된 이후 투기과열지구 해제는 이번이 처음이다. 하지만 지방의 주택시장 침체 문제를 해결하기 위한 근본적인 처방이 필요하다는 지적이 많다.

  • This research designed Waste Heat Recovery System(WHRS) generation system of 250kW whose working fluid is R-245fa and studied on cycle characteristics by superheater organization. It simulated two conditions; series connection and parallel connection between superheater and evaporator. In simulation of series connection of superheater and evaporator, output of 4.7% could be improved because of the increase of enthalpy by overheating of working fluid. When setting 250kW for target output, cycle flux could be reduced by 4.1%. When setting 250kW as a target output of cycle In parallel connection simulation of superheater and evaporator, cycle flux was reduced as flux of heat source fluid for superheater was increased. So, the maximum 7.9% of working fluid pump's electric power was reduced and there was no big change in cycle efficiency and net efficiency by flux ratio.

지방 투기과열지구 해제 늦출 이유 없다

  • 건교부가 밝힌 투기과열지구 해제 시한은 분양가상한제가 시행되는 9월 이전으로 지구 해제 방침은 일단 명확한 상태다. 그러나 건설사와 지자체들은 현 지방 시장을 감안할 때 하루가 급하다는 주장을 펴고 있다. 건설교통부에서는 이에 대해 1개월 내에 지방의 투기과열지구 해제를 검토하겠다는 의견을 내놓고 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 362kV GIS 외함 유도 순환전류에 의한 접지본드과열에 대하여 원인을 분석하고 대책을 마련하는 것을 목적으로한다. 원인분석에는 접지본드 과열현상과 과열원인을 GIB 시스전류계산식을 이용하여 계산결과를 도출하였고 전자과도해석 프로그램(EMTP : Electromagnetic Transient Program)에 의한 분석을 통하여 원인을 분석하고 대책을 마련하여 과열현상을 방지하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 $400^{\circ}C$ 이상의 과열 증기발생을 위하여 6kW급 유도가열장치를 개발하여 식품건조 시스템에 적용한 예를 보인다. 유도가열장치는 과열 증기의 온도를 제어하기 위하여 인버터 입력 전압을 $100\sim200V$로 가변제어가 가능하게 하였고, 인버터 입력 전압은 벅컨버터를 사용하여 기준 전압을 과열증기의 온도에 대한 전압 값을 사용하여 제어하였으며, LC 공진에 의해 발생한 전류로 증기 가열 챔버를 유도 가열하여 과열 증기를 발생하게 하였다. 발생한 과열 증기는 식품 건조를 위하여 건조로에 투입되어 고온 건조에서 식품의 건조시간을 단축시킬 수 있었으며, 식품의 손상을 줄일 수 있었다. 이의 검증을 위하여 유도 가열 장치를 설계/제작하여 실험하였으며, 식품 건조 테스트를 행하였다.

Hydration and Textural Characteristics of Brown Treated with Superheated Steam Process (과열 수증기 공정에 의하여 처리한 현미의 수화 및 조직특성)

  • 과열 수증기 공정처리 효과가 현미의 수화 및 조직특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 현미(동진)를 과열수증기의 압력이 $1kg_{f}/$\textrm{cm}^2$$로 유지되는 상태에서 수증기의 온도를 127, 150, 16$0^{\circ}C$로 달리하면서 과열 수증기 처리를 하였다. 수분흡수속도는 수침온도(60~8$0^{\circ}C$)에 따라서 현미와 백미가 각각 0.03569~0.1049 $cm/min^{-1/2}$와 0.03474~0/1618 $cm/min^{-1/2}$의 범위를 보였다. 현미와 백미의 활성화에너지는 각각 6.98 및 9.59 cal/mole을 나타내어 열수화 특성이 다름을 보였다. 한편, 과열 수증기 처리현미의 경우 $65^{\circ}C$에서의 확산계수는 18.96$\times$$10^{-5}$$\textrm{cm}^2$/min)와 처리하지 않은 현미(22.28$\times$$10^{-5}$$\textrm{cm}^2$/min)의 중간 값을 나타내었다. 과열 수증기처리 후 현미의 표면조직은 균열이 발생하였는데, 수증기 온도가 높을수록 균열의 정도가 컸다. 이상과 같은 수증기 처리는 현미 강층의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라, 내부 전분층의 부분적 균열에도 효과적으로 작용하는 결과를 보인 것으로 예측된다.

