Mobile Internet can be used anytime and anyplace thanks to the portability of mobile phones and wireless connectivity to the Internet. Therefore Mobile Internet users can be in various contexts compared with Wire Internet users in stationary contexts. In this research out of various context attributes, we selected physical context attributes of hands feet and eyes and studied how these affect the performance of Internet use and user\\` satisfaction. For this research we made control1ed experiments in performing the given task in each attribute and measured the task accuracy and the subjective satisfaction. The experiments indicated that each attribute doesn\\`t affect the accuracy and satisfaction when it is given individually but when two of more context attributes are given simultaneously in context of disturbance of eyes and motion of legs the accuracy and satisfaction declines. This suggests that the subjects need more attention for the physical context of two or more factors than one factor because of the attention capacity limit. As the result, the attention capacity for the task shrinks.

최근 제품이나 서비스를 기획할 때, 사용자 경험 (User Experience)의 측면에 대한 고려를 해야 한다는 이야기가 많아지고 있다. 이는 기능이나 성능을 결정할 때 기능 추가, 몇 %의 성능 상승같이 좁은 방법으로 제품이나 서비스의 기획의 방향을 결정하는 것이 아니라, 사용자가 그 기능이나 성능에서 대해서 어떻게 느끼고, 기능이나 성능을 통해서 어떤 경험을 했는지에 대한 전반적인 고려가 필요하다는 것을 여러 분야에서 공감하고 있다는 증거라 하겠다. 그러나 사용자 경험이라는 개념이 명확하게 정의되어 있지 않고, 그에 대한 실증적인 연구가 부족하여, 더 나은 사용자 경험을 제공하기 위해서 어떤 노력이 필요한지에 대해서 명확하고 쉽게 파악하기 어려운 실정이다. 기존의 HCI 분야에서는 제품이나 서비스를 평가할 때 사용성 (Usability)에 초점을 맞추어서 사용성 평가 (Usability Testing)를 통해서 정량적으로 문제점을 조사하는 방법론에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 그러나 이러한 사용성 평가 는 사용자들의 과업 수행 시간, 과업 수행 여부 등 사용자들이 제품이나 서비스를 통해서 진행하는 결과에 대한 성능 (Performance)에 주목하고 있어서 전반적인 사용자 경험을 중요시하는 현재 HCI 가 가야 할 방향과 현업의 필요와는 부합하지 않는다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 심층 인터뷰를 통해서 사용자에게 제품 경험에 있어서 중요한 요소를 찾아내고, 각 요소를 이용하여 제품에 대한 사용자의 전반적인 경험을 설문으로 물어본 후 구조방정식 모형분석을 통하여 각 경험 요소의 가중치를 도출하였다. 또한 이러한 가중치를 바탕으로 핸드폰, MP3 플레이어, LCD TV, 냉장고의 실제 제품 평가에 적용하여 사용자 경험을 바탕으로 한 제품 평가를 진행하였다. 또한 이러한 방법론을 한국뿐만 아니라 러시아, 독일, 인도의 사용자들에게도 같은 방식으로 진행하여 실증적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 방법론이 가능한지 여부를 확인하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine correlations between nurses' self-leadership and individual work role performance and correlations between self-leadership in nursing units and team members' work role performance. Methods: Participants were 202 conveniently selected general nurses from 5 general hospitals in Korea. The study was carried out on 35 nursing units. Data were collected during February 2015 with self-report questionnaires. Results: For factors affecting individual work role performance, self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, clinical career in the present nursing unit and marital status accounted for 44.0% of proficiency, while self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, and marital status accounted for 42.3% of adaptivity. Self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, self-reward, clinical career in the present nursing unit and position accounted for 26.4% of proactivity. In terms of team members' work role performance, self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 29.0% of team members' proficiency. Self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 31.6% of team members' adaptivity, and self-reward in nursing units explained 16.8% of team members' proactivity. Conclusion: The results confirm that nurses' self-leadership affects not only individual self-leadership but also team members' work role performance. Accordingly, to improve nurses' work role performance in nursing units of nursing organizations, improvement in nursing environment based on self-leadership education is necessary and nurses' tasks rearranged so they can appreciate work-autonomy and challenges of work.

This article introduces the storytelling project about Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si by the Kimpo Cultural Foundation in 2018. The project archives local history and culture and includes research, exploration, oral history, story organization, and presentation of ways to utilize contents. Through this, the article aims to present the limitations and importance of the project, the meaning of the excavation of local historical and cultural resources, and the need for local archives.

