단순한 공항 역할을 벗어나 복합문화위락단지로 거듭나고 있는 김포공항에 3차에 걸친 조명분야 ESCO사업이 착륙했다. 한국공항공사 전기통신처는 국내선 청사의 2만5천개에 달하는 조명기기를 지난 99년 1월 고효율에너지기자재로 교체하는 ESCO사업을 실시한 데 이어 다른곳에도 두 차례 추가ESCO사업을 추진할 정도로 효율적이고도 적극적인 에너지절감활동을 전개해나가고 있다.

전라남도 여수시 율촌면 신풍리의 여수공항. 90년 한국공항공사가 여수지사를 설립한 이후 95년 공항시설 확장공사에 들어간 여수공항이 지난 11월 25일 신여객청사를 개관했다. 여수공항의 확장공사는 외관의 크기만 늘어나는 것이 아니다. 내부의 전등기기, 기계실 기기 등을 고효율기기를 활용하여 '에너지 절감'의 효과도 잡아내고 있다. 새로워진 모습으로 국제화를 위해 비상할 여수공항을 찾았다.

Incheon International Airport as the gateway to Korea is having the happiest time with those honorable prizes. But in these days, the trend of aviation is changing rapidly, so many rival airports in the world as well as north-east asian countries are rushing to find new revenue sources not to be turned over. Hence Incheon International Airport should push into fresh fields or create new sources of business keeping innovation by making foreign airports its role model. This study brings up some new profit models of foreign airports; Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur International Airport, China's Xiamen Aviation Industry Zone, German's Frankfurt Fraport Airports Group. This study analyzes the status of listed airports and presents strategies after investigating whether they are suitable for and compatible to Incheon International Airport.

김해시에는 약 3,000개가 넘는 기계산업을 중심으로한 전국 두 번째로 많은 중소기업이 있다. 김해국제공항이 10km 이내에 있으며, 부산항과 마산항, 가덕신항만이 자동차로 30분 거리에 있고 서울, 대구, 광주로 가는 고속도로와 울산, 양산, 부산, 창원, 진주를 잇는 동남 공업벨트의 중심지로서 사통팔달의 최적 교통조건을 갖추고 있다. 또 남해바다 해양성기후의 영향을 받아, 화훼, 과수, 채소 등의 신선농산물 재배에도 최적이며 공항을 통해서 50분 거리의 후꾸오까와, 70분 거리에 있는 동경에 이들 농산물의 신속한 수출도 용이하다. 한편 김해시는 가락국의 가야문화권 중심도시로 국립김해박물과의 개관, 문화유적의 복원 등으로 관광도시의 면모도 갖추어 가고 있다. 김해시는 이러한 입지적 요건을 최대한 활용하여 다음과 같은 지역전략산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다. 첫째, 기존의 기계 자동차 금속산업은 지식집약형 기계산업(정밀의료기기 및 첨단 자동차부품포함)으로 특화하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 화훼 및 농산물수출은 현대화된 재배시설 및 유통시설의 조성, 수출전문생산단지 조성, 대체에너지의 개발 등으로 수출경쟁력을 제고시켜야 할 것이다. 셋째, 기존 기계산업을 정보기술산업과 접목시키는 벤처기업의 육성으로 장기적으로는 하청구조의 산업구조톨 지양하고 기술개발을 통해 경쟁력있는 중소기업을 육성시켜야 할 것이다. 넷째, 유적, 화훼 등의 관광자원을 개발하여 부산과 제주도를 잇는 관광도시로 육성시켜야 할 것이다. 끝으로 인제대학의 특성화분야인 의생명공학을 중심으로 우리나라 최초의 헬씨어밸리(healthier valley)조성올 통해 생물 건강소재산업을 개발하는 것이 바람직 할 것이다. 이상의 특화산업들이 산업연관 효과를 가지고 조화있는 발전을 할 때 21세기의 경쟁력 있는 김해시 건설이 가능할 것이다.