Comparative study on physicochemical properties of cherry tomato (Solanum lycopersicum var. cerasiforme) prepared using hot-air and combined drying (열풍건조와 복합건조로 제조한 방울토마토(Solanum lycopersicum var. cerasiforme)의 이화학특성에 관한 비교연구)

  • Effects of different drying processes, such as hot air drying (HA), superheated steam with hot air drying (SHS/HA), and superheated steam with far infrared radiation (SHS/FIR), on the properties of cherry tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum var. cerasiforme) were studied. Characteristics of dried cherry tomatoes were determined by examining the water content, internal microstructure, and rehydration capacity under different drying processes. Moreover, ascorbic acid (AA) and lycopene levels were also measured to evaluate thermal damage caused by drying. Cherry tomatoes dried using both SHS/HA and SHS/FIR had water content and water activity similar to those of intermediate moisture food, indicating partial dehydration after combined drying processes. Although AA and lycopene levels decreased drastically after drying, tomatoes dried using SHS/FIR showed the lowest losses of AA and lycopene among samples. Cherry tomatoes dried using SHS/FIR showed a less compact internal cell structure than that of cherry tomatoes dried using HA and SHS/HA, resulting in the highest rehydration capacity. These results suggest that a combined drying process such as SHS/FIR is more effective than conventional hot air drying for the production of partially dried cherry tomatoes with improved quality attributes.

Effects of Alkali Metals and Chlorine on Corrosion of Super Heater Tube in Biomass Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (순환유동층보일러의 과열기 튜브 부식에 알칼리 금속과 염소가 미치는 영향)

  • This study provides the identification of corrosion cause substances in super heater tube from a commercial scale circulating fluidized bed boiler. Electricity is produced by the combustion of biomass mainly wood waste. The biomass, super heater tube, super heater tube ash, and boiler ash were collected and components associated with corrosion were analyzed. A large amount of oxygen-containing material was found due to oxidation. The chlorine content was analyzed as 6.1% and 4.3% in super heater tube ash and boiler ash respectively which were approximately 20 and 14 times higher than those of designed values. Also, alkaline metal contents (K, Na, Ca) were very high in ash samples collected from super heater tube and boiler. The tendency of slagging and fouling was predicted based on X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) results. Basicity that can lead to slagging was estimated as 3.62 and 2.72 in super heater tube and boiler ash, respectively. Slagging would occur with ash content when considering the designed value as 0.35.

  • In this paper, we designed a thermal shutdown block for LED applications using a 1 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process. The proposed thermal shutdown protection circuit has been designed with a shut-off temperature of $120^{\circ}C$ and a restart temperature of $90^{\circ}C$ which are suitable conditions for LED driver IC. Also, we got SPICE simulation results of the circuit about process variation of the semiconductor fabrication. From simulation data, process variation rate of the proposed circuit are within 7 % which are good results compared with conventional BJT current mirror type circuit. Finally, we confirmed that the thermal shutdown circuit has good thermal protection function within a LED driver IC.

  • For being recent high oil price age, the interest in superheated steam drying technology is increasing as the method to enhance the energy efficiency of drying process consuming a lot of energy. This technology uses the superheated steam as drying medium to dry the materials and has advantages that can save the energy by recycling the evaporated high-temperature steam, enhance the quality of dried products, and minimize the exhaust of environmental pollution materials. In this work, it has been introduced from general drying principle to the principle and related studies of drying technology using superheated steam, using examples of superheated steam with dryer types, and industrial applications.