Mission autonomy system should be embedded on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) for mosaic warfare where UAVs autonomously assign tasks to themselves. UxAS (Unmanned x-systems Autonomy Service) proposed by Air Force Research Laboratory is mission autonomy system for unmanned platforms. UxAS has extensible structure composed of numerous module services. However, UxAS can conduct mission autonomy process only when an operator sends an autonomy request. In this paper, We analyze the process of mission autonomy in UxAS, and propose an improved structure of UxAS where mission autonomy process is autonomously triggered by situation awareness service without the request of the operator. The proposed process was validated by simulation.

최근 하천변화특성에 대한 조사와 연구 없이 무분별한 하천준설로 인하여 급격한 하천지형 및 환경변화에 따른 하도의 평형, 홍수범람, 하천환경의 변화 등 이수, 치수 및 하천환경에 많은 문제점이 야기되고 있다. 따라서 준설에 따른 하천의 인위적인 손상과 이와 연관된 각종 유역 및 하천의 지배인자와의 상호연관성에 대한 학술적 고찰을 통하여 인위적인 영향을 최소화하고 국내 하천환경에 맞는 하천관리모델과 준설기법개발의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 $\ulcorner$하도준설에 따른 하천교란 실태 조사$\lrcorner$의 일환으로 기초조사 및 후보지 현장조사 등을 통한 연구대상구간 선정을 위한 계획으로서 기 수행된 골재자원 조사결과 및 하천조사 자료 등의 관련자료 활용을 통하여 최대한 효율적으로 조사를 수행하고 최상의 연구결과 획득과 관련분야의 기술력확보를 꾀할 수 있도록 하는 것이 목적이다. 우선, 연구대상구간 선정기준(안)을 마련하고 후보지에 대한 기초조사 및 현장조사를 마친 후, 선정기준에 따라 연구내용을 최대한 만족시키는 연구대상 구간을 8개 후보지역에 대하여 검토하였다. 하천준설을 수행해 나가며 그 전 중 후의 과정을 모니터링 하여 하상변동 및 생태 환경의 변화를 관찰하고 하천환경 및 물리적 영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 연구결과를 얻기 위한 과업대상구간의 선정에는 하도준설이라는 연구특성을 만족시킬 수 있는 특화된 선정기준에 따른 평가결과, 많은 후보지들 중 낙동강수계의 감천이 최적의 대상지로 선정되었다.

In recent years, the innovative management tool of Business Process Management (BPM), has begun to reorganize business processes to enhance firms' operational performance. As practitioners have identified a number of failed BPM projects, research has begun to consider the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for successful BPM implementation. However, these research works have not yet been properly theoretically grounded in being able rigorously to classify and then compare different BPM implementation practices. The main objective of this paper is thus to identify a theoretical basis for BPM implementation. The paper proposes a combined theoretical framework of dynamic capability and task-technology fit to identify CSFs for BPM. This basis is then used to interpret three different case studies of BPM implementation in Korea.

This paper was to explore the effect of the locus of control on life satisfaction and preparation for old age among middle-aged adults in the time of Convergence. This survey was conducted from September to December 2013, and 284responses were used for the analysis. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The research findings could be summarized as the followings. First, the locus of control had significantly positive effect on life satisfaction, Second, the locus of control also had significant effect on preparation for old age among middle-aged adults. Third, life satisfaction between preparation for old age had positive correlations with life satisfaction.

Sports participation can contribute to organization members' work-life balance and work motivation in order to increase performance. Based on the achievement motivation theory, this study tested the effect of sports participation on leaders' effectiveness and employees' performance. Data was collected from 213 leaders and subordinates in the South Korean army. Results indicated that leader effectiveness mediated the positive relationship between sports participation of leaders and subordinates' outcomes, such as task performance and OCB. We also found that sports participation of subordinates moderated the positive relationship between leader effectiveness and subordinates outcomes (i.e., task performance and OCB). These findings further suggest that sports participation plays an important role for leaders and subordinates to increase leader effectiveness and in/extra-role behaviors.

This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that social welfare trust organizational culture and level of empowerment. The study object 656 copies of guns were used to analysis to social worker engaged in to the community welfare agency, old man welfare agency, disabled welfare agency which was social welfare use facilities. Organizational culture and empowerment as it was for an independent variable analyzed correlation to trust and executed regression analysis to grasp a degree of an influence to be mad to trust. Research result, first, Organizational culture appeared to what I affected to trust social group culture, development cultural artist and second, Level of empowerment of social worker appeared to what I affected to trust own a task meaning result and self-determination. There's social welfare is organized in order to improve social welfare gratitude confidence, and it is group culture and development culture, and an level of empowerment to recognize a social welfare private house gives meaning anger to a task and self-determination had to heighten it.
