This paper deals with usability issue that is one of the important user interface issues in multimedia environment. The purpose of this study is to define the concept of affordance in multimedia environment, which is adapted from product design fields and to seek development plan of more efficient interface and assurance interaction with interface. As a result, it is useful that the concept of affordance in multimedia design is applied as a 'useful clue for performing task.' Furthermore, it is possible that the concept of affordance is used as one of the improving methods of usability for users in multimedia environment.

역할기반 접근통제(RBAC, Role-Based Access Control)의 개념은 접근통제의 전통적인 강제적 접근통제(MAC, Mandatory Access Control) 및 임의적 접근통제(DAC, Discretionary Access Control)의 대안으로서 많은 관심을 집중시키고 있다. 그러나 역할기반 접근통제를 워크 플로우 시스템에 그대로 적용할 경우에 의무 분리가 복잡해지고, 의무분리를 통해 상호 배타적인 역할을 가지지 못하게 했을 때 서로 관계없는 워크 플로우를 동시에 처리 못하게 되는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 이것을 해결하기 위하여 기업 환경의 특성으로 고려한 과업 역할기반 접근제어 모델(TRBAC: Task Role Based Access Control)이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 TRBAC의 워크 플로우 과업 관리를 위하여 과업(Task)을 역할(Role)에 할당하는 과업 - 역할할당(TRA)모델을 제안하고 이를 구현한다.

국 내외 기업들이 새로운 경영기법으로 도입하고 있는 아웃소싱은 비용절감, 핵심 업무에 대한 집중, 생산성 제고 등의 장점으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 인천국제공항 역시 공기업 경영혁신과 내부요인 등으로 인해에 개항과 함께 아웃소싱을 도입하였으며, 2014년 3월 현재에는 43개 분야에 아웃소싱을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이처럼 아웃소싱 도입이 확산 되면서 성공적인 아웃소싱 관리에 대해 모색하게 되었고, 인천국제공항 역시 효율적인 관리를 위해 주로 IT 분야에서 적용하고 있는 서비스수준협약(Sercive Level Agreement, SLA)을 전 분야에 걸쳐 도입하게 된다. 인천국제공항은 서비스수준협약을 통해 서비스 수준에 영향을 미치는 복합적인 요인을 효율적으로 관리하고 지속적인 서비스 품질수준을 유지하고자 도입한 것이다. 그러나 대부분의 서비스수준협약이 IT 분야에만 집중되어 있어 아직까지는 비(非) IT 분야의 서비스수준협약 시행은 초기 단계이며 서비스수준협약 측정지표 선정에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약을 유사용역 그룹별로 구분하여 구성요소와 역할에 대해 파악하고자 하였으며 서비스수준협약 측정지표가 공항운영 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스수준협약 측정지표의 명확성, 적정성, 업무 통제 가능성은 과업운영의 효율성에 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 대한 인식이 과업 운영의 효율성에도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현행 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 따라 과업의 문제점이 반영되는지 여부와 과업운영의 효율성 간의 상관관계 분석결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되고 있다.

The objective of this study is to develop and implement a smart device based instructional analysis application to enhance the efficiency of teaching in class. The main design features for this application are as follows: first, User Interface(UI) has been simplified to provide teachers a clear and easy-to-understand way to utilize the application. Second, the characteristics of Korean language were considered, such as sentence structure. Third, multi-aspect analysis is possible through adopting three analysis types - Flanders' interaction analysis, Tuckman's analysis, Mcgraw's concentration of instruction analysis. The practical instructional analysis application has been developed through this study, and this user-oriented application will be able to help teachers improve the quality of teaching in class. Also, this study can be a starting point for further researches on design principles of instructional analysis, especially with the recent technology and theories, such as a voice-recognition system, an edutainment applied instruction and an experiential learning.

This study intends to analyse the programming class with visual-basic, scratch and pico-cricket in elementary school. The study analyses cognitive domain by creativity tests and instructional process by student task engagement and the required factor of student's activity-nowadays, a lot of encouragement of learning use-. According to the result, The creativity of groups who use three teaching aid improves, but it hasn't any meaning. according to the student task engagement analysis by instructional process, According to the student task engagement analysis by instructional process, The concentration of group that uses pico-cricket and scratch falls down a little, but The concentration of group that uses visual-basic falls down remarkably. At last, according to the result of the required factor of student's activity, scratch and pico-cricket spend time discussing and programming, but visual-basic spends time correcting coding error. But pico-cricket spends much time preparing teaching aid or checking instrument, so this fact has to reflect when teacher plans his class. Through this fact, scratch and pico-cricket are better than visual basic as effective teaching aid when teacher teaches programming.

일반적으로 피로한 운전자들은 집중하지 못하거나 조작상의 실수가 발생하는 경우가 증가하고, 정보처리 속도와 기억용량이 줄어들며, 작업 수행도의 변화가 크게 일어난다고 한다[1]. 기존의 사고 통계 자료나 조사 보고서에서도 운전자 피로가 자동차 사고의 주요 원인 중의 하나로 나타나고 있다[2, 3].