The purpose of the establishment of corporation's Business Continuity Plan(BCP) is to maintain corporations' own business and establish the response plan in order to resume operation in a short time period when crisis situations occur due to natural disaster and human error. This study has presented all types of procedures and criteria which are needed to establish the airport crisis response system in order to maintain the business continuity by utilizing BCP technique. Basically the risk response procedures must be established in the process of (1) preparation stage, (2) plan development stage, (3) documentation stage, (4) test & maintenance stage. The guideline has been suggested that each stage must be carried out in the sequence of Policy & Planning Responsibility, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategy & Plans, Emergency Plan & SOP, Training Awareness and Maintenance & Review

국가의 충체적 활성과 경쟁력 확보는 정부의 적절한 정책수행에 의해서만 가능하고 특히, 항만, 공항, 도로 철도 등 사회간접자본의 확충은 민간기업으로서는 할 수 없는 정부 고유의 역할이다. 정부는 여러 전문기관을 통해서 이러한 사업을 위한 연구를 수행하여 왔다. 1980년도 이후 급격히 증대되어온 해운물동량과 특히 컨테이너 물동량의 증대에 대비하면서 장내의 시설수요를 예측하고 현실에 닥치는 물류적체 해소를 위하여 부산항 3단계 공사등 긴급한 시설을 확충하여 왔다. (중략)

This study deals with the terms of three connection factors that promote air cargo transportation in the east-south area: a firm's subjective factors, industrial environment factors, and governmental policy factors. According to the analysis results, a firm's subjective factors (4.48) scored highest of the three promotion factors, followed by industrial environment factors (4.20) and government policy factors (3.88). Therefore, it is important to promote to air cargo transportation in the east-south area a firm's subjective factors (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (3) to enhance aviation route development, and (4) to enhance business ability of airlines and forwarders. Next, air cargo transportation should be promoted in the east-south area by considering industrial environment factors and government policy factors.

2005년도 한국물류대상 시상식이 지난 11월 15일 추병직 건설교통부 장관과 서병륜 (사)한국물류협회장, 물류산업계 및 학계 인사 등 500여명이 참석한 가운데 코엑스 그랜드 컨퍼런스 룸에서 거행됐다. 한국물류대상은 한국물류협회, 건설교통부, 매일경제신문이 공동으로 주최하는 행사로 1993년부터 매년 시행하는 물류부문 정부 포상이다. 효율적이고 체계적인 물류혁신에 노력한 기업과 개인을 발굴하여 포상하고 있으며 매년 그 위상이 격상되어 올해부터는 금탑산업훈장을 최고상으로 수여하게 됐다. 올해는 종합유통 전문회사로 아웃소싱 물류를 활성화하여 물류 산업발전에 지대한 공헌을 한 (주)GS리테일(대표 허승조)이 금탑산업훈장을, 인천국제공항공사(대표 이재희)와 하이비지니스로지스틱스(주)(대표 정준행)이 산업포장을 수상하는 등 25개 단체 및 개인이 수상의 영예를 안았다. 본 고에서는 제13회 한국물류대상 수상자들의 활약상들을 살펴본다.

As of July 1. 2001, the Law of Information 8t Telecommunication Protection has been compulsory to audit protection status on national information and Telecommunications Infra facilities such as communication, electricity, waterworks, airport, railway, primary facilities of government and the first financial circles. In U.S. institutions, organizations and corporations in each field are trying to prepare for Safe Har-bor agreed on Internet privacy regulation between U.S. and Europe to be effective in 2003. The Safe Harbor was motl-vated by strict European standard. Other countries make privacy and information protection law according to their own interest. Therefore Korean technical experts have to develop the law responding to national interest and public welfare. Besides scientific Held, experts in the field of politic, economy and academy also have to work hard to develop the law.

This study analyzes Korea's Free Economic Zone (FEZ), by particularly focusing on Incheon and Busan-Jinhae zones, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and a questionnaire survey analysis. The study compares important selection criteria and satisfaction of resident companies in Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs. The findings are as follows. First, the AHP method results suggest that companies in both Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs are affected by location, economic society, and policy. In subordinate determining factor for land, it is ordered by ease of gaining land, inexpensive rental fee in Incheon and by convenient access to close markets and inexpensive rental fee in Busan-Jinhae. Second, the questionnaire survey results suggest high adjacent market size and easy access in Incheon FEZ and sound logistics infrastructure in Busan-Jinhae FEZ. For this reason, Incheon has a high value of logistics infrastructure and potential market near metropolitan area and Busan-Jinhae, has a high value of transportation Infrastructure near industrial district. These findings will contribute to policy data for activating and promoting the Free Economic Zone.