도달시간 또는 집중시간이란 어떤 유역에 강우가 발생하였을 때 유역의 최상류부에서 내린 강우가 유역의 최하류부 출구점까지 도달하는 데 소요되는 시간으로 정의된다. 일반적으로 유역출구점에서의 첨두홍수량은 도달시간만큼 지체되어 발생하고, 하천의 치수 시설물을 설계하는데 있어 기준이 되므로 정확한 홍수도달시간의 산정은 매우 중요한 과업 중 하나이다. 현재 국내에서는 Kirpich 공식, Rziha 공식, Kraven 공식, SCS(NRCS; Natural Resources Conservation Service) 공식 등을 이용하여 도달시간을 산정한 후 그 유역에 적절한 것을 채택하는 방식으로 홍수도달시간을 산정하고 있다. 이러한 경험식들은 모두 유역의 지배적인 유로의 연장과 하도경사에 의해 결정되어 홍수의 이동특성을 물리적으로 반영할 수 없으며, 유역면적이나 하도 경사에 따라 적용성이 한정되어 있다. 또한 각 경험식들에 따라 산정된 도달시간은 경우에 따라 수십 배의 차이가 나타날 수도 있다, 따라서 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 유역의 홍수도달시간을 산정하기 위하여 상세 지형정보를 이용하며, 임의의 격자점에 내린 강우의 흐름방향을 결정하고 인접 격자점에서 유입되는 홍수의 이동경로를 보다 물리적이고 현실적으로 모의하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to allow beginner level English learners to experience the English speaking task using pictures, and to analyze the meanings of the experience using a phenomenological research method. As research participants, 10 freshmen majoring in Power Generation Facilities at Korean Polytechnic University in Gangwon-do were selected. Face-to-face interviews and SNS were used for data collection, and Colaizzi's research method was adopted for data analysis. As a result of the analysis, 9 themes, 4 theme clusters, and 2 categories were derived. The results are as follows. First, the participants were able to find hope that they could speak English at their own level through the English speaking task using pictures. Second, they stated that the effect of the visual medium of painting increased concentration and curiosity and lowered anxiety. Third, it was recognized that self-confidence, a speaker like a native speaker, and quickness of speaking improved due to familiarity with speaking English. Fourth, the biggest difficulty in the English speaking task was vocabulary. So, they felt the limitation in explaining the picture, and they were having a lot of trouble in translating Korean words into English words. Finally, through the results of this study, the effect of the medium of picture was confirmed, and necessary future studies were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships of empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration in the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on task performance among employees of early-stage startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture. To achieve this purpose, we developed a research model and established hypotheses based on theoretical review and the results of prior research. Data were collected from employees working in startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture, and a total of 204 responses were utilized for the final analysis. Before hypothesis testing, we examined the characteristics of the sample, conducted confirmatory factor analysis to assess measurement model fit, tested convergent and discriminant validity and analyzed reliability. After confirming the goodness of fit of the structural equation model, it tested the hypotheses, including mediating effects, based on the results of the structural equation model analysis. The results show that person-organization fit has a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. Similarly, person-job fit was found to have a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. However, it was found that empowerment did not have a statistically significant effect on task performance, while continuous learning activities had a significant and negative effect on task performance. Finally, collaboration was found to have a significant positive effect on task performance, and the mediation analysis results indicated that collaboration had a mediating effect on the relationship between person-job fit and task performance. Based on the findings of this study, it discussed the significance of the study and theoretical and practical implications. It also discussed limitations of the research and suggested directions for future research.

최근 급속히 팽창된 산업 구조와 이에 따른 업무량의 증가는 종래의 관리기술로서는 이를 성공적으로 처리할 수 없게 되었으며 아울러 인간의 미래조작능력의 증대와 기업구상력의 개발, 사회변동에 대비한 예측적인 계획의 수립 등 관리기능의 신장은 새로운 관리기법을 요구하게 되었으므로 PERT/CPM 수법이 신관리기법의 하나로 등장하게 되었다. PERT/CPM 이란 Program Evaluation Review and Technique, Critical Path Method 의 약자로서 우리말로는 계획수립 집행 및 평가로 번역되는데 이의 직역은 종속 및 총합 $\ulcorner$시스템$\lrcorner$ 과업의 동시진행 및 집중관리라 할 수 있는 것으로 시간과 비용을 절감하려는 기법인 것이다. 또한 PERT 기법은 복잡한 작업형태를 상호관련성있는 Network로 구성하고 제종속작업을 하나의 통일된 목표로 진행시키는 것을 의미한다. 이와 같은 PERT/CPM 기법은 제한된 자원의 효율적인 투자 및 관리와 불필요한 시간과 비용을 제거하여 준다. 현재 정부(경제기획원)는 PERT/CPM 제도를 도입하여 건설공사에 대한 예산관리제도를 설정중에 있으며 민간 및 정부투자기관으로서 현대건설주식회사와 한국전력주식회사와 이미 PERT/CPM 제도화방책을 연구기관에 위촉하여 제2단계적용을 시도하고 있는 것은 시대적 당위성에 따른 타당한 전망이라 하겠다. 거금 한국양회공업협회가 본제도의 도입 적용을 추진하기 위한 일련의 조사활동을 시작한 것은 시멘트 공업계의 새로운 경영관리체제를 모색하고 업계를 선도하는 중요한 전환점이 되리라 믿는다.
